Great customer service at this shop. I've had a few cars over the years that needed some work done, and this place always comes through. Eddie and Josh were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend giving them a shot.

Got a chance to speak with Josh and Eddie here, and they hit it out of the park with the customer service. Had my wife's car hit in a parking lot at the grocery store, and these guys made it look like it never happened. Excellent paint and dent removal. Very helpful staff. Thanks, guys!

I have to say this is the best experience I have had with an autobody shop! Jenny is so sweet and Norman is very patient and walked me through every detail of the process! My car came out looking better than when I bought off the lot. Really they did a wonderful job and I can't thank them enough! I will be back after the first off the year with my mom's vechile.

My car was a hassle to deal with but they stayed by my side until I was 100% happy. They are super polite and professional. They took the extra time and care to make sure the service was outstanding! I took my car to Westbrook because of all the positive reviews I read on it.Believe me, I am not sorry I did. Every person that I encountered was very personable, professional, helpful and kind.They treated me as a person and not just a customer.The quality and the outcome of my smashed little car was excellent. I couldn't be happier. I recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired, big job or little job.My insurance company had totaled my car because of the repair estimate of one of their shops. Westbrook saved my car for me because of their estimate.

Very pleased with the work this shop did on my car; it looks like new. Very reasonably priced and was ready when they said it would be. Also, I feel they went above and beyond my expectations as they buffed the entire car and installed a brake light cover with no charge. Highly recommended.

I had my bumper stuck in the curb and it came out. I called 1-2 shops and they told me that i should bring the car and then they will make an estimate and then it will take 2-3 days or maybe I will have to order a new one. Then I took it to another shop and they also could not fix it but they gave me Westbrook auto shop no. When I took the car the guy told me that he cud do it in 1 hour but it took him like 30 mins. and he charged like $30 for it , which seemed quiet reasonable. I was very satisfied with the service. It is a very good place if u don't want to go to showrooms for small things like mine. I was afraid that i will have to order a new one and claim insurance and all that. But these guys made it easy for me.

Have bought at least 4 cars to Westbrook and obviously if the price, craftsmanship and speed of repairs was not there on the first car I would not have made it my preferred Auto Body Shop .Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

RUSH JOB without care. They DO NOT put out a finished product. They did a rub out and left marks and body cleaner on car. The reason I brought it to them for a rub out but left marks on it. They said, they were to busy to do a good job. Did NOT do a good job. Rush job without care.
