This is the worst dealership to get your Kia serviced at. The response from our Service Advisor Carisa was bad. Days would go by without a response. When I asked her why her response was I forgot to open the app . That s unacceptable. Instead of having our vehicle for a few days, they had it for almost a month. We are a big military family with four kids. When we finally got our car back it had the worst mold growths I have ever seen in my entire life. It was wet and had a very wet order to it. All surfaces of the car were damp. It was absolutely everywhere. On the seatbelt on the floors, the doors just to name a few places. They should have either had the vehicle stored inside or cleaned it before returning it. Never ever ever ever ever take your vehicle to southside Kia. Ever

After getting a warning light, I tried a few other mechanics before I was told that it needed to go to the dealership. My service advisor was Ashley. She was very professional and the work was completed timely. I was surprised to see that the cost was so reasonable. I have already been back and I will continue to use them as they long as they keep this up!

Went to have my 8k maintenance check and oil change and came home to a car that had an empty coolant container, 0 wiper fluid (which is fine but annoying), and tires that hadn't been rotated. Did they even change my oil or check my filters.. it's anyone's guess. I will now need to check those.Called this morning and spoke to the assistant service manager who told me they pretty much don't follow the maintenance schedule and don't look at any of the fluid levels. Also, they rotate tires "every other even when it says they need to be rotated" which goes against the maintenance suggestions. What else do they not to even though it's recommended to keep you car in healthy working order...The pic is of my coolant when it's cold, and when it's hot it's well below the low line. I took my car in for an engine recall. Kia covered my rental for the entire time I had it and I have not had any issues with my engine so far. I enjoy my Kia and plan on keeping it. The advisor whose name is Riley is my go to guy for any and all my vehicle needs. Riley did not try to upsell me anything I did not need and is easy to talk to. Anthony is also a great help, easy to speak to and was willing to assist me when Riley was not there.Thanks you guys!

If I could give less starts I would. Dont trust everything they say. We did! Big mistake.They have lied to us about what our car needs and we know it because they have changed the diagnosis and prices for the same thing two times.Also, they charged us 2000 a few weeks ago for a complete service and oil change and today the car is leaking oil and they want to charge us another 600 because according to them is something different.It is a lie they guarantee what they do and this economy is bad enough to be so dishonest with customers.

Anthony helped me today, and he was amazing! Good energy, upbeat, and kept me looped in as I waited. I stopped at Southside Kia and was in and out quickly, even with them being busy. I ll be back when in the Jax area.

I went in today to see what was going on with my headlights and taillights. Just to look and diagnosis the problem was $215.00, it was a little shocking just to look at lights, but I will be going out of town and wanted to address issue immediately. I agreed to this amount, and they returned to tell me that bc of the water in my taillights I would need completely new taillight assembly, which would be $1300.00 and can't be done today, I left.* UPDATE Service Manager, Shawn did call me and explained in more detail my headlight situation. I appreciate him reaching out and explaining to me in more detail, rather just receiving a quote. I will be returning in the future.

Went in for an oil change and I decided while I was there to get an alignment because it had a slight pull to the right since they put on tires 2000 miles ago. It was $250 and 2 hours . On the way home it pulled more to the right than when I took it in. I turned around and spent another 3 hours, and was told it was fixed, well it was not. I have a very ill mother at home and had spent more time there than I should have. I called again and said I needed my money back since they couldn't fix it. Trey told me he didn't think they could refund my money but would give me a free oil change next time. My Mother and myself are meeting Hospice on Sunday, I don't have time to deal with this. I stopped using the IP one because they were always rude. I have been using the Southside Kia and have enjoyed going there. But this time I don't recognize anyone and it seems like no one cares. I tried to discuss this with the manager and she just brushed me off. I tried to find out who else to talk to but have not been able to get an answer. This is very sad for me to take what little time I have left with my mom to go in for a recall and spend money to be treated this way. By the way I told Trey my situation at home and told him how precious time was

Could have had a rental for an entire week and they never let me knew and never called me once to tell me about the stages of my recall . You have to take it upon yourself to call them they will not update you on anything . And now I am past the date that I can get a rental when I could have had one the whole time for free . They never let me knew once that I could have a rental or that my car was going to take a week longer than what they told me . Absolutely ridiculous

My first appointment I dropped off to get 4 recalls done. On arrival i was told they had to order the 2 parts and i have to come back mind you the appointment was scheduled 2 weeks prior. I was told I was going to be getting a call once parts come in to schedule. 1 month went by no call so i called and asked if there is a back up on parts or why i haven t heard anything and then was told my parts are here so the probably been there but was never called. After my first appointment there my car stopped working and i was stranded 2 hrs from home and had to call roadside assistance. Coming to find out my positive terminal on my battery was completely loose which means kia s technician did not properly screwed it back on. Second appointment getting my final recalls done. I leave to go home and check my battery to make sure it is connected correctly now my engine cover was missing. I immediately messaged the service adviser and was told they let me know in the morning if my cover is laying around somewhere. Next morning after i havent heard anything i contacted them again and was told yes my engine cover is there. Now i had to drive back there 25 minutes on my only day off to pick that up. I also want to mention my friend purchased a new kia sportage there brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation. After she left there her steering wheel would vibrate badly so she had to go back there and they try to tell her maybe she needs new rotors mind you her car is brand new and only had under 10 k miles on. Well coming to find out they didnt properly i stalled the tires back at the last tire rotation. This is a safety concern for sure and can cause serious damage and harm. I definitely wont be back at this location.

I recently bought my car at Southside Kia and have had to take it to the service center three times concerning my tires. The first was great. Then I had to return to the service center for the same issue and I felt like I was an inconvenience even though I had an appointment. Also was told my tire pressure light would go off after I drove my car a few miles and it is still on. I did not get my complimentary car wash as well. Please do better!!Service: Tires

Great customer service from start to finish..the only sad part was the quote to fix my car which is no fault to Kia. Cars have a mind of their own. I may go back and visit to inquire about a trade in. Nice staff and I thank them for taking the time to inspect my Kia.

Thank you Tommie Mercer and your amazing staff. I was an urgent service need due to small window to return a Carvana car within the 7 day window. I wanted to fix a concern or have the info to make a keep it or return decision. Your service appointment was busy, yet you squeezed me in. You were honest, I value your service input and thank you for E-very thing thanks for answering my questions and addressing my concerns. Thanks for putting my needs above charging me for services I did not need. I have spend money at this service department in the past and it felt good or great to know your dealership service department does not take advantage of its customers with frivolous repairs. Your honest business and I will not only bring my car back. I will tell everyone I know that Tommie Mercer and his Team are honest about service and top rated service is what you get. Thanks Abby ( I think long brown hair). Thanks for offer me a seat and taking time with me before completing your checkin form. Kudos to Bo Mercer on my visit today... He took the time to have one of his technicians relook at my tire sensor light to figure out why it kept staying on after many months. Previously when I asked abt it i was advised I would need to just buy a whole new dash light board sensor (something like that) and got a quote of around $1300.00! Turns out it was a dummy code popping up when they looked at it and it was fixed! Again I thank you ... 1. For saving me $1300+ to replace something that didn't need to be replaced and 2. for taking the time hear me out and resolve an ongoing issue I had had for several months Service: Auto maintenance

Over the course of my experience, they have been stepping up their game. In the past, I have had to return (following maintenance) - nothing too serious, but "not right," either. Tommy, at the maintenance desk, has been wonderful - easy to talk to and a great interface between customer and tech; great at keeping customers informed as to the status of their vehicle. Work (now) is done in a timely manner - and I have not had to return. I will continue to return for my maintenance.... If there is one shortcoming it is the waiting room - clean but a bit sparse. On the whole, a good (maintenance) experience.

Took a friend to get her car serviced. Super nice, polite, and friendly service department. We got lost in Jacksonville, we were an hour late for our appointment. They still made us feel welcomed. Good Job Gang. They did a good job on her KIA too.Thank You!!!!!! Friend of Pat Gaynor.

Southside Kia did a fantastic job. I was really blown away. Ray was very nice and helped to get my car done the same day. It was a job that would have taken 10 hours. Thank you. They make you feel valued. I will definitely come here for work on my Kia.

A bit late on this review, but holds true regardless. Ray Caraballo has been AMAZING every single time I have needed service on my car. He is always professional, gets straight to the heart of the issue and ensures it gets resolved as quickly as possible. I will always 100% recommend Southside KIA for car servicing purely based off of my experience with Ray!

WORST DEALERSHIP IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA! If you disagree let me tell you my story. I had a 2017 Kia Sportage the car had 30000 miles on it. It developed a problem where the car would stall at highway speeds and would get stuck doing 45 mph at 7000 rpms. The car had a warranty for up to 60000 miles so we took it to this dealership that was the first mistake. They had a car for little over a month and then told us they couldn t find the problem. On the way home from the dealership the car stalled out. This was after they deemed the car safe to drive. The service department manager Karissa needs some major training after she basically told us there was no solution for our car that had a active warranty and a problem that made the car dangerous. I think this dealership would struggle to change a headlight bulb...

I will be honest, i didnt purchase there, but when i asked about extra fees, when they told me, that besides all tags, taxes, car and dealerfee, they also has a 3600 mandatory package included, i ran further as fast as i could, i will not pay 3600 for nothing, and also you shouldnt fell in those shady overprice tactics

Had a great experience with the service department when I had to take my Kia Soul in for a factory recall. Bo was very helpful.
