Although the guys were quick and I thought efficient. HOWEVER when I said I was not ready to replace the air filter, it was put back in, in reversed so the dirt would go into the engine, my air sensor was damaged with excess dirt. I believe sabotage. I'll never return there. Customer Service with integrity was missing in action.

I ve used this service a few times but the last time, I had the worst experience . The guy who checked me in Matty was nice. The floor team leader was screaming and yelling at the help. I asked for my tire pressure to be checked and the technician said I don t get paid to do that so no . I had asked for a senior discount because I also bought wiper blades which were extremely expensive there. Matty called the screaming floor manager over and he said if she wants a cheap price she can buy cheaper wipers Poor Matty was incredibly embarrassed. The screaming floor manager kept threatening to make the guys go out and twirl the sign in the rain. There was no line at all yet he was yelling at them to hurry up. Matty was trying to change the mood and literally said. That s a cute dog! The crazy floor manager came over to my car Md yelled I don t pay you to run your mouth . I ll never ever go back and I will make sure no one I know uses that location again. By the way. I left there and suddenly my tire sensor went off . It was not on when I arrived . I do not trust them.

Take 5 is a great place to get a fast oil change and back on the road. Their efficiency is amazing. They call out each part with double checking from other team members. No mistakes are made, and you are done quick. I take all of my cars there.

Visited for an oil change today. Employees were professional and checked filters and wipers as expected. Problem came after completion of the oil change. Went to drive out of the bay and the representative told me to stop as the engine cover plate was not reattached. The representative who changed the oil then replaced the plate and I was able to drive out. However, later today I was driving home when the engine cover plate fell completely off while I was driving. I had to pull over and park and retrieve the plate from the road. The plate was damaged. I m not sure if it was just not reinstalled properly at Take 5 and was damaged when it fell or if it was already damaged at Take 5 and I was not informed. Either way, I will have to get this fixed as a result of my visit to Take 5.

They were great! Very polite, accommodating and worked well as a team. Even when the computer was malfunctioning, they remained professional and got me out in a timely manner.Will always come to them for my oil/ filter changes.

Do NOT come here unless you want bigger issues with your car! Never again will I step foot in a take 5 (sadly because it s convenient). They took my battery cover off while looking for the oil cap they misplaced and FORGOT TO PUT IT BACK ON so it fell deep into the engine body and BURNED ONTO my exhaust pipe. I smelled burning plastic for days until I realized something was wrong, took it to a mechanic, and he pointed out the problem. I walked in to speak to a manager and he pulled up the video footage play by play of what happened. Good thing it was on camera because he was indifferent to believing me. This experience became time consuming and inconvenient, and DANGEROUS. I will give the manager on duty credit that he immediately made it right by cleaning my exhaust, replacing the battery cover, giving me a refund, and a free oil change. Which is laughable thinking I d be coming back. Despite his due diligence, this never should have happened in the first place and could ve escalated.

Should be negative 5-stars.Horribe experience at the Cassat location on 4/7/24.Rude, ghetto acting staff. What appeared to be the the supervisor was rudest.Sat for 40 minutes. Not good.When they finally took a vehicle that came in 10 minutes after me, I gave up and pulled out of the bay and left.Their prices aren't a bargain either. And definitely not an express place. Smelled like pot around there too.

I ONLY take my car for oil changes to Take 5. This location has great customer service and they do a fast job. I also keep my filters and wipers updated with them too. They just make it easy.

It was a mess. I had to wait almost an hour and a half to have my glove compartment repaired over some filter that they say is underway 22 days my glove compartment broken because they couldn t put it that put it back together and it s too damn busy for them to stop. I d like to Thank the guys at Take 5 on Cassat Ave for their Exceptional Service . I came in for an oil change but the Tech. Said it was too early, I still had another 500+ miles to go. Those guys Topped off my Oil checked my tires & wipers at absolutely no cost !!!! I was so thankful cause it sure saved me some money . Oh yes I did give them a Tip. Thanks Guy and Gals you all are the best!!!

line was long but once I got up there it went Fast, less then 10mins. I most times forget others are getting more than just an oil change. They also filled the air in my tires while I waited which I thought was nice as well. The employees are always so polite so I like going to this location

I don t think I ve ever left a one star review before. I normally don t review at all. The place wasn t even that busy, 7 to 9 employees, most of them walking around talking. No professional interaction was made. I get back to my office and when I get out of my truck, I find black oil stains all over my door handle and my hood. Didn t even give me a sticker to put on my window which I just left without because it already took so long to get the oil change. I normally use the one in Saint Augustine on US1 south. That s a great location! That s where I ll go from now on. This experience was so bad. I m actually making it a point to leave a five star review on the St. Augustine location. Lol. I didn t realize how great they were until I experienced this.

I brought my car to the Take Five Oil Change #0301 at 714 Cassat Ave on Sunday, March 3/17/2024. The attendants were all laughing and joking with each other, yelling back and forth across the shop, and not paying much attention to the customers. I ordered an oil change and a change of air filters for which I paid $202.06. The service was extremely slow--more like take 45 minutes. When I left, I turned left to get on I-10. I tried to merge and my car would not accelerate properly. It was jerking back and forth like crazy. I couldn't accelerate over 20 miles an hour. I was nearly hit several times by other drivers who were going 60 miles an hour. Smoke began to billow from the car. I exited on McDuff and returned through the neighborhood to the Cassat location. The car died in the intersection and I was nearly in another accident. I got it to eventually start and rolled into the Take 5. It was determined that between all the hollering and flirting, the employees had filled it twice. They drained the oil and refilled it correctly this time. My car functioned normally after that, but on Monday the check engine light came on. Also, now when I use the AC it makes a very loud sound, so that system may also be damaged. I am in contact with my lawyer to determine how to best proceed.

I was having a few issues with my vehicle that needed to be evaluated. There were multiple people waiting in line for service but there was a tech coming out to help assess your problem and direct you to the service bay and tech who was more than capable of troubleshooting and getting you back on the road. All the techs ( male and females) were very capable and working as a team to provide a quick and professional experience to each customer I felt no pressure and the prices good. I ll be back and tell others. Thanks

The first time I ever went to Take5, my oil change took 6 minutes, ever since then it's taken over 15 minutes. Thus time it was over 25 minutes because of an error Take5 made. They said, start the car and apply the gas. I did so, and immediately they started yelling for me to turn off my engine. I'm not sure what they did because they wouldn't tell me. My car engine compartment was pristine clean, but Take5 apparently dumped about a half quart of oil on the left side if my engine. There was oil everywhere, including on my serpentine belt and alternator. To make matters worse, they started pouring water in the area of the spill, as if water can clean up an oil spill. They said I shouldn't smell any burning oil, but I should see steam from the water they doused my engine in. Now my engine light is on. I'm not sure how much it will cost me to get my engine compartment properly cleaned. To say the least, I am not pleased and will probably go elsewhere for my next oil change where they know what they are doing.

Bad to Worse!I took my f150 in for an oil change. They told me they couldn t get the drain plug out. Then made it leak, left my oil dipstick out after telling me I had to go somewhere else. Oil everywhere, on exhaust, all under hood etc.. Go somewhere else. They don t care and are incompetentUpdate: Take 5 first offered then refused to clean my vehicle after this incident. They turn it over to a third party who basically tells you what you have to do. No reimbursement offered for a rental car, no offer to pickup my vehicle and get the cleaning done.I was a customer for many years with multiple vehicles. No More! I would advise the same to others. If you have an issue with them, your on your own.

Service was fine, definitely a place you want to go if you want to get a quick oil change done but ladies, please make sure that you are not taken advantage of when you get anything fixed on your car because they will try to tell you that you need stuff that you don t need so make sure you just go for oil change and that s it. They changed my cabin air filter when I just had it changed about 6 mths ago and didn t tell me the price before doing it

Took my car for an oil change on 7/3 and not only did they somehow take advantage of me and make a regular oil change 145 dollars (with the 25% veteran discount) and didn t give a receipt of what they did but didn t even reattach the skid plate so I had to wait til 7/5 to go back up there to have it reattached. Waited well over an hour for my turn and not one apology or offer of a refund for wasting my time. Manager just yelled at employees because apparently this has been a frequent issue this week. Both techs were very professional and kind. Shout out to the tech (I think Travaris) that rang me up and checked my tires. I could tell he was very dedicated and efficient. Great customer service.

Way over priced and long wait. I asked for new wipers and was quoted 27.99 .not 27.99 each! $89 oil change ended up costing me $150 and that was with a coupon! I was in the bay for 45 minutes. Not fast at all. I also had to ask for them to check my tire pressure. I have been a loyal customer for years but will probably be taking my 3 vehicles somewhere else in the future.

Rudy(Spider-Man) was very polite and accommodating. I wish I could remember their names but Store manager and my mechanic in the far left bay, took great care of me. My daughter was with me at this service, and it was a good learning experience for her as the staff were well educated and reassuring of the job done.Thanks T5!!

Amended two stars as after this review I did receive my refund check. Thank you.This location changed my oil November 2022 and all oil drained completely out within 24 hours. It was a screw that wasn t right for the pan and it was stripped. Allegedly this screw was placed there at a different take5 from an earlier oil change (San Jose). Casset let me go like that. Didn t say anything. I called and a local manager said they were going come out and fix it at a certain date and time. They didn't. Waited several days. I reached out to corporate. A local General manager called to say they would refund the money and the cost of me replacing the oil and pan. That never came even after multiple calls and emails claiming they sent the check. It s not worth the fight. It s definitely not worth the allegedly saved time.

I had a really bad experience the other day. Usually the guys are very good and attentive but they were on the side of rude ,rushed, inattentive. I will never get an oil change at any Take 5 going forward.

By far my best experience off all my visits, Ardale was greeted with a unpleasant reminder that I frequent here for oil changes, and if it s not one thing it s another they missed. He not only promised my sticker and toppers would be on point but did it with grace & care, restoring my trust to keep coming to my local trusted spots! Keep improving to make sure ur staff hits all targets and expected points with his kindness & this place will keep more regulars returning then ever!
