This has been my second visit to Sunny Tires, I have since experienced consistent professional and efficient service. Since my initial visit in June 2023, I haven't encountered any issues, making me confident that I'll be in good hands until my next servicing. I highly recommend them, and their pricing is fair and reasonable.No before picture, but my tire needed patching and was leaning bad but it s now go to go until next time.

Amazing I came in to get a nail taken out my tire and Emad advised me of the deals and 100 days same as cash. It was a great experience and Emad made me feel better about fixing my tires. I was mad when I arrived but I feel so much better and relaxed knowing that everything is going to be ok now.

I've been all over Jacksonville searching for a great tire company Sunny is the best. And they do most major repairs also.A mobile auto repair service is the icing on the cake. Thank you Sunny!!!

The customer service here is fantastic. I was greeted at my car as soon as I arrived the the shop. The service was fast and straightforward with no hassle and fair pricing for the work I needed on my car.

A big scam! They reeled me in thinking I could get 4 new tires for $10 a month LIE A. Got stuck into a $1400 contract . He changed my tires then starts messing with my brakes. Takes him FOUR hours to RUIN my 2021 Toyota. Messed all my brake sensors up. Left because I got tired of him TRYING to fix something he had no idea about. Finally just told him to stop after 4 1/2 hours. Cause he didn t know what he was doing. So I took it to my dealership he completely f d up my brakes didn t put them in correctly. No wonder the sensors were messed up. Didn t even offer a refund if some sort. Just big scammers 1400 for them to mess up my car. GREAT

Absolutely worthy of the 5 star review. I had a flat tire and got towed to the shop around 8:30 PM. They were still open and the technician was able to explain my options, get my new tire and get me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Great service, fast and friendly.

Also, these guys work fast and try to get you the best deals. I have been to many used tire shops and I have to say, the staff here is very upfront and does not try to scam you. Amazing experience.. very easygoing and helpful people. I got 4 brand new tires for a great deal. These guys are truly wanting to help their customer anyway they can and I greatly appreciate that they are providing great service in the area.

This was my first time at Sunny Tires. Service was great right from the start! As soon as I pulled into their lot and got out of my car someone met me. I did not have to go in to get help. They looked at my tires and gave me a second opinion from the dealership. They were friendly and helpful! Since I drive so much and the tires were old and worn out, I bought 4 new tires from them. They installed them. It was super quick superb service! They are open 7 days a week, and a small business which I like to support. Assuming everything goes well with my new tires, I will be back!

I had a wonderful experience at sunny tires. Eyad was such a great help! He assisted me from start to finish. Even recommended me options on the different types of services they offered. This place was very timely efficient, and the staff was sooooo nice! I will definitely be back if I need another service fixed.

The perfect place to have your car serviced on time and from honest staff. The customer service is 5 stars, and so are the services provided. A very clean environment stays open late and fast-paced. You have to stop here for the prices and professionalism. Thank you, guys!

I must say the service here is great & the best part is they re open on Sundays The guy name Eyad is awesome. He gave me great customer service while I was there. And he discounted my tires as well. I d highly recommend them!

The Best place to come get your car done. The customer services team is very helpful and I highly recommended anyone who having car problems to come to Sunny Tires. Title: Disappointing Experience with Expensive Tire PurchaseI recently visited [sunny tires and services] for a tire replacement, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory.Upon arriving, I encountered an unwelcoming attitude from the owner, which set a negative tone for the entire visit. The purchase of a tire was surprisingly expensive, and despite expressing my concerns, there was no effort to provide a satisfactory explanation or explore more budget-friendly options.Regrettably, my attempts to address the issues with the owner were met with dismissiveness. I believe effective communication and a customer-centric approach were lacking.He even asked me to call the police before fixing the problem. Tried to fight me.

I woke up this morning with a flat tire and was trying to figure out what I was going to do because I was short on cash. I called around to multiple places and they were all high, then I ended up calling Sunny Tired and when I did this Nice man name Iyad was able to help me set up an amazing payment opportunity. This really saved my day, thank you.

I wish I could give zero stars. My recent visit to Sunny Tires was an absolute nightmare. I spent a whopping two hours waiting for tires and alignment, only to drive away with my steering wheel off-center. Bringing it back, I endured another hour of their incompetence trying to fix it, only to have the issue persist. It's evident they lack the skills to work on Jeeps.Adding insult to injury, they couldn't even bother to put all the tire stem caps back on. What a joke! My little free time wasted on their shoddy service. When I demanded a refund, they callously refused, despite failing to do the job right.To make matters worse, the boss conveniently vanished when I tried to escalate the issue. After multiple attempts, all I got was a dismissive "goodbye" and a refusal to rectify their mistakes.Save yourself the headache and avoid Sunny Tires at all costs. Go somewhere that values its customers and actually knows how to do their job properly.

Outstanding customer service! Brought my rare Audi wheels here for a mount and balance and they came up to me with full respect and satisfaction! Flawless installation aswell! Thank you Sunny Tires! They are open when no one else is!
