So I originally came to Tire Kingdom to get a tire replaced. I just left Quick line 7 mins away and my car began smoking on the way. The staff at Tire Kingdom not only informed me my engine was flooded 12 quarts in my engine that takes 5.8 quarts, they also informed me my oil pan plug was now stripped from Quick lube as well and I needed a new plug. I ended up having them do another oil change on the car to ensure there are no issues and purchased a tire. Thank you to the manager and the mechanic for your amazing assistance. God bless.

Best tire shop in town. Isaac got me taken care of very fast, which was a necessity because I was at work and needed to get back to the job as soon as possible. Highly recommend using this shop.

These guys went above and beyond to help me! Had a blow out and the car had specialty rims. I didn't have the socket and no specialty sockets fit! After brainstorming they rigged up a. Tool and got me in and out quick! Friendly, great service, and quick! Thank you guys again!

The staff was super friendly and easy to work with. They were very helpful with explaining the products that they were using and the cost and made it easy for me to know where my money was going. Devin worked really fast on my car and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be back again.

Needed new tires last minute, and an oil change as well on a busy weekend. The saff was very friendly and inviting, they also had me in, and out within less than an hour as a walk in! I also want to give a HUGE shout-out to Jessica, she was a big help in helping me choose the correct parts/services. i would 10/10 highly recommend anyone in the area to give them a try! i know ill definitely be back.

I was due for a new set of tires for my car and this Tire Kingdom In Regency did a great job for me. Jessica the assistant manager got me a great price on the tires and new front Brake pads and rotors. John my technician had me in and out in an Hour. I ll definitely be back with them for anything in the future and highly recommend them.

Excellent service! I have been to Tire kingdom on Atlantic Blvd two times and each time I received outstanding service! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and quickly fixed my tire on a Sunday. I would recommend this location anyone!

I experienced an unexpected flat tire. I pulled into this Tire Kingdom and Ismael inspected my tire. He noticed a piece of metal in it. He immediately got my car up on the lift, fixed my tire, and got me back on the road. These guys were professional, fast, and efficient! Highly recommend!

Had a nail in one of my tires and needed my tires rotated. From the first contact these guys were very friendly and professional. They had my truck up on the lift within minutes of me arriving. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend them.

Took my car in for light repair, and it was little-no wait on the repair. Came out looking sharper, and patch job exceeded expectations. If you need a repair, tire kingdom on Atlantic is the most efficient I have found. Great customer service, waiting area, and very convenient.

William was awesome, and very helpful. Even though they couldn t actually fix what was wrong with my truck. They still sent me to someone who could. Made me feel much better even though I was sad. Definitely, will come here for my more minor issues in the future.

Isaac, Ish, and Roberto were all incredibly kind, understanding , and went above and beyond to help us in our time of need. They took the time to not only come out to us and fix our flat, but they also fixed it in such a quick and efficient manner! I would give them 10 stars if I could, these people are the truth!

The place was packed, but they still squeezed me in to patch a hole in tire from a bolt. Customer service was awesome, quick drop off, quick pickup. Will come back when tire service is needed again.

Eyes close I would recommend this store . The staff is beyon knowledgeable in all aspects. I m a very picky person when it comes to the service of my car I drive a g37 and they took care of my car and came out of there smiling and my car drives justLike when I took it out of the dealer . Our experience with these people is that they will try hard to upsell you with unnecessary repairs. We came in with one tire with a staple in it. They wanted to sell us a set of tires. The tires were worn, so no problem. They had the car in their shop, might as well.Then they said the struts were shot and would have to be replaced, and that our brakes were worn down and would have to be replaced. This made me a little guarded since it is common trick with tire places to try to sell shocks if the tires are worn, and I have had other mechanics claim I needed new brake pads when I didn't. There is a kernel of truth about the shocks, but they have to be extremely worn before it affects your tires and by then you would notice other symptoms. There had been no symptoms of struts or brakes being worn.We politely declined the brake and strut replacement despite their dire warning that the front pads were down to nothing, andthe implication over the phone to my wife that I was neglecting her safety.Well, I was planning to change the oil myself anyway, so I inspected the brakes and struts at the same time. I like the challenge of doing my own car repairs, and I have most of the tools and access to a lift at the Navy base's auto skills center.See the picture with arrows. It shows the inside front brake pad. The outer brake pad was the same. The rotors were smooth and had no grooves. The pads are less than halfway through their service life. The factory service manual says the standard thickness is 12mm, and these are just a little below that. The minimum is 1mm.If you want to risk getting work down here, I strongly suggest getting a second opinion before you pay for repairs that they suggest in addition to tire repair. As for my wife and I, we don't plan to trust them with our cars for any reason.

The price they charge for a 4 wheel alignment isn't bad. But don't ever buy warranty on the alignment. Tire Kingdom will cheat you out of. I replaced suspensions on my car and took the car to this tire Kingdom . I only wanted to get it aligned and that's it, but the individual behind the counter said if you get the warranty, we will cover the alignment of your car for a full year. He specifically said, "I don't care what happens just bring it in and we will fix the alignment". So I bought the alignment for a year.. there was two issues after getting the car aligned First, they said after doing the alignment, the springs on the struts were stiff and it takes time for the springs to soften up. Give it some time and bring it back, I said cool, I'll do that. Second thing I noticed was the steering wasn't straight however the car wasn't pulling so i figured i leave it alone untill I get it re aligned. I did this in Jan 2023 and went back around Novembe 2023. I showed them paper work I saved and they took the car and came back 10 min later saying we can't honor the warranty of the alignment because I have "new parts in my car". The "sales man" said yea I used to work at Mavis tire and the suspension needed to be replaced, and now you have new parts in your car which means it voids the warranty. If you read this and you're confused we'll don't worry because I am still confused!!!. I argued with the guy for 20 min saying I wasted my money and there are no new parts in my car from the time I bought the alignment. After a while I gave up told them to check the alignment give me the print out and I'll be on my way. I'll never go back here agian.. and don't ever buy warranty alignment, it's a waste of money .

Derek and Abraham are awesome! Our business had 6 flat trailer tires my husband called for an appointment got one 45 min later. Arrived and they didn t have that many so Abraham drove to another store and got them. Total time not even 30 min for the whole deal!! Tires were all done PERFECTLY!! Paid and all.. Nice nice guys and knew all the info I needed. I can t thank y all enough!

Amazing job by Isaac and his team here. Have had a tire that keeps going flat for months that people tell me there's not a hole in and in 30 minutes they found the hole in patched it and had me on my way. Thanks again guys!

Was having tire trouble for a while. Pulled up and got help immediately. If you need a quick tire change with great service this is the place!
