It was totally a great experience. Everyone that I came in contact with was very respectful and kind. They were making sure that not only I would be safe, but also that I would not break the bank. I just want to take the time to shout this shop out because they were really honest with me when I took my car in for brakes being squeaky. I thought it was time for the pads to be changed but after their inspection, they let me know that I had a good amount of life on them and that I should worry about it later on down the line. Not every shop would do that. I also got an oil change here in the past and it was a smooth experience. I ll definitely be back.

Very nice people and I like that they give you a text alert that takes you to a link the shows the details of your car inspection and they also provide pictures. The past two times I ve needed to replace my tires I have been here and they have not disappointed. Thank you again guys!

Always a great experience! Highly recommended. For almost 10 yeats, They've always done my tires but they dis an oil change today at the last minute and it was $30 bucks less than the dealership andnonly took 20 minutes!! Great service guys!

My experience at Tire outlet, in Jacksonville, Fl on San Juan and Cassat, was very pleasant. Mr. Frank-Alex and (I cannot remember the other 2 guys names), but all of them really went to bat for me to get my car Road Ready . It s unfortunate that so many Vehicle Service Centers just Do Not provide the courtesy, respect and go extra to help a customer. They kept me informed to what was going on the completion time the cost and overall Very knowledgeable mechanics did a fantastic job on my vehicle..!!! I would recommend this particular Tire Outlet to anyone in need of service. In fact, my sister drives a Benz as well, and I already told her my excellent experience. I have always taken my Benz there for Okl Changes, now I will continue to go there for other services within their scope for my car .Thanks Frank-Alex, The New Guy and The Mechanics Job Well Done..!!VM

I ended up with a flat tire while at lunch and went to Tire Outlet for a replacement. Alexander was awesome! He let me know what happened to the tire and put a new one on right then, no wait time. The staff is so courteous and helpful! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The staff was professional, kind, considerate and there was no attempts to "up-sale." I made an online appointment for new tires and got a phone call for details and appointment confirmation. They took my car in right on time and were done in an hour. Very impressed with the work and prices.

Was sent here by George of Auto Maintenence Plus. They arranged it to have my car that AMP worked on to be taken to Tire Outlet without me having to come down since I'm a one car household. Saved me the extra Lyft charge. Changed the 3 tires that were dire without being pushy about getting the 4th tire, although they did recommend it and offer it. I'd definitely go here again as everything went smoothly. It's day one of having the car back and she seems to be running and driving great.

I absolutely love Tire Outlet on San Juan and Cassat Ave., the location is very convenient and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They always have a deal where I can save money on the maintenance on my Nissan Rogue.

Frank & Mike are great! Ive had Kelly eagles for years, and Frank informed me about their exclusive Paragons (I checked paragons website, no other dealer is listed in Florida at this time), and they did not lie! its been weeks since my visit and the tires are for sure generating way less road noise, grip the wet road better, and are cheaper too! I also got texted a 58 point inspection report, like my dealer does. I found my cars new shop!

I went here due to having an issue with my back tires last Saturday. I need to say that the staff here are very professional good communicators and very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I have found a place now that I feel comfortable bringing my car to as well as their pricing. I highly recommend them for your car service needs

Pulled in with a low tire pressure. Had a nail in it. They fixed for free. Several days later went back for an oil change. Took no time at all and they're always friendly!

Great customer service, got the job done quick, explained everything thoroughly and fair prices!! This location even helped my elderly mother on a different days with putting air in her tires free of charge!! Highly recommend this place!
