Stopped in today to get a tire replaced and had a wonderful experience. The guy Brandon that helped to replace my tire really took care of me. He had wonderful customer service skills. He made the whole experience of replacing a tire...not so bad.

AVOID! Gave 2 bad tires. They charge you to replace the bad tires they give you. Now I've bought many used tires and I know they come with faults. But never have I seen such a sad excuse as what they call "used tires". They're all half bald, leaking air, have holes, and/or completely dry rotted and cracking. The "kids" working here have bad attitudes. One tire was not filled up to the proper psi. And the other was so over inflated I'm surprised it didn't pop. Avoid this place at all costs.

They put a bad tire on my car charges me 60. It s bad shaking won t keep air then charge me another 10$ to replace the bad tire they put on in the first place. When I came to replace mines. One more person was up here complaining as well

Helping a stranded woman with a flat tire. She had purchased the used tire the previous day. The tire was shredded on the inside and out. After inspecting it, the tire was completely dry rotted and should have never been placed on her car.

My daughter purchased a used tire. Gave them the size and they put on a tire too big for her car. Now they wont refund her money and don't have the correct size tire for her car. Check the tire before paying.

Left there this morning buying a tire,5 miles up the road I lose my rim two studs gone and they tell me I have to pay $100 to come tow me back up there and I would have to buy my own parts to fix?! Terrible Business!!!!!!!!

Bad tires. Not safe for road use. Workers have bad attitudes. Not worth the hassle or your money. Stay clear of this place

This place literally tore my truck up. Before I came my truck was in perfect condition and just needed one thing that was simple. They are liars and I had to file a lawsuit against them. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I was charged top dollar for 2 tires. I don't mind paying top dollar on something as long it's not gonna be a problem later. My car is shaking so bad now.. and both tires have chunks of rubber coming off them. One of the tires has been rubbed so bad from the previous owner the words are completely gone on the side wall. We gonna see what there gonna do to fix this problem.. Hopefully they make it right.... To be continued.......

Horrible customer service!!! They make up prices every other week it's a new fee! They don't accommodate loyal customers. Tires have to be constantly replaced. Then it's a hassle in getting tire replaced after they put a bad tire on your car. Gave me the wrong size tire one time and it kept goin flat. They charged me $10 to replace a tire that they was wrong in putting on my car because for one it was the wrong size and for two it started going flat the next day! They are very unprofessional . And has no courtesy for their customers. I wouldn't dare recommend this place!

THE WORST USED TIRES I purchased a used tire and 4 days later had a blow out. Went back and was informed there s a $10 charge to give me another tire. The tire he offered was worse than blow out. They use to have nice use tires. Not sure if they have a new owner but for the price you can get a new tire from Walmart You get what you pay for NEVER again.

I highly recommend Steve s Tire, they are fast and efficient. The manager is very personable. I highly recommend them if you are in need of tire service .

Wow these folks are Super Heroes! I was stranded on the side of the highway with a flat tire afraid to get out of my car! I m not kidding they showed up fast! Not only was I ready to go in record time the cost was SO reasonable! No upselling just good people taking care of folks! I was scared and they literally swooped in! Thank you Steve s Tire Empire! I took a photo of their sign because when I need tires again I m going here!

By far the worst company ever for tires. On Sunday I took a friend to get a tire from this tire place . My friend called in around 2pm earlier that day to see if they had his tire which was a 205/55/R16. He was told they had 2 left. By the time we were able to get the tire off to bring it was around 5:40pm. On google it states that they close at 7pm. When we first arrived around 5:40pm , Jake told us that they were closed at that they closed at 6pm. I told him it was 5:40pm. He took the tire back and swapped it out and it came up to be $50. The tire was bald and he told my friend to come back on Thursday when they get they shipment to swap it out. Jake did not put the cap back on the rim, he just placed the tire in my trunk. When we arrived back at the house, we looked at the tire and the tire said 205/65/R16. Jake had gave us the wrong tire and by the time we realized it, they were already closed. Today we went back up there to get a new tire and the correct tire size. Jake proceeded to act like he didn t remember and that he needed a receipt, so a receipt was provided to him. Jake did not take accountability for giving us the wrong tire in the beginning or giving us a bald tire. Instead, someone else took care of it and Jake came back out and stated it would be a $10 service fee for not bringing the tire back in 24 hours. Jake never said that on Sunday , instead he actually said to bring the tire back on Thursday to get a new tire because that s when they get they shipment. We requested to speak with the manager and Jake stated he is not here and we asked Jake to call and Jake said he has not been answering all day . He wouldn t give us the number or anything. He has a very nasty and nonchalant attitude and he is working in a neighborhood where that kindve behavior is not tolerated. Not once did he apologize for giving us the wrong tire. Instead he was being very rude trying to argue with us, basically saying we were lying. Since I could not reach the owner we will be leaving reviews and advising everyone not to ever come here to get services because this is ridiculous.

Excellent service! Brang my daughter here because she had 2 flat tires and they fixed the tires and she didn't need new ones. Friendly service and fast! Just save your reciept so for any issues. They will not back warranty unless you have your reciept.

Worst used tire company ever. Ann did nothing to assist with the issue. They sold a tire manufactured in 2010 (used tire I understand that. But should be safe for your customers to use/drive on). I was charged to patch the tire that was bought from them and already dry rot. Bought on a Friday and went back that Monday and they did nothing to help the situation. Save your money. The customer service was rude. Their tires aren't good. Go to Empire of Tires and see Mr Chris. Steve's Tire Empire can't get any more of my business.

Jack is extremely professional very helpful, Everytime I come they don't disappoint.. And if they don't have my tire, they will provide suggestions just to ensure you get what you need.. 10/10 recommend

Ripping people off. Brought a tire from there yesterday 12-26-22 went to Harvey's on Main Street notice a nail/screw in tire $67.00 out of pocket for the tire first of all 20 minutes later $14.00 more dollars for a plug. I feel like they sold me that tire with the screw in it just to get more money out of me. All this in 30 minutes. Really. I would not recommend any one to deal with them. Plus the tire was used and they changed that much. I give reviews from some places that were wonderful but this is my first thumbs down. No Don't go there. That new there is jacking up prices like crazy and not professional at all, She needs to go because there is no way I should have paid that much money for something that wasn't good $67.00 for a poor used tire. The tire's on there has more thread than the one she sold me for $67.00 d in the first place. She's ripped me off

I had an awesome experience. Purchased 2 new tires, w/60,000 mile warranty. My tire had a slow leak due to a rim issue. I lost my receipt/ warranty. I went back up there. Not only did Ann reprint my warranty, but they also fixed my rim issue with sealant.

I had to update my review of Steve's. Their service has gone down lately. They sold me a tire in which they told me after I brought it back, that had 4 plugs. The tire leaks while airing it up. Plus the staff has gotten worse. Two were arguing with other other in the presence of customers. I told someone else about my issue with them, they said their husband experience poor quality and customer service also.

I had an unbelievable experience the last time I visited Steve s tire shop.Disclaimer I have a been a customer there for over a decade until recently! Normally they are quick, efficient, and cheap, this is why I always depended on them.However my last visit there was a new female and she delivered the nastiest service I received from any business ever!!!I let her know I needed a plug in my tire. She asked me where was the Nail in the tire. I let her know I wasn t sure She then got mad. She asked how do I know it s something it my tire if I didn t see it. I let her know I put air in my tire and there s a slow leak somewhere could she check it out. She replied with a heavy attitude telling me she wasn t going to service me since I didn t know where the nail was. It was a national holiday on this particular day the Steve s shop was the only one open.I can t even explain how much of an inconvenience this put me in I was unable to travel that weekend as plan.Steve s Tire will lose plenty business if she continues to work there!!!

I came to put air in my tires and the technician shared I have a slow leak and to be careful. The manager Anne didn't have to share the information, but she did. Also, today is ladies day. I received a free plug, Yay!!! She was so friendly and assisted me with a smile.

This place is run like things were historically and should be. No nonsense. It is the Unicorn. The entire family is there hustling and making stuff work. Don't let the appearance detract from the excellent service you will receive.Don't judge a book by its cover.

I went to Steve s Tire Empire the manager there was beautiful, fast, nice and got me in and out in a couple minutes. She gave me a free plug today saying it was ladies day. I recommend everyone to go there. Prices are cheap.

This place sucks. I went here and we had to come 3 different times because they can t seem to fix our tire don t waste your money on this place. It is NOT worth it. They only have 1 worker that fix s cars so business is very slow. I am not happy with this. The woman and there members do not do a good job. Do not come here.

This place is a joke. If you absolutely need to come here make sure you get the price in writing before they do anything. When I went to pay for 4 USED TIRES the price had magically almost doubled. Plus they charge you $40 to dispose of old tires. I could have got 4 new tires installed for the same price at a shop that doesn t look like a scene out of a scary movie.

Very professional manager approached my vehicle as soon as I pulled in. They always do great, quality work for me. I got 4 used tires and still left without being broke or wondering whether the tires were going to be good. 30-day warranty with receipt. Excellent service!
