So I made the appointment. Came early. The appointment was for 9:30a as scheduled through a phone call with one of your representatives due to the 9am requested time was full. Its now 10:30 and my truck is not even in yet. I also scheduled a transmission flush only to fine out they are only done on weekdays. I have been here before with no issues. It took 2 hours for a simple oil change by the time I left. I am not sure what has happened but this is unacceptable.

Very nice people working here. They are friendly and reasonably priced. I had a oil change and the wait wasn't to long. I will bring my car here when ever I need something. I highly recommend this garage.

Brake inspection went very smooth. In and out experience. Very impressed and felt I had some loyalty to get repairs work completed at New Berlin. So, I scheduled a day. No worries! However the morning of brake repair (Saturday) I was greeted by a technician who s not a morning person. Arriving 10 minutes before my 0800 appointment. I greeted the gentleman with a friendly good morning (thats it!). Which triggered, his aggressive mannerisms (shoeing me away with his arms) and his facial expression on his face, not friendly or professional. I was shocked. Yes, my brakes were repaired and car delivered later that day. There were issues with parts and overall diagnoses, but I was happy with overall service. After spending several hundred dollars. I think communication could have been better, and more importantly customer service needs to be addressed. Made a comment to manager (Yvette) and moved on from the ordeal. She is aware and stated the technician is a senior tech with hearing loss. But no excuses were made. It was unacceptable and hope the gentleman can find some happiness in life.

We weren't even aware that a Tire Outlet was in our area. We received a flyer and I'm so glad we did. We had an oil change done and during inspection Tire Outlet recommended a brake fluid exchange. What I like was that they didn't just recommend it they actually provided pictures so I could see how discolored my brake fluid was. I really appreciated having that proof. I would definitely use them again.

Sorry, this one visit was a terrible one. I've been here several times and have had decent transactions, with completelydifferentcrews everytime. This one, not so much. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and said I'll be back first thing in the morning at 7:30 to pick it up. I got there at 7:30 and the 1 person there couldn't help me. I had to leave so both my wife and I wouldn't miss our work appointments (because being to work on time is important) I had to make plans to get there another day. When I arrived the next day, the cars battery was dead. Of course no one left anything on or did anything... just a dead battery out of the blue. There was 1 young man there who was a big help getting his truck and jumper cables to get me started. I'll have to wait a few more weeks for the whole crew to be new again to see the level of customer service we get?

Tire Outlet (off New Berlin RD).Thanks to the District Manager for reaching out, providing reasonable feedback, clearing up any confusion with an apology and a full refund. - Thanks again!--------------------------------------------------During the initial check-in, I told the Manager (Yvette) that my vehicle had vibration when over 75-80mph. Upon checking out, I asked if any of my tires were out of balance. At that time, the manager could NOT address any of my concerns and had to get the technician who performed the work on my vehicle. When the technician came to the office, he told me 2 of 4 tires were out by 0.04oz but when asked if this would fix the vibration over 75-80mph, the tech stated, their Road Force machine was out of order and the only speed they could balance up to was 60Mph.During the entire conversation, the manager stood by and said nothing about why I was unhappy with their service. I left the office with the same problem I went in for and it costed me $53.The next day, after a customer complaint, I spoke with the same manager (Yvette) and after she gave me more excuses than results, I just wanted my money back. The manager stated, someone from the Tire Outlet's District office would contact me -- that was back on Jan 11, 2024. The Manager's attitude, during the entire process, was unprofessional and nonchalant. It is NOT about the money, its about the incompetence of the manager and her inability to recognize good customer service!.....and to top it off, as of this post, the District Office has NOT contacted me!

Would have been 5 stars but 2 things went wrong. First after purchase found out I could have bought same make and model $300 cheaper. Second The sales person that sold me the tires said come back to have rotation done. leading me to believe they were going to take care of me. Paid too much for that to.

I dealt with the Tire Outlet location at 10220 New Berlin Road in Jacksonville, FL. On 2/1/24 and dealt with the assistant manager named Yvette Avellanet.I Paid to have an alignment and was told it was all done and I m good to go. While driving my vehicle back to my office, it didn t feel as if anything had been done in regard to the alignment. I had one of my mechanics look at and was informed that it appears that no alignment was done. I had my mechanic to take it back to Tire Outlet to figure out what was going on and Yvette told him that they didn t have time to perform the alignment because I was in a hurry to go. Never mind the fact that they charged me for an alignment and provided a false printout of my alignment readings before & afterwards. I contacted her Manager (Robert) and told him about my experience. He apologized on her behalf and gave me a refund. I cancelled our corporate account with them because of the incredibly rude assistant manager (Yvette Avellanet) & the fact that I can no longer trust them.

I hit a pot hole on New Berlin Rd. My tire was flat within 2 mins. This shop says it closes at 5:30pm. I pulled in with a complete flat at 5:22pm. There were 2 employees present. I asked if I could get some air to drive back home 5 minutes away. One employee snuck out the back door the other said they couldn't help me because they close at 5pm, which wasn't true. They left me in the parking lot with a flat tire. Then locked the doors at 5:30pm. Terrible customer care.

I had my tires shipped here and brought new wheels. They had me in and out in about an hour. Mounted and balanced. Had a slight vibration in one wheel, so I brought it back and they fixed it within 15 minutes. Everything rides smooth now.

Outstanding service. As a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon, I was in and out under an hour for a tire sensor removal and installation. Service attendant was nice, friendly and professional. 100% satisfaction...

I came to this location because another location would not honor the lifetime warranty on my alignment. I was told they discontinued the lifetime warranties even though I paid for one before they were discontinued. The New Berlin location honored the warranty and did a much better job of realigning my Tahoe. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot I could feel the difference in the way my car handled. I'm very happy with the work that was done.

I stopped in for tire balancing while on a road trip.I wound up getting an oil change, tire rotation & balance in less than an hour and for cheaper than a single oil change in most places I ve been to.Customer service was very friendly and the Escalade is riding smooth again after our cross country pothole bananza.Highly recommend this place.

I had 4 new tires put on my full size crew cab 4x4 the day before a family road trip, after getting back I noticed my tires looked somewhat bagged, I checked the PSI in each and all had around 40psi ,the tire pressure should have been at 80. I was on I 10 doing around 75 mph with my family, luckily nothing happened.

Tom and the whole crew over at Tire Outlet (Jax Port) are amazing. A couple weeks ago, I ran over some debris on Dames Point and punctured both my performance tire and 20 inch Giovanna Rim. I stopped by there immediately and consulted with Tom on a solution. Fast forward to today, I received the replacement custom rim and tire separately from an online vendor (very complex process; this was not Tire Outlet) and they were able to squeeze me in on a super tight schedule and get the tire mounted and rim balanced to the needs of my BMW. Now I m back to driving smoothly on perfectly balanced and worry free from any issues with loose rims etc. They crossed every t and dotted every i ! Thanks again to all of you and I will definitely be back for any maintenance needs I need.

Jimmy and James are great. We were headed out for the day and found a screw in our tire...called the shop, Jimmy said he'd try to fit us in in the afternoon if we dropped the tire off. He called us less than an hour later letting us know it was ready. The team is kind and friendly. Definitely going to be coming back for other maintenance that we'll need. Thanks guys!

I had a flat tire on Monday morning at 8:00am, not a great way to begin the week. I called this store and they took me immediately with a smile. I was on my way 45 minutes later, thanks. BTW they had a great oil change price so I ll going again!

Called late yesterday to see if they had tires for my travel trailer before getting back on the road today, they didn t have the tires I wanted in stock but were able to get them in this morning. I showed up about 30 minutes before my appointment time and I think I was back on the road before my appointment time. Great customer service and would definitely return in the future.

If you have a Tesla, AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. Had 2 rims damaged during a recent tire change (we bought the tires from this store), explicitly asked them to be extra vigilant about the rims, as we had damage from a previous tire change at this store, but didn't notice it until later. When we picked up the car, the 2 brand new rims were scratched and nicked all over. We have sent multiple emails, called the store numerous times, and we continue to be told "It's with our District Manager", and the DM appears to also be the COO, Robert Duckworth. We even included Mr. Duckworth on the emails with ZERO RESPONSE. No callbacks, no emails, no nothing for a month. If you care about the quality of the service and want to trust that they take your request and warnings seriously, go somewhere else.

Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and they were able to take care of it with out waiting or scheduling an appointment. From start to finish was than an hour which was pretty quick in my opinion since they had to patch the tire. 10 out of 10 Recommended.

Today was the most disappointing and frustrating experience I ve had with a mechanic. My wife s car would not start at the gas station on her way to work early today. I drove to where she was and, through insurance coverage, towed her car to Tire Outlet on New Berlin Road where we d gone for oil changes, tires, and some repairs. After a $107 diagnostic I was told her car needed a new battery and a new alternator. I have the diagnostic report to show this. The cost? $1,400. I was also told that the current battery was not the right one for the car. We could not afford this high repair cost so I asked them to charge the battery so I could drive it away. I was told it would not charge. They tried to jump start the car with cables for 30-40 minutes. This did not work either. Through insurance and partial out of pocket we had the car towed to another mechanic. When I arrived at this mechanic s shop the tow truck operator, who d towed the car after we left Tire Outlet, asked why I didn t simply jump start the car and drive it to the second mechanic. When I told him that Tire Outlet could not jump start or charge the battery, he said he had jump started it easily and drove the car onto the tow truck. He jump started it again to show me. I explained that Tire Outlet said the vehicle needed a new alternator and battery. He emphatically said that there was nothing wrong with the alternator. With the car jump started I drove it to the second mechanic some yards away. The mechanic confirmed that the alternator was fine. It was the battery that was losing its charge. When I asked about the battery being the wrong one for the car he laughed and said it was a standard battery and was fine for our car; it was just losing its charge.I am angered that Tire Outlet on New Berlin wanted to charge me $1,400 for repairs that were not needed and, maybe, would not jump start the vehicle to keep us there, especially when the tow truck operator jump started it in seconds. With the out of pocket for the tow and the diagnostic cost I lost $250. Thankfully it ll be the last money spent at Tire Outlet.
