Went in for a service brake light, they quickly checked it out. Very nice people that are easy to work with, not out for your money like most mechanics. I d give them 10 stars if I could

Our experience at Tire Depot has by far been the best service we have ever received. There is no other place that can match the professionalism and customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond for us without hesitation. The owner handed us the keys to his personal vehicle to use when an unexpected personal situation came up. They have our business from here on out!

I called at this location and explained about a tire that kept leaking air. A guy told me to bring the vehicle in and hang up on me even though I didn't finish the rest of my questions. I then had to drive there. I asked the guy that I spoke with on the phone and he escorted me to another guy at the front desk. When I entered it was full of smoke that I was not able to breath. When I asked for a piece of paper and pen to communicate because I am deaf. His attitude was terrible and he made it look like he didn't want to deal with a deaf customer. I am monitoring my tire to make sure because the tire does not match the other 3 tires.

Good deal, fast service. I got a used tire installed for $50. You can't beat that deal, in and out in 20 minutes. Thanks guys

Anytime I have a flat I go to this business. Whether it s air or piecing the tire back together, they have my back. I cannot say enough nice things about the owner and the business as a whole.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Scammers! I was a repeat customer of these guys trusted them. Got all my tires done from them for months and an alignment and kept having multiple problems with my car. Took it to Good Year turns out all my tires were bad and needed an alignment after just getting one 2 weeks ago from HERE. smdh Goin cheap isnt always good STAY AWAY from these crooks!

Amazing! After being totally dismissed at another nearby tire store that I had been going to for years, I stumbled across this place. I called and the gentleman was friendly and helpful. I drove up and was out of there in less than 10 minutes. I just needed a plug on an otherwise good tire. It only cost $10 but I was so impressed and thankful after my experience at the other place, that I gave them $20! They aren't very chatty, but they are nice, professional, quick and knowledgeable. I have a new tire shop! :)

My first experience shopping there was about a year ago and the owner(I believe), was cool, he even took me to the inventory yard and let me choose which tire I wanted out of what he had in stock in my size and gave me a fair price since then I ve shopped with him at least 4 more times not including the times I ve taken family members up there for their vehicles . Another positive that he provided that keeps my business is, if his inventory is scarce in your size and the tread is less than par then he will discount the price even if the customer is ignorant in that matter and innocently just doesn t know any better the facility is a little rough around the edges I admit but the service is honest and highly acceptable.

I will ALWAYS come here from now on. This man is a savior and so very kind. He did everything he could to get me out with new tires, after I was scammed on 5 tires off marketplace. I had no idea that the tires I received were so old, I didn t know any better as to a date being on them. This business and his employees taught me how to check from now on, and made me a great deal on a set. He has a heart of gold. Their service went above and beyond and he treated me with respect as I was having a very bad day and melting down. Unlike discount tire who was extremely rude with me and wouldn t even let me talk to ask if they had any deals on tires. If you re looking for tires, this place is the place to come!!!!

I really I really enjoyed going to tire Depot they're nice polite getting fed up with me out of money give me some good tires I spent $105 you can't beat that so check them out if you need a tire or you tired check them guys out the good people

Please go somewhere else!!!!!!! Owner is rude and doesn t listen to his customers. I seen him get 5 extra dollars from the man in-front of me for a tire disposal fee yet kept my tire he said was so bad.

My Family and I have been coming here for years I moved to Jacksonville FL from Georgia in 2006 it was very hard to find honest ppl and some is All about taking your money not satisfying their Customers. The Owner and his wonderful Staff isn't like that they go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied I have some family here and I have family that actually drives from Ga to this establishment. When you get good quality service Miles and Distance doesn't matter I highly recommend Tire Depot for their Service!!!

I was recommended Tire Depot by a few friends and I'm glad I stopped in! Staff is extremely friendly and they offer high quality new/used tires. Will definitely send others their way and continue to return myself!

I went there on New Years eve because I had a flat tire. I purchased a $40 used tire, after the guy I believe was the manager inspected my tire told my tire was no good and couldn't plugged. His employee put a tire on my car without me looking over the replacement tire. As soon I drove away got in traffic and got to a speeded of 10 mi or more there was a strange sound me being pressed for time because it was already late and I had some where to be i didn't go back, they were closed the next day New Years Day , then I had to work a 12 hr shifts the next. I went back on the 3rd day. The manager inspected the tire and said there was 2 nails in it. He said i must have did it. He was very rude. He would not replace it for free. He sold me that tire like that that why he didn't initially show me the tire. I hate when businesses take advantage of women.I hate this tire shop and will NOT recommend it to anyone. I will report them to BBB.

People were okay. Service was okay. Tire is HORRIBLE.all air leaked out after 2 days of having the new tire. Nothing has punctured it. I went in spent 50 dollars on a USED tire when I could've easily spent 30 somewhere else for a GOOD used tire. This is ridiculous and I plan on getting a refund today. Never go hear. I keep hearing things about their tires always going flat and leaking air

Great service and prices! Always helpful. I got there once just after he closed the shop down.... He reopened just to get me back on the road with a safe tire. I don't shop anywhere else for tires.

As soon as I pulled up, someone came out to greet and help me. Immediately put my car in to place and even allowed me to walk with him and pick my tires. Extremely good price and very nice people. Would definitely recommend.

courteous and enthusiastic employees.great prices. I got a pair of NEW tires about $50 less than discount tires wanted.these guys are open 6 days a week, too. DISCOUNT tires was CLOSED.saturday at 600 pm they took care of me. I work all week, dont have time to mess around during the week for tires.Thanks for the great deal and service guys. keep up the good work.ed

I have been a repeat customer to this place for awhile now. I have tried alot of tire shops in Jacksonville. This place always seems to have tries for my car everytime! And they always have them new and used. The prices are very reasonable and they are very fast and very friendly. A plus side too is they are open till 7! I get off at 5 pm so this makes it possible to go after work as well. Definitely try this place. They wont let you down.

Great place the man did not charge me for what I was asking for I definitely will use them again Mr Adam is very nice, sometime I think I get on his nerve with all my questions, but he answers them as much as he can, nice guy

I usually have a good experience with Tire Dept; however, I just bought a tire from them on Friday (11/3) @ 4:30 PM, and by 6:00 AM Saturday morning, all the air had leaked out. If I had remained in Jacksonville that day, I would have returned for a refund of my money immediately, but I had a bus trip to Savannah GA. I'm so grateful that I didn't take my personal vehicle, because the tire is I the front passenger side of the car add my young daughter was with me. The cost of the tire should ensure that a safe one is installed. Unacceptable. Heading up there this morning and will repost after I'm done.

They charge $15 for 1 plug and then $10 for each additional plug. For that much I can go to a real tire shop and get a internal patch which is better. I could have plugged it myself, I wanted a patch.

Sign said that they opened at 8 on Sunday they didn't get there till after 10 and then I was skipped. Just to be told because I have an RV they couldn't change my tire. One star for telling the truth and not wasting more of my time
