Jonathan, the store manager has the best attitude whenever I go to the store, morning, noon, or evening. He listens to my concerns and has always resolved my cars issues to my satisfaction.Very knowledgeable and readily shares with me options when feasible. Bob the Service manger, is a wonderful representative of Tire Plus quality staff.

Tires Plus, University Blvd., Jacksonville, FL has a friendly and welcoming staff. My unexpected service was quick and really fast. The entire staff is professional and the technicians are very well experienced. Excellent choice for my husband and myself.

The service was pretty quick but oil change and tires are a bit expensive. Go early to get out quickly. Small waiting area so try to get a ride somewhere while you wait. Bathrooms are small but semi-clean

I just moved here from Tallahassee and was looking for an affordable oil change. I found Tires Plus and I'm so happy that I did. I had an appointment for noon. I got there a few minutes early and within approximately 30 minutes they had me out. I'll definitely be using this place from now on. Plus, they were super friendly!

Took my car for oil change yesterday and today when I drove my car on a highway, started to make weird noise.Brought my car to a different location and look at how they left my car in the picture below. They didnt even put it back together.Also, this location is filthy and unprofessional. All Tire Plus locations have people working in uniforms and at least look professional. This location had people working in their disgusting shorts and t shirts. Didnt bother to cover car seats.I am not even sure if they changed the oil or just said they did. Have to take it to a different location now to get checkedWhat a waste if time.

I had an emergency with a nail in a tire. They accepted my car after hours, let me wait inside for my ride. Then they shopped around and got me my best price for new tires.

I was on my way to an appt, something flew off a truck and literally caught a flat less than a mile from tireplus. The guys there were friendly and explained everything to me. Thank you!

was able to drop off my vehicle and had two tires mount and balanced and installed on my car. Devron was professional and good attitude, companies see dollars so i hope this person should be taken care of in the future. its hard to find good employees.Service: TiresService: Tires

Do not use this store! This store attempted to force me to put four new tires on my vehicle. Due to it being all wheel drive. Then intended to charge $349/tire. The dealership only charges $250. While waiting another lady had her tire patched and returned in less than five minutes due to her tire not being tightened down properly.Service: TiresService: Tires

So far I've had nothing but a bad experience with this place. I ordered tires on tiretrack so tireplus can install my tires. The person I spoke too kept trying to sell me other tires than the one I wanted. Once my order was placed on the site I get a call confirming my appointment but then mentioned that he had tires that would be cheaper then the ones I ordered so I canceled the order through tiretrack since it came off that he was ordering the tires himself. I arrived few days later to my appointment to be told he didn't order them and that I had too and that he was talking about another brand all together. He didn't have the greatest communication skills. On top of it he said he could order the tires I wanted after still trying to sell me other brands.then I asked if I would get the two yr tire protection plan included and stated no since that plan comes from tiretrack but then mentioned they offer a plan that covers life of the tire so I figured I would get that but then I was told it does not apply to the brand I was getting. So now to get everything I wanted that I am paying for I had to reorder the tires on tiretrack and now have to wait even longer to get my tires. I find it unprofessional trying to continue trying to sell something after someone tells you they want a certain brand and nothing else. Just because one person may say a certain tire is the best on their opinion doesn't out way the vast opinions majority of people who leave reviews for that specific reason.

Great experience and great customer service. John was short staffed when I showed up, but he made me feel like I was the only customer. Took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. Tires were a great price and ride great!!

Went in with a flat tire. The moment I told him it was a Subaru he smiled and said "ooooh boy" and started walking to the car.When we went out to look at the tire, the employee didn't even pretend to look for a hole. Instead, he was preoccupied with measuring the tread depth of the bad tire. I couldn't understand why he was so interested in the depth until he started giving me a well-practiced spiel about Subaru's AWD and how the tires need to be within a certain depth of one another. I asked how bad the tread was (not knowing how this process works), and he told me the difference would be 5/32 with new tires and tread difference would be too great.He started talking prices on the 4-tire package and the moment I said my wife and I would need to go research and discuss this, he started taking 15% and 10% of two of the offers. When we said again that we wanted to go home and discuss since this was a bigger financial decision than intended, he started trying to sell us a credit card.When we finally got home, I ordered a tread depth measuring device and started researching options that were cheaper. One of those options was to online-order a single tire through Tire Rack and have them shave it down to the depth of the other 3 tires. I asked them who they partnered with in Jacksonville.IT WAS TIRES PLUS. They partner SPECIFICALLY with Tires Plus. The place that was trying to sell me 4 tires to replace 3 good tires and one tire they didn't even check the puncture on.Already fuming at this lack of providing said information and the hard sell, I started looking into other tire options--and I found a few. For example, Subaru will order a shaved tire through Tire Rack for you. Much cheaper than ordering 4 tires and giving 3 good tires to a tire shop to recycle.Cue the next day when the tread depth measuring device is delivered by Amazon, and when I measure the depth on the tires, they're at 8-9/32 depth. Still not knowing how this worked, I did some research and this is just at the border of within the scope of safe use per Subaru standards. The employee there made it sound like the difference were so egregious that it was not safe at all, and he'd be able to "make an exception" if it were closer, but it turns out that a 5/32 difference is RIGHT at the border of manufacturer recommendations.Service: Tires

This is by far the worse tires plus I have ever been to, if I could give negative stars I would ve. I came in to get a battery swap because the one they put in my car didn t last a year. The guy at the front counter brought his kid to work he looks about three years old and he was screaming in the waiting room cursing and throwing toys at customers. I had to wait 2 hrs for him to tell me they didn t have my battery and he had to find it. After nearly 3 hrs of waiting I finally called the tires plus I always use (IN ORANGE PARK) and they had a battery waiting for me. DO NOT USE THIS TIRES PLUS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!Service: Electrical

Went in there to repair my tire and they tried to tell me since I used fix a flat it s impossible and will damage my car, and next time don t use it because it s highly toxic and can get me sick. quick google search showed both of these are obvious bs. Gave it 2 stars cuz they do seem like they get the job done if u don t mind being conned

The staff are always helpful and great in assisting me in choosing the services needed for my vehicle. I always go to Tires Plus because they are reasonable and the staff keeps my vehicle operating to standards.

Have got my tires, brakes, oil, and battery serviced here, sometimes both at once over 3 years here. Prices aren t cheapest around but worth it since iv never had to come back or had issues. Came in to replace a battery. It was checked first, then replaced. I was in and out within an hour. No complaints. I normally use this location for different repairs. I personally have not had any problems. Location is clean as well as restroom. and employees are always professional. Prices are reasonable as well. Thanks for great serviceService: Battery

Shady sneaky practices going on here. They charged my GF for a new tire install and quoted 160 for an hours worth of work. After 3 hours we paid up and tried to leave. Turns out they never swapped the tires out and she still was getting warning lights on her dash board. Luckily we didn't leave the parking lot and got them to swap it saying it was a bad core valve but they were more than willing to let us drive off with warning lights on and an obviously flat tire. Pics are from when they pulled the car back in to "fix the core valve"

These guys went above and beyond to make sure they took care of me despite my car being an older year, make and model.They were super professional and seemed to enjoy their jobs.Would def recommend 10/10 for tire purchases and any services they sell.
