Honest, courteous and reliable. I own a BR600 Stihl backpack blower. After 9 years of continue residence use it went out and didn t want to fire up.I took is to a Stilh dealer in Fleming Island for a diagnosis'. I was told that it needed a new ignition module, spark plug and new gaskets. The repair was $526.00 + tax. ($115.00 parts the rest service at $130.00 per hour) They offered me to replace it for a new one for $569.00 +tax.I decided to get a second opinion and took it to Shaw Outdoors. They called me two days later to let me know the blower was fixed. IT NEEDED NOTHING!They cleaned the carburetor and it worked perfectly. It starts on first pull and ran like new. The charge was $80.00 + tax. NO PARTS!I love this place! HONEST, courteous, reliable and efficient.

I just simply love this place! Great products! Great people! Great name! The decor inside here is phenomenal! Even while I waited to purchase a brand new Stihl chainsaw; I couldn't help but notice the top of the line X-Mark mowers. They were strategically parked in the middle of the sales floor like a deer feeder in the middle of a misty meadow!Then I turned to notice...do mine own eyes deceive me?!? Husqvarna rara and climbing gear with bags and ropes and trinkets!!I'll never shop at another Forestry supply store as long as this place remains! This place was so remarkable, I happened across a many of things I didn't know I needed, but now very happy to have!

I am a happy customer.... though I thought they d laugh at me when I phoned and explained that I didn t have a small engine issue (because my mower was electric) but was experiencing a mechanical defect/issue with one bolt that prevented me from attaching the handle. And of course NO HANDLE meant my mower was just a big doorstop.Ricky was my knight in shining armor, carting off the mower, it s handle pieces and attachments and less than a half hour later he Push-rolled the mower out into the showroom.[surely some will note that what I m raving about is no great mechanical engineering feat, but it was just what I needed.]If this shop attended to my minor issue with such care, I can only assume that they would afford the same professionalism, precision and care to the more complex repairs.[[photo shows repaired unit with handle folded up and nestled into my trunk--thanks again, Sir Ricky! ]]09.08.22

I came in to have my generator replaced for my work truck as well as minor replacements I needed for underneath my truck.They overly communicated which is important to me so that I could communicate with my customers. They explained everything they were doing and how I could maintain it. They shared all the information they had which helped me understand. They also had a great deal when it comes to labor and parts compared to any other place I went too.The whole team is great. I will come back over and over again.

I brought in my scooter tire to have the inner tube replaced. Customer service was great. I ended up dropping off my lawn mower blades when I came to pick up the tire.Customer service was great. I drove 20 miles out of my way to come here, and I'd do it again. Highly recommend. They've got everything you need. Store is super clean and we'll organized.

I had Shaw s come remove a tree and grind 7 tree stumps from fallen trees after all this rain has washed away the wood chip debris from around the stumps I reached out weeks later to have em come back to catch some stumps that were still intact and above the ground. They were super nice about it and assured me this was normal and came back out free of charge. They have earned my business for life and at the risk of sounding deplorable; They made my yard Great Again .

Just bought a Husqvarna zero turn from these folks and couldn'tbe happier. Sam was very helpful and answered all of my questions on multiple visits before I made a decision. Ricky delivered my mower and was very patient in explaining how to use the mower. I would highly recommend both this mower and the Shaw Outdoor team to anyone! Keep up the good work boys.

I had not used my pressure washer in 2 years and when I went to use it, I didn t have enough power to clean anything. The pressure washer was too heavy for me to lift, so Shaws outdoors offered to pick it up for a reasonable fee and return it after it was fixed.It turns out that I was not operating it correctly and there was nothing wrong with it. They sent their mechanic out when they returned it and he showed me how to use it correctly. They were so patient and kind to me. Even though they took it apart to make sure there was nothing wrong, they did not charge me for anything but the Pick up and delivery.My experience with everyone associated with this company was over the top kind and helpful

Unbelievably awesome customer service. When they didn t have the parts I needed in stock they offered to call another shop that did. Got my mower running same day thanks to their help, definitely recommend their services!

Update - Apologies...my following comment was more directed towards the *repair* of smaller lawnmowers. I forgot to clarify. But I was quoted a diagnosis price that was far more than just buying a straight up new mower from a hardware store. And, unfortunately, the cheapest mower you had for sale was $800 - my little yard isn't worth all that. I was looking to pay no more than around $100 for parts and labor. hahaBut it's ok - I will still keep you in mind for all my Lawn Care Business buddies, but for my minor repair needs - no dice. lol(added a star for your polite response)P.S. - loved the ax for the door handle! Clever and unique touch."Commercial Grade Machines only, don't bother with residential. The guys were very nice and knowledgeable tho - would recommend for your more heavy-duty equipment!"

Was honored with the prompt and professional services provided by Sylvia and Rick. Utilized their services in March for the first time, and again in May. Chainsaw and hedge trimmer were both serviced while I waited. This team is the best, and I would highly recommend to anyone searching for this type of knowledgeable service. Nicely done and thank you.

Shaw Outdoors, LLC- you all are amazing. they took us right in this morning to fix our zero turn. My husband had wrapped a huge chain around the blade and did something else to it to cause it not to move forward or backward. They fixed it in an hour and got us back on the road. We have several lawns to mow before we head back home to Clermont. If you're local, you need to bring your mowers here. They are the best! We don't have enough words for our appreciation in helping us today. Highly recommend!!

Shaw Equipment is a great shop! No one wanted to touch my Lesco mower except them. They are super helpful and quick. I want have my small engines repaired anywhere else!!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean and offers a variety of outdoor equipment. They also service lawnmowers, chain saws, 4-wheelers, Golf Carts and more. This is our new go to store for all maintenance and new equipment purchases. Thank you Shaw Outdoors for all of your help!!!

Thank you Sylvia and Ricky for helping us today our chainsaw wouldnt start and their mechanic had it running in minutes. We also bought the electric stihlchainsaw from them today. They know Billy has trouble starting a gas powered one so this should solve the problem. This is our second stihl weve bought from them. They are great.

It was the absolute worst place you can go made a terrible mistake going there they keep your equipment almost 5 months an charge me over $300for doing nothing I will never go to these thieves it was awful
