Just had my tires rotated & balanced, & got excellent service. They were on time for my appointment, & the service time was appropriate. Most of all was the kindness of the guy who worked on my car. He may have even been the manager, not sure. He talked to me about issues without pressuring me to spend more money. He gave me options without making me feel stupid. As a woman, it is terrifying to go to any kind of car associated place & not wonder if you're getting raked over the coals. I didn't feel like that at all. I will definitely return.

Kevin was amazing! I really appreciated him being welcoming and providing great service. Came in for a couple new tires and they had me in and out fairly quickly. Definitely recommend stopping in for all your tire needs.

We had broken down on the road and were striking out with any covered assistance. Calling nearby tire shops, Gary at Tire Kingdom in Jacksonville was immediately on the case. He offered expert advice and we got ourselves to the shop. The team swung into action. In no time, they had our vehicle ready to go. The shop waiting area was clean and friendly. I felt comfortable there with my family. It s rare in this day and age - and at the end of a work day! - to have such expert knowledge and customer service just when it s needed most. I would recommend Jacksonville Tire Kingdom to anyone!

My husband and I bought a boat and on the way home a tire on the trailer started to shred and fall off. We got off the highway and conveniently tire kingdom was 6 minutes away so we wobbled our way down and Kevin immediately got me a quote and new tires put on in under 30 minutes. He was so kind and helpful. Thank you for being so quick and efficient.

I showed up to this Tire Kingdom driving a rental with a flat tire. The rep working assured me that he would look into the partnership between Tire Kingdom and Enterprise.Within 10 minutes the staff had the tire repaired, billing to Enterprise and had me back on the road.Very courteous and helpful staff at this location!!

Came in right after I ran over a nail. Sonny and his crew responded quickly put on my spare and got me on my way within 30 min. Highly recommend this place it s being run by efficient people and I m so glad I chose to come to tire kingdom with my tire issue.

I was driving home from a 12 hour shift as a labor and delivery nurse. There was a hazard on the exit and I couldn t get far enough over so my right front tire took the corner of it. Tire Kingdom was open so I took a chance and went in, sure my tire, rim and maybe a few other things were not drivable. Their kindness and professionalism was above and beyond any auto customer service I ve encountered. They got me back on the road safely, quickly and at minimal cost so I could get home and back to work the next day. Gary and Gabriel saved the day as my auto care guardian angels!!!! I recommended this store to everyone (especially my kids) for their impressive integrity and ability to get me back on the road!

The customer service and expertise here is wonderful! Dewan is so detail oriented when it comes to listening to your concerns. He gave me updates, was very helpful and kind. I was stressed about the maintenance that I knew needed done but they went out of their way to reassure me. I really appreciate how personal my experience was. Additionally, John was very knowledgeable and honest regarding the maintenance that needed done. They were able to get me in the same day! The price was reasonable as well as the wait time.

Great customer service from Ms. Dee! We called to ask if they have the tire we need and if we can set up an appointment on the same day, and Ms. Dee was able to quote us the estimate of the tire cost and was able to get us in 5 minutes after the call.

Had to get new ball joints and sway bar due to a loud squeak that would occur every time I went over a bump, they were able to get it done in a day and it drives so much better the steering is tighter and the squeak is completely gone.

Walked it right before they close and D provided me with great customer service. Craig and Gabe did a fantastic job with my truck despite staying a little late. They all went that extra mile and that is hard to find among business these days. Yall keep up the great work and i woll be back for some tires

I made a reservation online for an oil change. When I arrived the man at the counter told me the heat was putting them behind & that I should come back on Monday. When I came back on Monday they told me I needed a new air filter which I had recently replaced. Also, I noticed my car sounded different after leaving the appointment. After my boyfriend popped the hood of my car he pointed out the air filter compartment was not put back together which was causing the sound. This was my 1st & last oil change at this location.

I had a flat and they helped me. They are so nice and I always come here for my service. Nail in tire. Government should pay for that since they let the people who build new houses don t pick up there mess. The workers I mean not the people who want a new house
