Dropped my car in for a road hazard issue, Jesse informed me that I would not be able to repair because the Object was on the side wall (I had replaced 3 tires individually in the last 3 months, so $$$ cost.. he was able to help me out and find a replacement, and get me a reasonable price. I had my car in 2 hours. Much appreciated! I ll def come back here based on my experience. Pretty seamless.

The lady at the desk is very rude. Wouldn t even set her phone down to assist. Other customers complained about her attitude. I definitely recommend get someone with a better customer service skill set. Plenty of people would be happy to have a job and would treat people with respect. I can t count how many times she rolled her eyes at me. She smacked and popped her gum more than she worked. I understand having a bad day but you still have a job to do. I will not be coming back. This is your customer service rep hard at work. Do better. I edited my review to a 4 star you have Joe to thank for that. He was super nice.

Excellent service! I had a fairly quick air leak because of a large screw in my passenger rear tire, so I stopped in to see if they would take a walk-in, and they had no problem doing so. The gentlemen I spoke with were friendly, courteous, helpful and sympathetic. On top of all that, I was given a discount on the repair because it took a little longer than expected. Overall I'd recommend this shop.

This location specifically has gone above and beyond in helping fix the myriad of issues in my vehicle. They're honest and up-front about the pricing and do their best to get it fixed in a timely manner. Combined with their friendly attitude, it feels like dealing with family. 10/10 highly recommend

Stopped in this morning due to low air pressure in one of my tires. Joe was up front and honest. Told me all I needed was a patch. They treated me great and had me on my way in a reasonable amount of time. Will return when it s time to buy tires.

The customer service was excellent. The team got along great with each other. Which is nice to see for once. My truck had a lot of work that needed to be done. The team worked hard to do the job swiftly and efficiently. I was extremely grateful to Tire Kingdoms team lead for getting me the price I needed with the amount of work I needed done. Keep up the great work guys and girl!!

Looks like management has changed for the better. Jeff at front counter took his time and walked me through the entire process with no pressure , and only to find out it s just his first week there. Joe and his techs did a wonderful job in helping me and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car checked out. From the time I arrived to the time I left easy smooth process.Thank you guys!

Went in with a flat and a noise. While I don't normally trust people outright, from the getgo I had a relaxed and comforted feeling from the gentleman who was helping me. His name was Jeff, and whomever trained and hired this young man deserves some accolades. He handled my situation honestly and attentively, and at the end.of the day, I knew he'd dona all he could to make the best of my situation. They might not be the closest, but Jeff ensured the d be coming back.

Omg Joe you are amazing. Guys Joe was so wonderful in Adrian was acceptable as well. They even had the time to walk me across the busy street because I was afraid to do so. Very kid friendly as well come get your car fixed here you will not be disappointed by the service or the prices. I'm so pleased. Thank you.

Had a great and pleasant experience today. Waiting area was pleasant and relaxing.Clean restroom for their guest.Athough I was not able to get everything worked on today, the tech carefully explained to me what needed attention and why. When I'm ready I definitely will be back. Very professional to.

Amazing experience!! Jose was very helpful, explained things well, and was very down to earth. Jessie was so nice to talk to and will make you laugh while you wait. Jerald was a perfect mix of both. All three remembered us when we came back and we re very understanding of our time restraints and offered us great deals. Wouldn t go anywhere else.

Jesse and Wesley were awesome. I received a thorough breakdown of things that I need to look to repair in the future. Thank goodness it was nothing serious or immediate. I appreciate the time and effort that Wesley took to ensure that my car was in good condition and functioning properly. I highly recommend, the customer, service and friendliness is unmatched! The store manager Jerald was extremely professional, and helped me with getting new tires. As well as helping me other vehicle issues. Jesse was very polite, and helped me these issues too. I needed all new tires, and they got me everything I needed at the exact price point. I will definitely be taking my business back here in the future

I'm visiting from out of town. For a number of reasons I choose this business for an oil change and tire rotation. I couldn't have made a better decision. Everyone was very courteous, helpful and professional. I have been in the automotive business my whole life, I'm 72, and give this place a 10.

Jerald was amazing! The guys helped me out before traveling for the holiday season, making sure my tires were well maintained and prepared to go on the road. I will definitely return soon!! Highly recommend, very professional.

Curtis and the staff were and always are a top-notch crew! Jesse was superb! Here I was out of town on business with a flat tire in a town I didn't know and I pulled into Tire Kingdom in Normandy, Jacksonville and Jesse gave me white glove service. I was in and out again in no time! Thank you!

Jesse and the techs took great care of my Suburu Forester. The tires fit perfectly, smooth and quiet ride. They spec'd out my alignment based off the factory recommendations and showed me the print outs for the final product. Tire prices and options are very competitive, glad to have them be my go to option.

12/19/23 The service at this location is absolutely terrible. I called ahead for an alignment and oil change and was told there was no wait. Arriving 15 minutes later there was 2 people ahead of me in line. The two gentlemen (not wearing name tags) were slow and arguing about helping customers by show of hand motions. When I was finally helped about 10 minutes after standing in line, I was told it would be 30-45 minutes until the vehicle was finished. I waited 3 hours from the time that I gave the employee the keys. Everytime I check on the vehicle I was blown off by being told that they did not know what was taking the mechanic so long.

Worst place I ve gone for tires. Came in for new tires at 11am and didn t get to leave till 3:30. They weren t busy at all and I was the 3rd person in the door. The crew of mechanics kept talking and holding eachother up. I understand having conversation while working but when it prevents you from getting the job done that s where the conversation should end. I needed new rear brake pads, the guy at the counter said he had to place an order to get them but that they were on the way and should be to us within the next 10 min. I waited the 10 mins and noticed that a truck still hasn t pulled up with parts. So I ask him how much longer he thinks they need with the truck and he would only say 3 mins on the part, it ll be here, its on the way that was around 1:30 and finally right before 2 the truck shows up. The crew was still goofing off and not doing the work.

Super nice staff! Helpful and knowledgeable when we called. We had a flat on our trip, we called, and they had our tire and got us fixed up in less than an hour!! There was no extra sales pushing either. Clean bathrooms.

Excellent service! Got 4 new tires for a decent price. They didn't harass me for extra services but did let me know what else was needed.
