was referred by my friend to take my car here to get my rear bumper fix, due to a hit and run. I also did a color change which was my plans anyway before someone hit me. Prices was good deal. Customer service was great! They answer all questions. My vehicle repairs and color change came out great!

Soooooo amazing! The staff and owner are very professional! They gave me clear understanding as to what I needed and my turnaround time. They were very knowledgeable and attentive to mine and my car needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING DEALING WITH YOUR CAR!! I had to rent a uhaul last minute for my company due to a truck being down. It was an early saturday morning, and there wasn't any where else that had anything available. Monique met us at the shop and took excellent care of us. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone!

Sent pictures of side of my bumper that was coming off cause the clips broke. He agreed he could fix it for $400 and it would take 2 days to repair. Dropped my vehicle off and a couple hours later he said it was done. I asked to see pics but he stated he didn t take any. I told him I would have to come pick it up the next day because I didn t expect it to be ready so soon when he told me 2 days. Texted him the next morning before I headed there to let him know I was coming. Got to the shop and he wasn t there. I m assuming it was his girlfriend that was there. I looked at the car which had tape on the side from him or whoever gluing the bumper back in place. I was extremely disappointed because it was a quick fix with a slap of black glue on a white car. They didn t try to touch up with paint or anything. He wanted me to leave the car there so he could fix it and said he was out of town until Monday. His girlfriend even offered to fix the other side for an additional charge and said I would need to come back in 4 hours to let the glue dry .. $400+ for glue to a bumper???? Waste of money! I could have did this and if he told me he was only applying glue I would have kept my money! Horrible customer service! A friend recommended me and people who just take money with poor service will never win in life!

Amazing customer service. The owner is very informative about every question i asked. I loved the work that was done on my car. Sicustomz Collision is by far the best body shop in Jacksonville.

Don t not take your car here to have no type of work don t unless it painting.. spent 1350 on service that was suppose to be do , only to find out that they wasn t DONE!! I have text messages from the owner stating that this would be covered in the amount paid owner denied the text messages!! The owner hire mechanics he doesn t do the actual work himself, tops missing off fluids, parts messing, my seat was dirty!! The owner does not look over his worker work!! He specializes in body work (painting) and his towing service is cheap but far as working on your car no he change his story about what he agreed to 5-6 times, I need my heating core done they couldn t order the part bc it was discontinued and blamed me told me it wasn t his fault when i purchased my own heat core. I really trusted this guy with my car and to only find myself spending more money!! Stay away from this place & the owner writing his own reviews and commenting to his self smh don t put your trust in this company nor reviews
