The worst tire company in Jacksonville. Purchased two tire for $97.45 on Oct 19 Wednesday and the next dam day one of the tire ripe to "shred" while driving on I-295. Now he refused to exchanged the tires.Bad business, never go there!!!!!!!

I needed tire replacement, and this shop was great. Very friendly staff, got me in and out right away, and prices are great. I will definitely be going here in the future.

Unfortunately will never go here again. . Just bought brand new tires all around a few months ago. (Not from this place) since there was a cold snap one was getting pretty low. I paid the Caucasian gentleman to put air in my tire amd he claimed all 4 of my tires were extremely low. I trusted his "professionalism" as he proceeded to put 54 to 56 psi in my tires that are on supposed to be between 32 to 34psi. I am not currently running on 4 bald tires that are super smooth. Reminding you that I JUST bought these tires brand new. I have no extra find for tires and now I'm driving with dangerous bald tires. I am a driver in the area. Will never go to and shop here again. Please learn more about tires before you hurt someone

I needed a pair of tired for the front of my car. I was provided that and in and out within 10 minutes. On the way out I felt one of the tires shaking a little, so I turned around and let the owner know. He apologized immediately and asked no questions, and switched out the tire that was causing the issue. Everything was good after that. I recommend this place highly for their prices and professionalism.

I went in today to pick up a couple of tires and quickly noticed that the place had changed a lot from what I remembered, for the much better. The appearance of the building is welcoming with abundant plants and the owner is even more welcoming.After discussing tire options, I was given some great tires to choose from. The work was done very quickly and I was on my way at a very fair price.UPDATE: After getting home, I found that one of the tires I chose had an issue. I went back and as soon as I pulled up, Freddy (or Freddie) came right out to see what the issue was and jumped right into action to make things right. I was very impressed by how quickly these guys worked to make me happy.I would highly recommend Tire Express to anyone in need of good tires at a good price.

Chico is the best ever his tires are the best and he will work with as well prices are great! I need help and he was on point with everything. Plus he is quick takes two guys other places this man does it his self with in 5 min or less go Chico please Check him out!!!

Used to be good place. Went for years then they upped the price dramatically for one tire. Talked to the owner who then pretended he was the owner's brother and stole my receipt so I wouldn't have proof they sold me a leaking tire. Doesn't matter I don't plan on coming back Chico.

Wow wow wow this place not only fixed my slow leak and dam fast but they did not even charge me cause I had my kids in the car and they did not want me to have to take them out to the car so I can go pay $10 on my debt card inside . Really nice people do still exist . Thank you Chico your awsem baby .

This guy makes remarks about my business and what service I give him he the owner of tire express had a 3 yr hundred thousand miles guarantee that was covered by the builder and the installer as long as he the owner of the yellow hummer would have used his head instead he left his truck running while he was inside working and forgot to go back outside to shut it off with the ac.on no electric fan plugged in due to him unplugging it because he said it was not needed the truck run so hot it melted the temp plugs off the heads and then put stop leak in the system then he brings me the hummer wanting me to warranty his stupidity and continues to blame someone else. And the man charges 40$ dollars for a used tire that cost him 3$ people u can buy a new tire with 40,000mile roadhazard warranty usually 10$to 15$ more and it won't be putting your family or your self and others at risk don't buy his junk he picked from the junkyard promise his own employees will tell you the same that's why he changes employees quite a bit or there over worked and under paid his brother on McDuff.ave same

My tire light came on and it's pouring down raining. I just tried to get air put in my tires and was told "per the boss" we're not doing air today and he walked out. Poor customer. Air is free but I didn't have a problem paying for it.

Great place if you need tires! I got a flat and service was so fast and the price was awesome!!! I would definitely recommend over any other tire shop around, this for sure is the place to go hands down.

I had a horrible experience took my wife s car there and purchase a set of tires when the tech broke two lug nuts and two studs. The apparent manager/supervisor assessed the damage and made a 5min attempt to fix and then offered a resolution of I m sorry you may need to take this some where to get fix I don t have the proper tools to repair . I then asked the car was safe to drive like this and he said of course. I then took car to multiple tire shops in area and they stated that they could not do anything and the tire shop whom replaced the tires should be responsible for this. So I had to take the car to dealership and currently awaiting to hear the financial damage it s going to cause. I then went back shop and manager/supervisor would not even come outside after tech went to get him.

Great staff, the owner comes out and greets you. I bought tires and had my brakes done with in two weeks.Very satisfied.

I paid 240 cash for tires on my van. 4 different air pressures is ok, but the out of balance every damn tire pisses me off Everytime I hit the highway! I went back he goes, u got the receipt? Man I don't know ! But he didn't even try to investigate if I was legit, just wanted to charge me another 40 bucks....I guess to do another trial and error on putting in air and balancing tires? Duck outta here! Make amends 420 2927

The men working up here got me in and out in about 5 minutes. Took my old tire off and put a new tire on for me.great costumer service.
