The crew at Southside Euro has been hands down the most professional and informative shop I ve worked with, professional recommendations and advice to get my car back up and running in tip top shape. Being from out of state they have communicated every step of the way and have taken great care of the car and me from receiving to shipping the car back. Definitely will continue to use them in the future regardless of distance. Thank you guys!

Brought our BMW 550 into Adam to trouble shoot a battery charging issue. (Earlier that day, I had installed and registered a new battery, but the registration didn t take.) Southside gurus ran diagnostics and found it unregistered, so took care of that at no extra charge. We all hoped that would solve the issue. Unfortunately, it didn t. Brought it back and they eventually determined a faulty circuit in the alternator control. They had parts on order by the time we got back to the shop. A couple days was all we had to wait. Had them replace the belts while the front end was opened up. Popping the hood on the 550 is never cheap. But having a shop you can trust makes it worthwhile. A double-bucket wash and dry, an we were ready to go. If you re a BMW or Audi enthusiast, and don t want to hassle with dealership antics and pricing, there s other place I d be more confident in bringing a car to for maintenance.

Got my MK6 R serviced here for a transmission replacement, axle replacement and rear diff replacement as well as other small services to bring it back to good working order. The guys and gals at Southside were very professional and gave me plenty of insight on bits and pieces I had concerns and questions about whilst my car was in the shop. Got it back and am very happy with the quality of work. Thanks Adam, Helen, and the techs!

I just wanted say how much I appreciate Southside Euro for the services my car received and how commutative Adam & Helen were throughout the whole process. My engine needed to be replaced due to an outside influence (I ve never had this happen to any Volkswagen I ve owned) so I was quite nervous to endure the process of going through a replacement not knowing what to expect. Any question I had was answered with respect & honesty which I truly appreciate. I will forever recommend Southside euro to all my fellow euro family. Thank you all so much!

I can t rate Southside Euro highly enough. They are prompt, professional and their prices cannot be beat. I ve been taking my Audi Q3 there for regular oil changes, and the service and value is unmatched. They are faster and more affordable than anyone I ve found in Jacksonville - including the quick lube shops (which should absolutely 100% be avoided). Plus, they use Liqui Moly products when hardly anyone else in town does. If you own a German vehicle, do yourself a favor and trust the team at Southside Euro.

The best damn Euro shop in Jacksonville! You can count on these guys to go above and beyond every time. Hunter & team will treat you professionally and take care of your car like it s their own and at a fair price! I have mostly European cars that they service regularly, but was in a pinch and needed a quick oil change on my Z06 and they were more than willing to help me out. I discovered this shop online after a search of Audi repair shops (aside from the dealership). I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were highly, highly recommended for their expertise with Audi s . From simple maintenance to custom performance modifications. I let them know this was my first visit. Helen was friendly. And I met Adam. My services were an oil change, engine flush, & brake flush. Smooth transaction, no issues, minimal conversation, very reasonable prices. I ll use their services again. Thank you for the Xmas ornament!!

Got a stage 2 upgrade and tune from the shop for my Golf R. The guys there are professional, answered questions, and tried to save me a few bucks with suggestions. Got the job done in 2 days. Great place to get some work done.

Brought my car in for a brake flush. Realized three days later that the cap to the brake fluid was sitting at the base of my windshield and hood. The mechanic did not put it back on. The brake fluid sensor also was not reset. Overlooking these items makes the service seem rushed and unprofessional. Very disappointing, as unsealed brake fluid while driving could've caused safety issues or damage to my vehicle. Bringing car back first thing in the morning for these items to be rectified.Update: After taking my care back in, the owner, personally resolved the issue and apologized on behalf of his team. I was also offered a free oil change for the inconvience. I appreciate the swift response to this error and the owner's initiative to make things right.

Service B and an inspection was completed on my Cls 550 mercedes . I received prompt excellent service, the staff is friendly and honest worth the price and reasonable. This will be my to go shop and will recommend this auto shop to anyone in need of automotive service.

First time working with southside euro. Took my RS3 to them to get my first power mods and maintenance done and they were great to work with, communication was top notch-they explained everything in details and even sourced discounts for some of my parts. Adam helped alot from first communication to finish and with any issues they found and needed to fix. Also had my car detailed after all the work was completed, car had some awful swirls and scratches and they brought the paint back to life. Great service all around and excited to play around with my car and test out the new mods, will definitely be back, they are worth the 3hr trip!

As always, Southside Euro does a good job with my oil change. They even plugged my tire that has a nail in it so i don t have to bring it to another place. Love their customer service.

Southside performed an engine flush, engine treatment and oil change on my 2008 Audi A4. Adam was excellent to work with and they completed the work within one hour while I waited. I highly recommend this service provider!

Where do I begin?! The superb customer service I received from Admirable Adam and Handsome Hunter is rare these days. I had the A/C to my car replaced and even though initially we ran into some problems; not created by Southside Euro, they were nice enough to rectify for me to ensure I was still satisfied. I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND SOUTHSIDE EURO TO ANYONE!!! Just based off the customer service alone. My A/C is now working like it did when I initially bought the car. Honest company ran by stand up guys... and gal :) (I cant think of her name at the moment)! THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN!!! God Bless!

Absolutely fantastic service! I drop my car off for an oil change and leak concern and within the hour they had it diagnosed and were ready to fix given my go ahead. They are completely upfront and provide high quality service so you can save over a dealer and be confident in repairs performed! Top of the line for ANY foreigner car!! Adam communicates very effective and gets the job done!! Prices are very affordable than a dealership! My 2017 CLA is riding brand new!! I will bring my car here for all services!! The Dealership prices are Ridiculous!!!

They do awesome workNeed to pay attention to the small things, tpms came on this morning on way there, they didn't put air in tires. Had to ask after it was done,. Also never turned off the service reminder, so that's still on. That's a bit of a disappointment
