Great service, amazing prices, Corey and his service manager was the greatest. They took time to explain everything to me, and the benefits to each process. I ll definitely be back, and would urge you to give them a try. I ve seen the reviews on this store and was hesitant, but decided to give them a try, and the amount of care the service manager had, it was like we were family. He even gave me a few other things that needed done, but told me a timeline of when. Never once did I feel pressured into anything he gave me options, and his opinion on what he would do to keep his family safe, and mobile.

They ask for WAY TOO much info at service. First and last name, phone number, email, mailing address. This was for only one transaction and I already had money in hand! Fraud is so common and I don't trust to give out all of my personal info. More than likely I won't be returning so all of the personal info is uncalled for. It's only one tire. Machanic Orlando was amazing that's the only reason for any stars because he really took his time to ensure quality care.

Great staff!!! After hitting a chunk of concrete on 95 this morning, I had a tire blow out. They got me in right away, and we're friendly and professional. Highly recommend these guys for all your tire needs!

Excellent work done Corey, and his crew. Had a flat repair, they got me in and out quickly, even looked over my vehicle, pointed out a few things that needed some attention, but didn t force me to fix right away. I ll definitely be back when the finances allow me to work the repairs in.

Had a great experience today. I was able to get my tires done and oil changed. Drew was great at keeping me informed of what was going on. It was quick considering we called in this morning to get estimates on the tires. Thanks for helping us out today!

I experienced a flat tire on my way to the airport so I had to drop off the car and head to the airport. They fixed my tire, kept the car while I traveled and it was ready to pick up when I returned from my travels. Great service and it helped with the stress of trying to manage a repair while in route for a business trip.

Levi at the Tire Kingdom in River City on skymarks has great customer service skills and was very attentive to my needs. Everyone here is fabulous! Levi is my new go to tire/car guy! He is extremely professional, funny, and kind! Waiting room is clean and there is free wifi if you have to work while waiting!

I did an appointment for a oil change and to check the brakes bcz one of your employees said they have to be changed. That was today at 8 and I was waiting for someone to open the store for 20 minutes. Well I chose to do my business in other store and guess what I did everything I need to do and I have a great surprise, I don't need to change the brakes bcz they are fine. So, you didn't open the store when it's supposed to be open you try to scam womans, bcz we are womans. Thanks for nothing.

I only came here because my buddy s alignment machine isn t working so I went in because I had front passenger wheel wobble and thought it was a alignment issue. just for them to test drive my truck and slam the gas to the floor and almost do a burnout then to tell me I need a whole front end front brakes and rear tires cause they re all shot so I took it to a buddy s shop and low and behold all I needed was tie rod ends so I did those no more wobble and had the brakes and tires checked they still had over half life. This place is a scam all they want is money never come here

We live and travel in our RV full time. On our way through Florida we had a flat tire (leaky valve stem) on our 5th wheel. I didn t want to drive much further so we stopped by Tire Kingdom.What wonderful people. The associate saw me walking up with the tire, came and grabbed it and said give me 5 minutes I will get you back on the road.What helpful people would definitely come back again.

I needed a brake light replaced. I contacted Tire Kingdom to make an appoint for the next morning with no problem. The service was very quick, and I was only a few minutes late for work. I also learned that Tire Kingdom could do a few other service to my car which will save me in the long run from have to go to an unnecessary trip to the dealer. Very nice.

Came in for an emergency and Sean jumped in and took care of me asap. Great personality and great to work with! Her took care of my issue personally and had me out in 30 minutes. Def will be back and def recommend for any tire issues you have.

Had a week with 4 new tires and bolts were recommended replacement .brought the car in they said it was a val steam . Changed the tire have the spare on the car. Was in and out the door. Awesome service was not charged

This is a little late, but I want to give (Cory) the manager, a shout out for his handling of my situation, and concerns for myself and my wife!! After losing my left rear rim and tire on I-95 !!! He made sure that we had water and electric for our travel trailer, while waiting for my 2000 Chevy Silverado to be repaired at the Yule Tire Kingdom,,, due to his mechanic being on vacation , he was unable to affect my repairs, but made sure I got the service I needed in a timely manner!! Thank you Cory for all you did, you could have stood by and let corporate deal with the situation , but you took control and went above and beyond!!!Sincerely Robbie

II was headi g to Church Service this morning, I notice I had low tire pressure, I stop you shop, team was very helpful assisting me with tire issue, I am very Thankful for John and Team. CUSTOMER SERVICE was outstanding, it was good to see some business do care about there customer. I know were to go now for vehicle maintenance service, I apprecite you guys very much.Thanks Again.

Sean and Greg at the Jacksonville Airport location were the best! I did not have an appointment and they helped me in a timely manner and were super professional. No one wants to fly home and as you are leaving the airport deal with a tire issue on a Sunday. Greg and Sean came to the rescue and helped me-very thankful and will be back to purchase new set of tires !!!!!

Everyone here is fabulous! Lance is my go to tire/car guy! He is extremely professional, funny, and kind! You can tell he truly cares about his customers and making sure you are fully satisfied! Waiting room is clean and there is free wifi if you have to work while waiting!

Would leave zero stars if it would let me. Had a leak while heading back to S Fl on vacation stopped at this Tire Kingdom to get it fixed. Left the truck and went to lunch got a call that it was repaired. Half hour down the road tire had lost pressure. Took the tire to another TK at home, left the tire got a call it was repaired. When they tried to charge me for it I asked what had been done, no one knew, turns out nothing. Put it in the water tank while i watched and there was a leak in the stem. Neither place had seen it but still would have let me leave thinking it had been repaired. DO NOT GO TO TIRE KINGDOM.

I've been a customer here at Skymarks Drive for years. The manager Corey has been my "go to" guy whenever I've had questions about my car. I'm a single female and we tend to be taken advantage of in mechanical situations; that has never been the case with Corey. I have a 20 year old car that still looks and rides like it's brand new. I went to another store location when I moved, but returned to the Skymarks location because I feel every encounter is personalized for me, my budget and my car with the utmost customer care. The entire team here works like clockwork, very professional and always courteous.

It s hard to believe it has been 6 years since my first review! This Tire Kingdom location has been so good to us over the years. From the simple maintenance (tires and oil changes) to more involved items (clutch replacements and new a/c) their team is always up to the task. The facility is always clean and no matter how busy they are, I always receive the best personalized care. They recently expanded their website to allow online scheduling which is perfect for my busy schedule. I m so thankful to have a service provider that I can always depend on.The Tire Kingdom on Skymarks Drive has provided excellent service to our family's cars for many years. I am always impressed by the level of professionalism and genuine customer care displayed by this Tire Kingdom Team.
