Sent the wife here to get her oil change as I was interested in finding a new place to get out regular car maintenance done. After over an hour wait I had to tell her to leave. They did not even have the common courtesy to tell her it would be an extra long wait for whatever reason. We will not be going here for tires or anything in the future. Her observations included: they do not have enough staff to even man the office let alone the bays, they also didn't even offer an apology. Very disappointed because the place is new and close to home :(

The manager (Ms. Tabitha) at this shop is truly a blessing. Very patient and informative. They had my car for 3 weeks going back and forth with the insurance company. They went above and beyond to be sure my car was taken care of like my car was one of their own. Thank you and the team for all you guys did!

When I had a hard time finding a place to get one tire on my car. I felt like me needing a tire was a issue at the other places. I don t want my car worked on by someone who just has a problem with helping me with a service that is rendered there. At this point I was over it and on my way home. Then I seen tire outlet and decided to pull in to try one more time. As I walked in was greeted with courtesy, the front desk lady helped me out and even though they were about to close. They got me in and out with no problem. I would recommend them any day over the other places I went to, which was some big box store names. I hope you take this review seriously and choose them.

The manager Tabatha is the sole reason I drive there. She and her staff deal with complex issues making them simple and this I appreciate most is that she s made the company a part of the community. Young and old are welcome, will be treated with the utmost respect and dignity as they do everything within their power to make you buying decision simple and best for you. I visited the Dunn Ave store on January 15th to inquire about the cost of an oil change for my Chevrolet Malibu. I was given a fair price and asked to make an appointment. I was able to get one the very next day. Everyone was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. The oil change was done in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the overall service. I will return and definitely recommend my family and friends to this location.

Im from Texas and I took my daughter s car to be serviced. Ms.Tabitha was AMAZING, her customer service was above and beyond . I sat there and watched her interact with many customers very polite and professional.This place has the best customer service. They have plans to help with payment if needed. I hope they continue to be prosperous and successful

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for them. This is my new go to shop. I love LOVE Ms.Tabby. She is very knowledge, professional and friendly. Anytime I ve taken my car to this shop they always take care of me. The staff here is also amazing! I love everyone here!!!

When I scheduled my appointment I was told it would take about 20 min a tire, for two tires to be installed. My appointment was scheduled for 730 in the morning. I was there before 730. They didn't get my car in the shop til 755 didn't take the old tires off til around 820 and didn't finish til 906.Also I was told it would be about $20.61 a tire on Saturday, so I figured it would cost around 45 maybe 60 if they had to replace the TPMS in the tires. I was asked if I wanted to take the old tires with me when I scheduled and I said yes. When I went to pay they had billed me for a tax that comes with new tires, I had brought in my own, so I had already paid that with someone else. I brought up how much it cost (over $80) so they took it off (bill was still over $80) so they took that off. This bill was around 30% higher than what I had expected.I wouldn't bother to complain or leave a negative review if it was just how long I had to wait, life happens sometimes you got to wait, or if it was just the price, sometimes people can get numbers mixed up, both understandable things, but the combo to me was ridiculous.I was told it would take 20 min a tire 40 minutes. It took nearly twice as long.I was told (rounded up) 21 a tire. I was charged essentially 40 a tire.In a nutshell took twice as long as I was told and cost 20 more than I thought would be the max I would have to pay.

Always a great experience when I go in there. Tabitha is so customer focused and down to earth. Her crew is friendly and customer focused as well. Definitely recommend. Definitely going back.

I went on April 10th, signed in for simple oil change and gave them my keys. The lady who checked me in said, "ok hun, we'll call you when it's done". Sat for 1 hr 15 min watching people come in and out, watching my car still never moved for service, and watched a guy pull up and complain something wrong w car, worker came out and looked under his hood and drove his car right around for service...this was 45min in for me. I also watched people who talked to the service ladies like they were friends-and gettn their cars services before mine. I finally asked for my keys (1hr 15min in) and was told by service lady, "ok, hav a great day now". R u kidding me?

Great customer service!!! I came in for a front end alignment and the service tech did an outstanding job. The front clerks were very nice and accommodating, plus the Wi-Fi worked, so I was able to work remotely while the service was being done. I ll definitely come back for future work done on my vehicle.

I had a nail in my tire and I brought my car in for repair and/or replacement. CC at the front desk was very professional and friendly. She took my keys and I was out the door in less than 30 mins. Service was Great! Thanks to CC & Dewitt!

Well first of all let's start off with the fact that they quoted me $20 a tire to install tires that I already bought through Walmart.They also claimed that it would take about 20 minutes per tire to install the tires and scheduled me for an appointment at 7:30 a.m. I arrived just before the doors opened they opened 20 minutes late no big deal then it took them an hour and a half to put two tires on my car and then to top it all off they changed the price per tire from 20 to 25 per tire, and then added "fees" bringing the total amount for two tires to 80 something dollars.I had no other work done on the car. Just two tire installs and I BROUGHT THE TIRES.Will never go here again, I have gone here multiple times for an oil change and now the tires and every time they take a minimum of 2 hours to do anything and they overcharge and add extra fees every damn time highly recommend to avoid this place take the extra time to drive to a farther shopif anyone has any good recommendations for a local shop please let me know.

My visit was bitter sweet. The customer service was good on one side but terrible on the other. The guy i worked with was great. He was helpful and definitely made it worth the visit. I wish i could recall his name. His initials are ZK. He has the dog tag necklace. Going through my options and setting up my visit was easy with him. The prices are great, and very affordable no matter your budget. The cons: the day of my appointment is was told to call an hour before to ensure things were ready. I was on hold for 8 mins and then the phone hung up. Called back and then was on hold for 18 mins. I hung up. Called again and was in hold for 5 mins before i gave up. When i got to the store, there was a line and i wasnt worried about it because i had an appointment. Once checked in, everything was ready to go, and i was told it was going to be taken care of. I was getting 4 new tires, that was all. My appointment was for 1100. I left to go to lunch being that i know it can take about an hour to do the job. I returned an hour and a half later to see my car in the same parking space i parked it in. I asked a man at the counter if my car was done because it didnt look like it had moved. He went to check and told me they haven t even started because it was a drop off. I told him i had an appointment, I didnt just show up for service. He told me that he didnt see it as an appointment, but i literally seen it written on my paperwork in pink highlighter. He told me he would expedite it and should be done in at most an hour. My car went up on the lift 2 hours and 17 mins after my appointment time. When my car was done, they parked it and didnt even come in to close out the sale. I had to tell another guy that came in that i needed to cash out. I left the store at 2:24. Almost 3 and a half hours after my appointment time for a 1hr service. I will most likely only return for warranties if needed. Other than that, i will need to exhaust all other options before returning.

Inaccurate wait times. Quoted 1.5 hours, took 3.5 hours. Got home, 1 of the new tires was flat, leaking from the valve stem. Took it back another 1.5 hour wait, for them to change the valve stems out. Back tire still losing air. Looks like it s not seated on the rim properly. Also had a coolant leak, that wasn t recorded on their inspection. I don t think the inspection was actually completed, I think they simply checked everything off. In addition, my car now has vibration when driving over 60mph that wasn t present before. I suspect the wheels are not balanced.

Dash light showing low tire pressure kept coming on.. I went to get tires seen about.. this company located the problem.. showed me what was happening.. and their recommendation.. after talking with them my problem was resolved.. I have been doing business with them for several years now.. trust in their recommendations mean a lot! So many shops try to take advantage of a woman.. but so far I have not seen that in these employees.. thank you for your help!

A little pricey but otherwise was quick, gives accurate details on all needed maintenance, and will work with you on the price through payments or if any information was accidentally inaccurately given they will work with you to make sure you leave satisfied and as close to the price given as possible. My biggest recommendation is to look over the details of all the maintenance closely to make sure the price listed is accurate. If you have the money for quickly and professionally done repairs or can make payments and afford it would definitely be worth checking out as I ve never been given such a detailed list on all repairs needed or unneeded and it definitely made me feel better to know what was most essentially needed in pictures, detailed writing, and explanations for the current situation and future.

Experience was wonderful to service was excellent if I had to pick one through 10 they will get 10 because the service was wonderful and they tell you in detail what other service your car need and also give you good details on what your car don't need I can't say anything more but it is excellent otherwise anybody who needs their car service to take it to Tire Outlet they're number one in my book five stars

A friend told me about Tire Outlet and thought I would give them a try. Well, 1/20/24 was my first time allowing them to change my oil. When they were done, the Sales person (Ms. CC) told me that the Technician handed her my inside door lock knob and said that if fell off when he opened the door to get in. My first thought was how could that have happened? A door lock knob just doesn't fall off by itself. Besides, the Salesperson had to go inside my car to get my mileage reading and she didn't have a problem with my door lock knob or Key pad. Ms. CC told me to just glue it back on and that did not sit well with me. Come to find out, NOW my car wont LOCK nor will my Alarm cut on, at this point IM UPSET. I go back inside to tell them about my car and The Store Manager comes out and takes a look at it. I commented to them, that somebody needs to tell me what happened to my car. She checked with the Technician and come to find out HE LIED about my door knob. IM really upset now. He mistakenly hit my knob with his elbow and broke it. WHY DID HE LIE? Is this what they do to customers? When they break something, they LIE about it. I guess they thought I was going to let it slide. They act like it was nothing. I was really frustrated. They also asked me if something was wrong with the battery in my key pad.....MAAMMMM, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY KEY PAD. My Car was working FINE when I brought it in here and now my DOORS wont LOCK and my ALARM wont turn on, all because your TECHNICIAN broke my knob and then lied about it. They are willing to fix it and I hope they dont let that same technician touch my car. However, I expect them to fix my car back to working the way I drove it in working. I will not be using them again.

Everybody is friendly, CC has a great smile , and knows her job.It s no fuss just what you need and they re not pushy.Even as the men that work there come in and out they make eye contact and nod or say Hello .Im very happy with the servise and the employees.

After waiting 1.5 hours for my tire to be replaced with an appointment, I got to drive off after my car is done, tire pressure is still low, I turn around go back to tire outlet. I get out to check and THEY REPLACED THE WRONG TIRE. I told them a couple times, over phone, and when I got there that I need rear right (passenger rear) tire replace that it had a nail in it. They replace the front right tire. Tire outlet is clearly about to close, so the man tried telling me to come back in the Am on a tire that would not hold air. Lady at the front desk comes out to speak me and said that she told the assistant manager which tire to change, and after that it was out of her hands, with an attitude. I explain my tire doesn t hold air and is not safe to drive.. so then she explains that they can fix the issue same evening, with an attitude.. you d think since it s their mess up I would get an apology at least for wasting so much of my time. To make matters worse, other employees finished cars and are doing nothing but standing around talking instead of helping the one person working on my car.
