Got my van fixed here today in less than 2 hours without appointment. They didn't try to upsell me and fixed it without all the extra stuff that pepboys tried to make me get. They are very friendly and polite instead of the usual sense of entitlement most places get because the corporate mechanics from other stores feed off of desperation. This is where I will be taking my car from now on.

Got a quote from here and they said they don't know how long it will take at $130 an hour so I went to Smitty's muffler shop in Middleburg and $60 and 30 minutes later my car was out the door

These guys are incredible! Went in without an appointment on recommendation, told them what i was told was wrong and they ordered the part I needed right there with me watching. I could see that I wasn't being screwed over. 2 days later my part had arrived early and I dropped it off first thing In the morning. By 12 my truck was ready to go with everything it needed. No more noise, no more check engine light. Couldn't be happier! And their silly banter that older men do made me laugh the whole time in the office. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing exhaust work! Very kind, honest, and hard working.

Brought a 22 Lexus in today to have exhaust installed. This place was great! Making an appointment was simple, I messaged with through through Facebook Messenger and got me in right away. The waiting area is really neat as it has a TV with Netflix and another TV showing their bay so that you can see the progress on your vehicle. I highly recommend!Service: Exhaust

As a rule I don't leave reviews for places unless they really impress me... And S&W really impressed me. I needed work done on my exhaust and found they had great ratings on Google maps, so I gave them a call. Ken was wonderful: honest, professional, and personable. The work was done at a reasonable price and quickly, and when it was taking longer than expected for parts to arrive, Ken stayed on top of things and kept me in the loop so I wasn't left wondering. I would absolutely recommend this local business to anyone looking for vehicle repairs.

Great shop, fixed my faulty brake light. Very professional and always fare rates!! In addition in July 2020 Kenny installed a compressor and condenser in order to get my ac working. The compressor did not get it cold but he persisted and changed the compressor until he fixed the problem. The ac is working great and very cold at a reasonable price. I will continue using his shop for my repairs.

I came to them because my muffler had fallen and they were fast, friendly and honest. They fixed my car quickly. This is a small business and I will recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Great exhaust shop! These guys are awesome. They got me in and out really fast and their prices are unbeatable. They fixed my rattling catback exhaust on my Mach 1 and now it sounds amazing. They did an awesome job!

This guy is the truth, if he say he can do it then believe him. Sometimes he gets backed up but whatever he is charging the work is worth more. Go check him out!!!

Came by to get a crack in my exhaust welded. I didn't catch the guy's name but he took me right away. Had me in & out in less than 30 minutes. And didn't hit me over the head with the price! Great quality weld!!

Kenny runs a great honest business and always gives a fair price. I always go to their shop over anywhere else. Highly recommend going here instead of spending double the price somewhere else. Thank you guys for always fixing my problems!

Fast and Inexpensive installation of a Cat back exhaust System on my car. No appointment needed and even though my car presented difficulties,they still managed to finish everything on time and with good quality work. I even asked them for a favor and swap out my fog light bulbs for me....all they Said was to leave them the new bulbs and it would be done.The two mechanics that were present at the time of my visit are,by far, the friendliest, most dedicated and knowledgeable mechanics I've ever dealt with. My wife tends to hate getting any car service done without me present,because the typical mechanics are blunt,harsh and spend no time explaining things to her. I was more than impressed by their service. Very Friendly 5 Star Service!

I highly recommend them they are honest, hard working people. They fixed my car with no problem even though my car was giving them a hard time they got the job done and I couldn't be more happy with what they did for me. Defiantly going back if I have to go anywhere.

I have had service at a muffler shop before and had to wait to set an appointment and then had to wait all day to finish the job and then was charged over $300.00.S & W Muffler is family owned and the service was quick and the price was right. He gave me options as to what I want him to do to fix the noise I was having with my car. One was more expensive and one was less expensive. I choose the less expensive repair and have been happy since. I only had to wait 30 mins and was glad I did not have wait all day on a saturday for the work to be done. He was very knowledgeable and did not waste anytime to get the job done with a great price. In the future I will not take my car to anyone else but S & W Muffler.

Just called and spoke with Ken who patiently answered all my questions. First impressions whether via the phone or in person are huge to me. I could tell Ken was knowledgeable, a professional, and genuine. I'll be taking my exhaust work to his shop!

Always curtious and great attention to detail. They are up front and honest about the job to be done and also are willing to offer you a suggestion on a different approch that may save you money and with the same or better results. No hidden fees. You get what want at the price qouted. They also back there work with no questions asked.

This is a great muffler shop. They did a custom 18" magnaflow with dual stainless tips on my Silverado, and did a fantastic job. They are extremely nice, knowledgeable as well as quick and efficient. Their work is top notch, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing exhaust work done. I can't say enough about how great this shop is. You can be confident choosing them!
