Lessons, be sure your car has a spare. TC was fast and friendly. When my tire couldn t be changed he sent a tow to get me to the right tire repair shop. Call TC!

Very great services and professional. I had an urgent situation come up where U-Haul failed to install a hitch pin and my tow trailer can detached from my vehicle on the interstate . TC roadside services was dispatched to come assist. He arrived very quickly and got me back on the road in no time getting my trailer properly secured and safe. I highly recommend this company for your roadside assistance. Thank you so much once again for assisting me.

I give this company 5 stars. My car gave out on me on the side of the expressway under an underpass. TC was professional, polite, and very helpful. He was about to end his day of work, but instead of doing that he rerouted and dropped my car and myself off at my house. May I add it didn t take him a long time to get to me.

He was arrived in half the time that was stated. He was kind, greeted me and said, lets get you on the road. No long conversations he begal to work immediately. Had my car running. Advised me how long to drive it before turning it off, which I appreciated or I would have turned it off when I got home. Excellent experience.

My daughter caught a flat tire on the side of the road and I made the great decision to contact TC. I must say the service was quick, efficient, and not as expensive as I thought. Battery died on my work travel from Amelia Island-Jax-St Aug and it was 10pm. I called TCRS and a nice dude named Ty answered and he said he would get me a new battery at 8am next morning so I could be on my way. He came like he said and got r done! Super friendly, a fellow veteran, quality job and great price!! I highly recommend and he will be my go to for any future emergency auto service. Thanks Ty & God bless!!!

Woke up early morning to a flat tire. He told me he'd arrive in an hour. I didn't have to wait even 30 mins and changed the flat in less than 10 mins in my garage. Courteous and professional service.

Ty arrived within 30 minutes of my request to AAA for assistance with my spare tire. On the previous day, Costco could not figure out how to secure the spare tire back into position at the bottom of the minivan. In fact Costco claimed that an essential piece was missing for the installation. Ty used critical thinking skill to solve our problem. It turned out nothing was missing. The allegedly missing piece was simply hard to find, but it was there all along. Thank you, Ty! You are the best.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service we received from TC Roadside Services and I highly recommend! My daughter s truck shut off on her while driving and wouldn t restart and I was convinced we needed to tow it and afraid I d be paying a huge repair bill. TC Roadside Services looked at it and said he could get it running and get us home so I wouldn t need to get it towed. It had something to do with the battery and the terminal connection and he had one with him and was able to change it out for me on the spot within minutes! He had us start it, turn it off, restart it, to make sure we were good to go - so thorough!! He took excellent care of my daughter s beloved truck and got us home which means the world to me! After making multiple phone calls to different listings, I was blessed to come across his!!! After a week long road trip (myself, wife, and 11 month old son), we were just trying to make it home (Palm Bay), but just south of Jacksonville we got a flat tire. Typically it wouldn t be a problem, I d throw the spare on and limp it home until the next day, but unfortunately we were in the wife s BMW, that doesn t have a spare or a spot for one. No one would come out without either having a matching tire they could sell us if it wasn t repairable, or guarantee them it s a repairable flat, even offering to pay for them to come out to figure it out. He came out in like 30min from the time I called (fast), found the puncture, plugged it, aired the tire, and took payment all in about 10min (in the rain by the way). Because of his speedy response and work, my family made it home tonight, and we appreciate it!!

I used TC Roadside service this morning for a quick battery jump.Ty responded swiftly, and made sure to get to me within the hour. He truly saved the day- and is very knowledgeable in his business. He was such a great help. 10/10 recommend to anyone in JAX for your road-side assistance needs.

I was having issues with my car starting up and gave TC Roadside Services a call. He wasn't able to help but referred me to his "friends" who he said have been fixing his car "for years." Per Ty's recommendation, I called his friends who turned out to be some shady craigslist SCAMMERS who RUINED the engine of my Honda Accord. It will now cost me a FORTUNE to get the issue fixed. Please do not take referrals from this company. As far as using his services: Birds of a feather flock together! DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK
