My name is Sarah, I went to get an oil change. I did the economy an was able to use my $5 coupon on their website. Also they offered to replace my windshield wipers for $19.99 each and my air filter was dirty that was $35. The tech offered me an additional $20 off if I wanted to bundle. I walked out the door spending $122. Not bad any other place or most other place, oil changes alone can cost $80-90 for basic oil. So I felt I got a good deal. Great service and everyone was really respectful. Thank you gents!

Quick and easy, didn t even have to exit my car. They showed me my filters as they took them out and let mw decide if I wanted to replace them, offered me a coupon and from the time I pulled up to the time I left was less than 20 minutes. If you in a hurry it s worth the few extra dollars for the quick, efficient service. The service men were very polite and respectful.

My first time here and I had a great experience! The prices seemed a bit higher than the competition, but worth it!! Fast, professional, efficient and kind employees. Talked me through the whole process. I will be back! Mark that greeted me is a true asset to the company! Put me at ease immediately and was very patient and helpful! Thanks guys!

Quick and easy oil change. I give Take 5 a 4 star because they are quick and friendly, they know what their doing and will explain everything to you in a way you'll understand and they know what's best for the car. The downside was the price was kind of high (because we stay in the car?) and they told us the synthetic high mileage was best for my car even when the high mileage doesn't differ much from the regular. The price was a few dollars more so not much spent on the difference. Oh, I have a VW Jetta and they couldn't check the filter or help with wipers because the car is German. Damn car.

This place was GREAT! Service was quick and Eric explained everything to me so that I was informed and understood what was going on. I m not a car person so I REALLY appreciated everything being explained to me. A great experience! I will definitely be back.

Friendly staff that answered questions with a smile. I also watched them with other customers (they were pretty busy) and they had the same great service. Wasn't pushy with there "up sales" with windshield wipers and air filters. Overall a great experience and this will be my oil change place from now on.

I have been going to Take 5 for my oil changes for over 3 years and their service has always been outstanding, top-notch and excellent. My particular thumbs up is to Zack. His service as with others was fantastic

Everyone working there is so kind and respectful, hands down the best experience i ve ever had getting anything done to my car. I loved how they explained every step of the process to me. i m just a girl so my knowledge about cars is so limited but the men there made me feel so welcome!! Definitely coming back!!

Worse service ever. I felt like I was being g sold a parade of things I don't need.But when you say NO that means NO and if the guy there ever hits on my wife again I will rip your arms off.Understood I hope.

Such a fast and efficient team at this location! Even in the rain, Andrew still brought out a water to greet me. Trevor, Andrew and Griffin were courteous and worked quickly to change the oil and filters and have me on my way. Great experience, would highly recommend this location!

Everything was great except the price. But the cost of Everything is going up! So I really can't Blame Y'all. All of your Employees that were involved in My service performed very professionally and were very knowledgeable in their duties. I will continue getting my vehicle serviced through your business. I see now y'all are removing the oil through suction via the top of the engine.I would like to have the option of having my used oil drained through the bottom as I believe the removal from the top is not as good and would leave used oil in the engine. I understand why, stripped bolts etc.... will I be able to request a draining option in the future?

While getting an oil change yesterday there was an angry and loud woman in the bay next to me. She got out of her car, shoved equipment and tried to just drive out without being guided out. I was impressed with the staff who remained professional and calm the whole time and spoke to her respectfully even though she was not. Just wanted to say good job!

I always come to this location for my oil changes. The staff is so incredibly friendly and efficient. They were short staffed when I visited yesterday, and they still managed to ensure that I had everything I needed. Amazing and incredibly professional!

They are always my go to! Only problem is if they are busy there is hardly any room to wait in the parking lot. (Limited parking) but Daniel is always the friendliest technician and provides amazing customer service. 10/10 recommended them. They work very fast and always offer a water while you wait.

When I brought my daughter s van in for oil chg 3.5 months ago price for chg was less than $50, my daughter brought it back to them at my recommendation and they changed her $90. For exact same oil chg, checked that they had cleaned windshield, which they did not, am very disappointed that they would take advantage of 26 yo woman. Certainly no longer recommend Take 5 :(

I've been sitting here for 48 mins stuck in line. 2 employees working and they keep getting more & more backed up. 10 min oil change never happens here or any Take 5.I will say, however, that the staff was very attentive and someone else showed up. Hadn't planned on 1hr and 40 mins but the guys were as quick as they could possibly be. Great job guys

I love take 5!!!!! The guys are so nice first off and always offer me a water. You don t have to get out of your car and they are very straight forward with you. It takes 5-10 min tops and you leave feeling like your car was well taken care of. I go here everytime

Great service from the start. Greeted warmly, offered a bottle of water- Daniel, ast. Manager explained every step, each cost and was so pleasant. Will go back. Very good customer service. Highly recommend!

Excellent work all the time and always! My wife took my car to get an oil change. I typically do it myself. However, I couldn't go myself due to business related matters. My wife was highly impressed and spoke about how polite, courteous, and professional the staff were. She felt very confident about the entire experience and ended up getting a new filter that was well over due. Definitely will continue to go to this place and will also recommend my colleagues, friends, and family to go there as well! Highly recommended!

They have a slogan that says they can change the oil quicker than you can read the odometer. They must think the average consumer is pretty stupid however having been through a lot of oil changes it's extremely efficient and friendly place. It's just too bad that they do not have room for the employees to do the work particularly on the side stalls

I take my car here for all oil changes! The personnel are friendly and know what your car needs. Records kept on all filters and dates of last change. Most importantly your in and out within the time frame they say.

Great service. I do not mind to drive all the way to this location from Downtown because the service is always professional. People are kind and eficcient. You can tell, they take pride and what the do.Gracias :)

Everyone was very friendly.The staff was extremely professional.Even though they were in the process of training a new individual I felt like my experience was not detracted from.There were no hard upsells or trying to sell me something I didn't need.Overall a great experience I will be back.

I was impressed! First time there. Complentary bottle of water while you wait. Air in your tires and wash windshield. Prices were reasonable, top of fluids if needed. Plus you have 3 months or 3,ooo miles to be able to come back if you need things topped off! The only downfall was I was there an hour. But still better than going to the dealership. I will be back!!!Thank you!!
