I took my car up there to get a serpentine belt put on and the same day it popped again the man raising hell with me don t have a tow truck and my car is broke down at somebody else s house I pass mad as hell

Excellent customer service! The phone was answered promptly, and the owner greeted us upon arrival when we dropped off my son's classic vehicle for repair. His quotes were fair and well below other shops. Will definitely keep in mind for future needs.

Went here today to get my car fixed they told me my warter pump was bad drove away my car was still running hot I took it back up there now he says it's the radiator this company is a bunch of crooks the owner went home and didn't tell me he was leaving why I was still up there never bring your car to them

I went there for a flat tire... didn't have my size but was as helpful as they could be. The owner was nice enough to give me a ride home since the tire situation had me stranded. They gave me recommendations on where to go to find what I needed, and they didn't have to do that. They could have said whatever to make a sale, and for that I couldn't give this place any more compliments. I hope they're around for a while Service: Tires

Apparently Sam is on vacation and some man named lio is running things . I had the front end aligned and noticed when I left that it was pulling to the right . Well I called and he's trying to balme that on wear and tare on the steering box which is completely stupid because that only caused play in the steering wheel . He told me to bring it in the morning . Well if I turn loose of my steering wheel , it's pulling so hard to the right that I'd be in the ditch . If it's not corrected in the morning there will be a follow up comment about how they try to tell a man that's been in the automotive business since I was 5 when my dad threw me in shop bushing a broom . I do mechanical work and heavy collision work and rebuild wrecks and painted all my life . If it's not corrected in the morning it'll be on here and if it is I'll say they fixed the problem . If not we're going to have a issue because that's could be deadly . Until tomorrowServices: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement

This was the most amazing thoughtful respectful bunch of Grease covered men and were totally committed to helping me entirely Sam is my personal friend now. The entire Team is committed to helping you and me in times of struggle. I cherish Sam and his team of tire specialists. Sam helped me out and continues to help me. I am a hardworking woman. No tire co. Would fix my electric scooter. Sam said bring it to me and I will help you. Sam kept his word. I am very grateful for that path that I had to take that day even though it involved my tire being flat. God's will be done this gentleman Sam gave me his card when I took off on my scooter. Sam's Tire shop team said if you need anything at all just let us know. I was almost a mile down the road and my tire in the same exact spot on the back of my scooter went flat I called Sam he left his shop and picked me up within 10 minutes and my scooter took me back to his shop did not charge me a dime figured out what the problem was which was a sliver of glass stuck in my tire that was hitting my tube and cutting it as I was riding so Sam found this little sliver in it. He is an amazing individual.. photos of my repaired scooter and me, a very satisfied customer..

I took my 2011 dodge durango in for a tuneup the guy specifically told me that what I needed. So I brought all the spark plugs and ignition coils. The vehicle ran ok for the first 45 minutes after that the car sounded worser than before I basically paid them $322.00 for nothing. 3 weeks before that I had them to put in my radiator which was ok but still not the best performance. They also rigged up my cooling fan system. I will never take my vehicle to them again because in the long run I learned it will cost me more money than before. Stay away all they want is your money .Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely amazing service! Blew a tire out on the highway, we called Sam s and they had the tire! After being towed there, Sam very quickly took off our old one and put the new one right on! Very friendly and professional - in and out in under 20 minutes! Thank you for being open a little longer on Labor Day and saving our trip!

I purchased tires and had a good experience with Sam whom I have known before he opened his repair shop, but his mechanic isn't professional at all. I had parts replaced and he kept telling me it wouldn't make a difference, but the parts needed replacement and he became this little boy with a grudge. My car started running really funny after that and I had bad leaks. He grounded the thermostat housing to the point it didn't fit right, so I replaced it myself and anything else to avoid going back to them.

Sam and his crew are good honest people who won't try to rip you off. They do excellent work the first time. Not only do they know the ins and outs of auto mechanics but they are there to explain what's going on; in terms you can understand. I highly recommend Joe who has been outstanding. Thank you guys for putting a smile on my face and taking care of white lightning!

If I could give NO stars I would. This place is a fraud. I paid over 500.00 to get my car repaired the car now runs horrible. I took the car to the dealership and it was fixed in an hour. Sam's took over 2 days and did NOT fix my car. I had to get rides to work and my time has been wasted as well as my money. I will now take steps to get my money back and I hope this review helps someone not get taken advantage of. By the way I never write reviews but this place needs to be called out because they have clearly taken advantage of me. WHAT EVER YOU DO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE! I WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE AS WELL AS CONTACT THE BBB.

They used to be good and I trusted them but beware. They replaced my radiator but didn t put the radiator cap back on which led to a blown head gasket. They broke my hood release latch so I couldn t get under the hood to see why it was still running hot. They refused to accept responsibility for all the damage they did to my car. They blamed me after they clearly screwed me over. Their negligence led to my car being destroyed, they quoted me an additional $1400 in parts only for a new engine. The owner backed his mechanics. They told me to buy pliers to fix what they broke. After 4 visits in 3 days my car completely broke down on day 4. STAY AWAY from this place.

SHADETREE at its finest. Suppose to have did me alignment on my truck. 3 weeks later, i notice my tires wearing in the same spot my old tires were worn. They did not perform the alignment but Mexican Joe said he perform the procedure BUT I need a special tool for the upper arm and i'll have to take it to Big Chief or some other shop. EXCUSE ME, don't you suppose to explain the nature of the event to the customers before you attempt?Now you don't want to give my money back nor replace my tires. I had to sit in my truck to reflect is worth it and what I'll lose behind this Mexican shadetree who just robbed me with no gun. I'll leave it in the law hands in small claims court. Hell, he got happy customer before & after me complaining about other situations. Lesson learnedService: Tires

Owner friendly and courteous, but technicians misdiagnosed my problems twice, they charged me for starter, when I told them to check the battery connectors, they said they did, they said they tested the starter, and found it to be bad, I trusted them when they said the starter was bad, and paid 175.00, when I got my car, I had same problem, turns out it was broken cable connection at the positive terminal of battery, they still insist that the starter was bad, I don't think so.Service: Engine repair

Bought 2 used tires in summer 2018, cash, and tried all weekend to take the lug nut off. Bruh on the impact gun put lug on backwards then stripped it. I knew something was up when he looked at me weird. This is how it looked on the stud. Cost me over $30 extra in trying to get it off trying to save a few bucks. Probably why my wheel hub on that side has acted up too because took this off with needle nose pliers. If he wants to call me a liar I can find the receipt I took a picture of that's backed up on Google because girl at desk recommended me do that.

I've been here several times with both of my cars having trouble for various reasons and , the owner Sam is quite nice. He tries to be very thorough with explaining the issue, price and time frame your looking at.
