I caught a flat right up the street from their location. I was able to be seen that same day!! Kenzie* was super helpful and kept me updated throughout the day about my car!! 10/10 & will return in the future. Truly a blessing that day :)) give her a raise!!!!!

I called Curtis received a quote. He got everything I needed in a timely manner. The price that was quoted was reasonable and protected by a warranty. I have never had this kind of a wonderful experience with a tire store. I will be back definitely.

I've been coming here the last few years, even before the merger with Mavis. Staff has always been great. Wait times vary. It's always helpful to make an appointment. They do have a seating area and a TV. They have a restroom available as well. They always let me know what's up with my vehicle. I've been able to use coupons to help with pricing. I've had tire work, oil changes, a CV axle replacement, and a few other minor things. Staff has changed since the merger. They are also open on weekends now as well. I enjoy their service and always recommend others in the area to them due to their convenience, price, and honesty. I just had them do a tire patch after discovering I had something in my tire when I had them air it up because it had gone flat. I will definitely be here for future services.

Although the reason I picked this place was because it was 5 mins away from work, I will honestly say I m so happy that I did and I will go back for any future issues for any of my cars. It was so quick and the dude at the desk was so friendly! I needed a quick tire patch and since it was super quick, he didn t charge me anything. I won t expect that every time lol but they were great!

Been here a few times over the years consistently quick, reliable, and not overpriced. Most recently went in to get a tire patched after picking up a screw Kinsey got me in right then, and they were done in less than an hour. Super friendly, no fuss, no hassle. 11/10, will hit them up again.

Great experience both times coming in here! Today I found a nail in my tire at 4pm and they close at 5, so I went right in. They were super helpful and had me taken care of right away. Curtis and Danny were great and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend if you re in a bind.

Amazing service and friendly staff! My tire had a nail in it and I was ready to buy a new one but they were able to patch it at NO COST to me! Will def be back for all my service needs!!

Curtis is exceptional! I m visiting family from out of state and had a very slow leak. Where to go? My son-in-law recommended this specific Tire Kingdom. I showed up without an appointment and very concerned because I m so far from my home Curtis fit me in and had to do some very thorough investigation, but he persevered and found the problem. I could not be happier! So refreshing to have such fabulous service. THANK YOU!

I went in to get my tire repaired first thing in the morning with of course, a lot of things to do during my day. I came in and Josh was very quick to get me in and took care of me. His customer service was great and positive. This is my first time coming here and definitely not going to be my last.

Today, I dropped my car off, and it was very busy, but Kenzie stayed cool and calm. She kept me updated and when I arrived she was still upbeat and friendly. Best costumer service skills there, and now I would return if needed.

Curtis and the rest of the Tire Kingdom staff saved my life today! I had gotten off work and found my tire flat. They took me same day, patched it up real quick and sent me home with no charge. 10/10 thank you so much! They even gave me a free quote on a break pad change just in case I wanted to look into it (which I did) but were not pushy whatsoever about trying to get that done. It felt like genuinely wanted to help me

I had a doctor s appointment and found my car had a flat. I went to the Tire Kingdom and was hoping to have my car fixed in under an hour. The manager, Daniel Brown, was honest and said they were pretty busy but would try his best to have it done. He said he realized canceling doc appointments could be a problem. He had my car done just when I needed it!! I was hoping for a lot and they delivered! Courteous and professional . Highly recommend

This Tire Kingdom location was fantastic. I had a tire problem that happened at work and I called late in the day, not expecting they could get me in, but they made time to diagnose and get me back on the road in no time. The team was kind and knowledgeable, thank you!

I dont normally give 5 stars, This establishment has earned each one. After being referred by a coworker I reluctantly had my vehicle towed in. Only a broken Sway bar link but needed a few other things as well. The price was not to bad and definitely worth the quality and workmanship. Sway bar link, Brakes, Shocks, lube and alignment. Very good job and fast! I recommend this place if you dont know where to go.

This place is tip topThe cream of the cropGetting my tires, tire rotation and front end alignment done here today.And I gotta saySuper job guy!!!Daniel they guy who facilitated my steps through my options and process was fast a curitious. Over the phone and in person.A future regional manager here!!Chad the mechanic who worked on my car put my mind at ease. I knew I could trust him with my car. Tirelessly working a promotion and a raise is much needed.BRAVO GUYS!!!

Outstanding customer service with employees who genuinely want to help you! I had a nail in my tire and they respected my time and money, communicating with me throughout the process and also being so incredibly kind! I trusted them and could not recommend Tire Kingdom more! They get the job done, and do it with a smile! Highly recommend them!

I got an oil change on a Sunday morning and was out of there in less than an hour. Curtis really helped me out a lot checking my car in and gave good advice on taking care of a brand new car I ll come here more often.

We've lived in Jax for four years and have always taken our (pretty old) vehicle here for any yearly maintenance needs. They've always been very speedy, reasonably priced, and friendly to deal with.Recently, we had a warning light scare and Daniel was super helpful in explaining the issue (really, lack of issue, because we didn't realize it was just the tire pressure sensor) for free (!) Highly recommend this location, especially if you're a nervous personality with below-average car knowledge.

Ive had to have my car towed here twice within the last month due to Riverside s lovely roads (note the sarcasm) and both times I was met with amazing customer service, efficiency and empathy! Shout out to Daniel whom helped me both times and simply is the best. Never going anywhere else for my tire troubles.

Daniel and his crew at Tire Kingdom was no short of EXCELLENT! I had a hole in my tire, due to construction in the local area and arrived before opening. I was taken care as soon as I arrived, to get a tire plug. It took less then 15-20 mins and was they were even courtesy enough to top off my fluids. I definitely recommend that location. Much appreciation

The guys took great care of me. I went in on a Sunday got 2 tires replaced and they patched up the other two. Service time was a bit long but they were short staff. I would recommend.

Got a flat on one of my brand new tires...Curtis was very nice at customer service desk, and Chad got me patched up efficiently. I forgot to ask when it was on the lift, about my mud guards beneath, that were not properly attached at a different shop and made awful noises... Curtis reattached them for me!The service from both Chad and Curtis was outstanding! Thank you!

I needed my tire patched due to low pressure from a nail in my rear tire. I called as they were one of the only tire shops open today (Sunday) with good reviews. I spoke with Mr. Daniel and he assured me that he could help. I got there about 10 minutes after and he welcomed me and had a look at the tire. Not even 5 minutes later my truck was lifted and my tire being patched. Within 15 minutes of me being there my tire was as good as new. Mr. Daniel's thanked me for my service and took care of me with a nice military discount :). I can't say enough great things about this Tire Kingdom and the top notch customer service I received. Mr. Daniel was very kind and the mechanic was fast, and professional. If I ever need another tire service it'll be with them!

We punctured our tire on i95 and had to immediately get off the highway. Thankfully this Tire Kingdom was right off the highway, open and willing to help! We appreciate the prompt and professional service to get us safely on our way home! Thank you Tire Kingdom, Park St!!

We have always been customers with tire kingdom. We have had a slow leak in our rear tire for about a month. We stopped at tire kingdom to see if we needed a new tire or a repair. Daniel took our call and fixed us up with a repair with the help of Rome and within an hour we were back in the car and leaving.. He was very generous and respectful and professional. Thanks Daniel! Will return for future services.
