Excellent customer service, top quality work and products for very reasonable prices. These folks try to get you in and out as fast as they possibly can. The alignment job they do at this location is amazing, accurate. I align my wheels and rotate my tires twice a year here. The result- 200K miles on the steers, 400+ K on drives. Of course the tire pressure also must be checked/ maintained on the regular basis.

Thanks James for your tremendously horrible customer service skills Would have expected customer service skills like that from a left wing Brandon, Karen or snowflake working a fast food drive-thru, And looking at Facebook I'm definitely not the only one who feels that way, I've been in a restaurant and retail store management for decades if you don't like your job find another

Thanks to the Snider group in Jacksonville, FL. For a great job yesterday. Had a fuel leak coming from an injector tube leaking down the back side of the engine making me a nervous wreck that I was going to catch the truck on fire. Arrived at their location and there was no delay they got right on it and fixed the issue. If any one of our trucks ever need repaired it will be going to this location only if they are in the area.Thank you John Hensley and Mark Reese for a job well done.

Friendly staff. Work was done by a professional who checked with me several times during the process of changing motor home tires. Highly recommend.

i would have left 0 stars if it would let me. i asked the men to put the tire on the tail gate then proceed to slam the dire down in the bed of my truck with the forklift.
