Am a long time customers and buy all tires for both of my cars here. All of the staff are extremely helpful. I didn't have an appointment and they completed my job in less time than they anticipated. The technician even checked my spare for me to make sure it was in good condition. Very pleased and will continue to purchase all of my tires from them.

Great service! After being rejected at tire plus and mavis because it was 3:30 pm and they had to close at 5, we ended up going to sams club tire service, and the whole team was AWESOME, super helpful, fix a flat tire in less than 40 minutes even though we wanted to just replace they were honest and advise us that the tire was fixable!Thank you guys, y all did great

I had an appt for a simple tire rotate and balance, and I had to wait 20 mins just for someone to show up after asking to make an announcement to the whole store. Its has been an hr and a half and its still not finished. It doesn't take long to do that type of job and there is no one else as far as other vehicles to service, so its not like they are busy. Sams needs to hire more people if they can't keep up with a simple job like that. It's ridiculous that there is like 5 people working back there but they are all on their phones and avoiding the front desk. The tire center needs to pay attention . If I didnt buy my tires from Sams, I wouldn't even bother coming here for nothing unless ur desperate.

The staff here is AMAZING. I got the day of my appt wrong i guess because they couldnt find it in their system. They took me anyway and was very nice about it. The mechanics worked non stop and i got my car back in about 30-40 mins. I won't go anywhere else for my tire service! If you need ANYTHING done to your tire...come here! They are the best!

Terrible service.I had an appointment to change the rear tires, they took 2 hours and a half to come back and say we did not change them. I tried to explain the issue over and over again and it was not understood by the team at all despite the explanation several times!

Awful service. Waited over half an hour for service only to find out they lost my scheduled appointment. Did not figure out a way to help at all. Was told to wait for the front lady to come back to the desk but it was already well over 40 minutes. Recommend avoiding this place and go some place else unless you like to waste time waiting around. Would give zero stars if possible.
