They treated me and my car great! The facility was clean and overall the service was fast considering it was packed on a Sunday morning. They were able to save my tire that had a roofing nail in it. Thank you Tires Plus crew!

I have done business here for several years. They have always been courteous and helpful and my car is ready when they say it will be. This visit was the same!I had picked out tires online before my appointment. After leaving my car, they determined I had picked out the wrong size for my car. They corrected my mistake, gave me a bit better grade of tire that was right for my car, and the charge was the same. That's the great service that keeps me coming back and I recommend them to others all the time.

Been going here for years, they've repaired my mustang, Integra, 2500 Chevy, and my Colorado, spent thousands with them easily. They are usually 30 mins late which isn't a problem, but today they were an hour and a half later than what they promised. When on the phone they say one of my tires had low tread around the outside among front brakes and rotor replacement with oil change, I asked how much for everything and was told $515.00, I said make it $470 out the door and it's a deal. However, they decided to charge me beyond the $470 after making me wait in store an hour and a half after they said they would be done and didn't even replace the tire. I will no longer use Tires Plus, I will use Tire Kingdom or Goodyear for now on.

I have worked with Tony, AJ, and Mike. All have been very personable and knowledgeable. They all communicate very well. They explain the issue, the cost, and the timeline very clearly, which as a customer I really appreciate. This is a good team. They complement each other and work well together.

From the moment I walked in and asked several questions and explained that we used to frequent Tires Plus on Baymendows and now live close to the San Jose location. I left the car for brakes and in a very short period of time I had the estimate and ok'd the work and said I would pick up Monday afternoon. Work was completed and I was told it was ready. Picked it up and everything is good. They will be my new go to service center. Thank you Greg Urmann

I spent $1.700 to replace brake pads. 2rear rotors, 4tires,and head gaskets at this place. After that. I was driving around, but the noise from the brakes was so bad that it was difficult to drive. So I went there, get service, and walked around, but it didn't get better. I went to another repair shop and found out the truth. The brake pads were replaced because they didn't match my car. So the noise from hitting the pads and the rotor was so bad that the rotors was eaten away and I couldn't use it. I'm still wondering how the head gasket was replaced.it's leaking I never recommend this place.

Very friendly staff. They are thorough when they check your car out. You may not want to get all that is recommended at that time but at least you know you have a list of things to be aware of that need attention.

On Saturday 12/30 I brought my GMC for Oil Change, Tire Rotation and Alignment. I drove my vehicle home and left it home for a weekend trip. When I returned home, I discovered between Tire Plus and my home I pick up a nail as my front tire was completely flat. I go back to Tire Plus to get it patched. When the person called me letting me know the tire could be patched, they tried to sell me on a new tire and informed me my tire was also low tread life and plus my 5 year warranty battery failed inspection (less than year old). When I asked how come neither my tire nor my battery was brought to my attention on Saturday, he did not have an answer. I also informed the person on the phone that on Saturday it was suggested that I need new brakes, spark plugs and other things for a total over a $1000 in repairs and that I could just put it on my tiresplus card. But nothing about tire or battery. I felt like this was a total money grab and my trust for tires plus is completely gone.

Had an 11:00am appointment to drop off and have four tires I bought from from TireRack dot com installed on the 18" wheelset for my MINI Cooper S. I was in no rush and the job was completed by 5:00. With TiresPlus being directly across the street from where I now live is very convenient. Staff was very courteous and professional.

We needed to get our valve stem changed, came in to get it changed and the older, short guy w/glasses who runs front desk seemed unhappy to be at work... Tried to tell us it would take 3-5 hours (which we didn't have or else our tire was gone) & instead of waiting the 3-5 hours ETHAN saw me holding the valve stem and asked if we needed help, I told him what was wrong and within the 5 secs of us talking he told me he could change it and it wouldn't be a wait. I am very appreciative for workers like Ethan he was AMAZING and his hospitality made the visit so much better!!!

Two people came in after me and both left before me. All I had was a flat tire. No way should they have left before me. These people don't think. You hate to give a bad review but you also hate to see management just make dumb mistakes.

To make a very long story short, I took my car in to diagnose a burning smell coming from under the hood. During diagnosis, which was a faulty alternator, they "blew" the alternator which in turn blew the month old battery and the electrical settings in the car. I paid for the repair and left expecting a working vehicle, to find that the low beam headlights had also been "blown" during diagnosis. I returned the car to Tires Plus to fix the headlights that had been working when I originally brought the car to them. I left the car Friday, Saturday and picked it up Sunday around noon, having to find a way to get to and from work without my car this entire time. I paid for the replacement headlamps and the manager discounted the labor cost, which was appropriate although I dropped off a car with working headlights and their diagnosis and subsequent fix of the alternator caused the headlight failure. I picked the car up on Sunday, pulled out, and discovered that I had no left turn signal. I immediately called the shop and told them and was told they could not fix it Sunday could I bring it back Monday. I told them I would be there first thing in the morning for them to make it right meanwhile driving home in a car that was not road legal. This time I took 2 more hours out of another work day and sat to wait while the mistake was corrected. I was not charged for this labor, but it was made clear that they were doing me a "favor" by not charging to fix what they had broken. I would steer clear of this business.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had just moved to town & brought my Volvo here for a standard tire rotation. After 1 hour they said they couldn't rotate all the wheels because the left rear wheel had a "stripped nut" and the entire wheel would need to be replaced. They blamed it on the last shop to rotate the tires (which was a fantastic tire shop in NY that I had always used in my 31 years living there. Never had a single issue with them)The NY shop was so great they accepted responsibility without seeing the tire & agreed to pay for the replacement wheel/labor.It took 10 days for Tires Plus to get the part in, then 3 more days of trying to schedule a time to bring it in for the work. I finally got an 11am time on a Saturday. They said it would take 2-3 hours. When I went back 4 hours later to pick up my car it was still where I had parked it. They had not even started the work. The manager Steve (who I had dealt with for this entire process) was not apologetic at all. I left and will be having the work done by the local Volvo dealer.Another thing that bothered me, was when I went in for the original rotation they said my brake fluid was low and showed me a test strip proving as much. I agreed and paid $100 for them to replace the fluid yet I never got a test strip showing the fluid had been changed. This is a sleezy shop and I highly recommend you avoid tires plus & all tires plus locations. I know I will never give them my business again.

Staff was very friendly, service was quick and accurate. While our vehicle was having a diagnostic run, the waiting room was very comfortable and the mechanics were very quick to run the testing and determine the issue, as well as schedule an appointment for service when the parts came in. I would highly recommend Tires Plus.

Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We dropped our car off mid afternoon on Saturday to get a bunch if work done and they had it done early Sunday. Thank you to Steve and I think his name was Bill for such customer service and professionalism which is so hard to find lately. I will recommend Tires Plus to anyone.

I wouldn t advice anyone to go there. Completely incompetent. Looked at the tire and said they will fix it, no problem. 3h wait so scheduled for next day and it was supposed to just take 20 mins. Came as scheduled (with 2 kids) and now it will take 1h. Fine. Hour later nothing is done. Can t do it because the machine will scratch your rims. Are you kidding me? This place is a joke.

Nice clean location with friendly staff. Bottled drinks available and I was able to turn a one time alignment adjustment into a 3 year unlimited plan for just $50 more, I come back every 5 months now just to have it done. They did great on installing my tires as well.

Came in BEFORE closing just to see if someone could just look to see if I have a leak in my tire. The man at the desk was very rude and refused to even look. I said I will come back for the service if there is signs or a leak but he was very dismissive and continued to be rude. I went elsewhere and received amazing service.

Avoid the manager Tony and this company like the plague. I was recommended through a friend of mine because I needed some brakes on one of my cars. The manager Tony calls me and says the calipers and the serpentine belt are bad and need replacing and quoted me over $1100 for brakes and the serpentine belt. I proceeded to take my vehicle to the dealership and was told by a duly qualified mechanic at the dealership that there was nothing wrong with the brake calipers and there s nothing wrong with the serpentine belt. These people are crooks.

Idiots- 2005 Chevy Monte carlo 3400- needed a pressure test done on the block and they came back with blown head gasket witch was way false, it was only a intake gasket that needed replaced .also the manager didn't know this VERY common engine or what the pressure valves do and was argumentative from the start. The mechanic also did not follow any instructions I gave him on what I needed done. I WOULD NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE with simple oil changes much less anything expensive. Go elsewhere trust meService: Auto engine diagnostic

I have been going here for years but service has gone down hill over last 6 months. I brought my truck in to get the AC looked at and was told I needed new compressor($1500). When I got a second opinion, it was determined there was a clog in the cabin air filter which was easily fixed and resolved the AC issue. Also, I had my wife bring her van for an oil change and they charged her $10 for a basic check of fluids/battery on top of the $80 for an oil change.

The manager was exceptional! He went out of his way to research the history of my sienna van that burned through tires.. I am making this store my go to for both of my vehicles! The rest of the staff customer facing were awesome as well.Update- I found out that Jimmy the manager passed away recently. Upsetting but I can tell you I still had a great experience there with my other car. The team is dedicated to fact and not sales mentality.

My mother stopped by this location since Tire Kingdom was busy to have her blinker light replaced. The mechanic looked at her car and then announced that the wires were burned through and the bulb also needed replacing and that it was not as simple as replacing the bulb itself. It would be $88 to fix it, they didn't have the parts but the parts would be there in an hour. He told her that he took out the burned wires and totally removed them already. She was heading to pick me up from the airport and could not wait so she asked them what she owed them for taking out the wires and bulb he charged her $18 and she left. When she took the car to our family mechanic he found that the bulb was working and the wires were not burned nor removed. So she was out $18 for nothing but they were hoping to get her to pay for $88 for no reason. Watch what you are told unless Tony is your mechanic, he's completely honest and has always treated us with fairness. Otherwise, they may be taking advantage of you.
