Tommy, the service advisor who assisted me, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. His professionalism and dedication to providing excellent service were evident throughout my entire visit.In addition to the exceptional service, the facilities at Subaru of Jacksonville are clean and comfortable. The waiting area is spacious and well-maintained, with complimentary refreshments and Wi-Fi available. I appreciated the comfortable seating and the peaceful atmosphere, which made my wait time fly by. They even have a kid friendly waiting area! I want to give a big thank you to James in service for his amazing customer service !! I only came in for an oil change but I ended up getting my 60k miles routine maintenance, new tries and of course the oil change to keep my Subaru outback healthy. James made me feel comfortable, took his time going over everything and answered all my questions(trust me I had a lot..lol). After a horrible experience at the other Subaru dealership in Orange park it's a nice feeling to have trust and confidence in the professionals taking care of my car. Thanks to James this Subaru girl is now a Subaru of Jacksonville customer for life.

Very good service. I've owned two Foresters (purchased before moving to the Georgia Coast) since 2003. Experienced service at three Metro Atlanta Subaru shops. Jacksonville is the best of them all. Very nice place to be if you have to wait a while, coffee, drinks, snacks gratis. Nice.

My 48,000 mile service was easy and smooth. They also fixed a quirk of my keyfob and told me that the cost of extending my service warranty at 60,000 miles would be the same as in 2021. Great place to buy or service my car.

I have been pleased with their regular maintenance service but have had issues with my air conditioning system for several years. I brought in my car twice to get it fixed. Now my car is off warranty and they just told me I need a new air compressor for it which will cost me over $1,000. . Not happy!Carlos just contacted me and will service my air compressor at no charge. Thank you so much! I now give you 5 stars for excellent service.

Great service and quality care at Subaru Jacksonville. We always have courteous and friendly people from the time we arrive and the person greets us to take our car to the service desk to check out, we are always treated so kindly and we always have all the information we need and our car is always handled with professionalism and great detail.

Thank you.I went to 3 shops trying to fix a clink in my suspension they could not get me in. One. Misdiagnosed issues and quoted 4 grand for issues that were not there.You guys got me in saved me money and did it right honest and helped me out with a great loaner and car wash to boot.If you have a Subaru do not go anywhere else.Thank youSincerely,David Zwieg

I had to have my new (to me) Outback towed to the dealership because the engine stopped in the middle of an intersection.The service department was great, got me in at the end of the day, and had the battery replaced within the hour.I will be using this dealership for all of my car care needs.Thank You!

Eyesight stopped working after hitting a bump, and was expecting a hefty bill, they inspected, identified the problem and took care of the issue under warranty. I could have been duped into paying. This is honesty that is hard to find these days. I purchased my car here , I was extremely pleased with that experience, and now, this. Thank you Subaru of Jacksonville!

Everyone we came in contact with in the Service Department was friendly and helpful, especially our Service Advisor James, and in his absence, Brad. Any unforeseen circumstances were resolved as quickly as possible, and for that we thank James, whom is extremely accommodating and pleasant!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, ended up needing a battery but Tommy the service advisor found that mine was under an extended warrantee. He saved me almost $600!! Thank you again for everything!!!

Subaru of Jacksonville has always been thorough, respectful, and reliable. This trip was to repair our daughter s sunroof drains and the cost was a huge relief. We were provided all the possible scenarios and the problem was fully repaired immediately. We will always drive Subarus and always LOVE Subaru of Jax! #loveitswhatmakesasubaruasubaru

I always have a good experience when bringing my car in for routine maintenance and service at SOJAX. From the intake and service specialist I always feel like they take the time to listen and explain what needs to be done and what to expect. Tommy Vergara helped me today and if you need to get you car service stop in and ask for Tommy you won t be disappointed.

I had maintenance done today for my 2020 Crosstrek. I was welcomed by a very professional young man named Tommy. I received an update by text offering any help I might need while waiting. Upon completion of service he went over the completed checklist and walked me to my car explaining what was done even discussing future service and how my warranty worked. Fabulous service start to finish! I was SO impressed! Way to go Subaru!

Mike s service for my dealership servicing was top notch. Great attention to detail, friendly customer service, and an excellent customer experience altogether. Subaru of Jacksonville always has prompt and speedy servicing. We have also enjoyed the sales team as well. Steve Barba has always been there for us when we need it, and has always done what he can for us. Positive thumbs up from me and my family. Way to go Subaru of Jacksonville!

I have followed Mike Needham for over 20 years. From Toyota, to Lexus & now to Subaru. He is by far the BEST service advisor I have ever had. He is Always there for you.
