They installed new wiper blades on Thursday, and it came off on the same day, so I came Friday so they can fix it.Everyone makes mistakes, but when you're waiting to see if they will acknowledge you in their parking lot, this is unacceptable. No one came over and asked any questions. Yes, I know you're busy. Just acknowledge the you're customer. I've been waiting since 8 am. and it's now 9 am. and still no acknowledgment. Bad customer service

InformativeProfessionalUnderstandingFastI had some issues at the last place I had a quick car service at. Needless to say I will never go back to the other place.This place however has my business.The verified and reverified that my old fluids were drained and my new fluids were filled to the proper amount they need to be filled to and recapped/resealed again.A simple but unbelievably important job.I see a future higher manager position for JammyiaWell informed and made sure that my oil was filled to the proper amount. Unlike the other place I went to. A PROMTION AND A RAISE IS DUE!!Marcus seems to be well on his way to being a great mechanic, doing most of the physical work and checking in with Jammyia to make sure (as one should)A simple yet crucial job Marcus fills, BRAVO MARCUS!!!Who could forget Chris, even though not involved in the process of servicing my car. I can tell under this company with these team members he WILL go far. BE PROUD CHRIS!!!!thank you ALL for fixing my car from the last quick service place.

I love the gentleman that work there. I love all the service that they give us. I love the fact that they always keep me up-to-date of what I need to keep my car running. I just love this place. That s why I won t go to any other place because they already know my family and my cars!

This was my very first visit for a complete oil change with Take 5. We got to stay in our car. Marcus and Chris were as professional as they get. We pulled up to the cone and were immediately greeted with "Hello ma'am" and big smiles. Never got out of the car, were not told that it would take an hour or two for the services to be provided but instead we were provided with two cold bottles of water and directed to drive our car into the bay. My car was in need of an oil change (synthetic) after months/weeks on the road. Talk about fast service! They answered all of our questions/concerns, provided options for us to choose with my turbo engine (Subaru Forester) and in no time at all we had a complete oil and filter change. I did not feel at any time rushed or pressured into any of the options (I selected the services I wanted). The prices was great and no more worries about dirty engine oil, or my cars' performance. Marcus and Chris are the best (in my book). I will be looking for Take 5 in the future and hope the service elsewhere is a good as this one was for us. We are not residents of Jacksonville but "snow birds" who needed their car serviced to satisfaction. Thank you!

We LOVE coming here! They are nice and very attentive. They explain services previously done and give suggestions as well as make sure your questions are all answered. The crew is quick and makes sure you both understand what they re doing and are wanting the services. I ve never been disappointed with this place!

Went to this location and two of the men there were rude . Short with me to be precise. Looked like they were having a bad day or whatever was going on. The guy who changed my oil was rude . Didn t speak ti me until i asked him a question he over all was showing signs of a bad day for him . Don t bring your problems to your jobs. It doesn t make the situation better and us as paying customers do NOt deserve that at all. Management needs to do better

This is what I noticed after the oil change. I asked to go back and have it done, but I was asked to come back a day later. I guess I will have to handle it myself.

The customer service was excellent. The technician explained everything to me throughout the entire process. Take 5 at Beach Blvd/Grove Park will definitely be my go to when I can t get an appointment at the dealership.

Left my truck extremely oily (hood,bumper, sides) seemed like they put their hands everywhere. It was a Sunday morning 11ish when I went in for service. A male and female techs. Just wish they had better work ethic.

Showed up right at closing. He took time to walk to my car and acknowledge me. Helet me know how long my wait would be. They completed the 3 or 4 ahead of me quickly. I love this place.

Going to Take 5 was a surprisingly great experience! They were brisk, courteous, thorough, and professional. Their space on Beach Blvd is a bit tight, but they make it work and the oil change there is excellent.

Took my 2014 sequoia for a oil change . They stated my oil filter spring was missing.Unusual as I explained they were the only ones who have done my oil change the last 3 yrs. I was advised to go to AutoZone and replace it. Am certain they lost it .

Old: I really appreciate the thoroughness during my oil change. They asked and explained each step and even presented me with a visual inspection of the clean and refilled level of the oil dipstick! All while I sat comfortable in my car :) Thank you a million for the great job! Forever a great full customer .. Beach Blvd LocationNew: Same high level of skill and care . I wouldn t recommend anyone to visit this location. I had my oil changed at this location three days ago. I noticed a rattling sound afterwards. So I went back the next day with my complaint about the new noise. They did something to make it stop making the noise for a day. The sound slowly came back the next day. Now my car is broke down on the side of the road.

Arrived at 1051 am after speaking with Elaine who texted a $10.00 off coupon. Regular oil $55.99 + sales tax so the coupon lowered the price. Three bays all were occupied with cars.After arriving at 1051 am I was guided into the Middle Bay at 1100am, provided bottle water waiting in my car for the oil change to begin.At 1118 oil service exchange began.Oil was changed, windows were cleaned, tires were checked for proper air pressure service complete at 1125 amAll in all the only thing I'm trying to figure out is the 10 minute promotion. I should have been out by 1110 amTotal cost with coupon out the door including sales tax $53.73

I would choose a different location. Closed over 30 minutes before the advertised time with two cars waiting and 4 employees. Went to a different location, which had more cars, and they had me in and out before 5. I love using Take 5, but this may not be a reliable location.

The experience at Take 5 on Beach Blvd. was exceptional. The gentlemen took excellent care of my car, ensured my car was safe for an upcoming trip, checked all fluid levels and air filters, and were VERY professional and kind. They didn't just tell me what I may need (other than oil change), they took the time to show me. I will be a returning customer.
