Hello. My name is Adam Hager and I am leased on to landstar out of Jacksonville. I had to have my truck towed to rush in Jacksonville and met a very polite lady named Cassie Anderson. I have never had an employee at a dealership treat me with the respect and kindness that she showed to me the week my truck was in your shop. I m writing this review because she deserves to be recognized for her kindness and top notch professionalism and performance. To Whom it may concern,I recently visited one of your truck centers in Jacksonville Fl. on Beaver street. I Would like to thank the team that you have over there at this location, there service department and mechanics are bar none some of the best Ive had work on my equipment and by far the politest, they helped me out of a bad situation and got me rolling again to support my family when I needed it the worst. So with that being said you should value the team that is at the Beaver Street location, thats what team work is, if you had that team all over the country you would never FAIL. Cassie Anderson had a large part in supporting me through this situation by calling and checking up and keeping me informed, I cant express my GRATITUDE enough she was a blessing. Foreman Brandon jumped in there and fixed my truck. Big thanks to him as well, the whole group was great. RUSH TRUCK CENTER HAS EARNED MY BUSINESS. This place sold me a truck with everything in the world wrong with it beginning from a totally bad def system, transmission, kingpins, needing a software update bad leaf springs and shocks, they changed the oil and so called pm service left the oil filter loose causing more damage to the seal. They told me that it had a 21 point inspection with new batteries and it couldn't be further from the truth. In the last 4 months I drove the truck a total of 5.5 weeks due to breaking down. I also was fired from the company I leased on to because of a bad truck and csa points accumulated due to air leaks and most of the above. I literally lost my life's savings and dignity at rush truck centers. There is nothing they can say to me that will justify the false statements told to me by Mathew B. The salesman to make a sale

Just had a driver of a Rush Truck Center vehicle, Mike, run me off the road and then get out of the car and threaten me with what appeared to be a crowbar or some other large metal object and swing it at my truck and threaten me with it as if he wanted to fight me. He then tried to hit me truck with his truck, stopping my only inches from my truck, and then kicked my truck as I pulled away.Gave two stars instead of one because management was apologetic and seemed to be taking it seriously.

Rusty Rush has an amazing staff at this facility. I would recommend Rush Truck Center on Beaver St to anyone. They are very polite, curious, professional, caring, & the facility is clean. Thank you Brandon for all of your help and assistance. I will be a returning customer. Thank you Russell for going above and beyond on taking care of my truck.

I would not recommend this workshop, they are not professionals, my truck has been there for 20 days, they are just lies, it is already ready, come get it. That's how the days are gone, they only work half an hour on your truck. They park it in the back, I see it all, they are just lies I spend a lot of $$$$ there

Highly recommend Rush- Dixie is amazing. She went out of her way to get our tractor finished on a Saturday and then came back on Mother s Day to make sure we could leave on time. Great communication and pleasant to work with.

**update** called number below, gentleman seemed genuine about resolving issue. Said he would look into everything and a woman named Dixie would be reaching out to me, after a week not hearing from anyone, I emailed back on repair thread about how nobody has reached out to me to resolve my issue, got nothing. But it looks good to comment on my review and pretend to be concerned. This place should have BBB complaints (it will now) and it's disgusting the way they add random stuff to take your money without prior authorization!!PAY ATTENTION TO APPROVED REPAIRS VS FINAL QUOTE!!!! 3rd time having work done here. Every time we've ever had repairs, we approve an amount then the final quote ends up being hundreds of dollars higher (this time was within $100) Everytime it's brought to their attention, it's corrected except for this time! They added in a Rd test, common sense it should have been included initially if you know you have to test drive it after repairs right?? It's ridiculous that this place always finds a way to add bogus 18 quarters of oil ( last time) or extra hours of repair and installed parts not approved (first time) EVERY TIME.***Warning to all*** please please pay attention to what you approve, the total approved and keep record, they WILL, not maybe, they WILL add things get whatever extra dollar they can, it's happens to us 3 times now!

First, let me explain the better part of this review which gets 5 stars, the Mobile Tech Trevor, awesome guy, very knowledgeable, and does his job well, the repair he has to do at my company's parking lot, because that is what the service manager told him to do. Trevor did his job, did very well. He is an outstanding technician.Now for the ONE star -- my truck was brought in two weeks ago for an oil leak, they said they fixed it, however they never power washed the engine to see where the leak was, replaced the valve cover gasket because that is what they said was leaking, if they would have power washed it first and after the repair and verified the repair the technician that did the valve cover gasket would have seen it still leaking and found it was coming from the Oil Cooler. The Technician never did this, so here I was been sitting in a parking lot for the past 3 days in which the service manager told the mobile technician to it there, dispite me wanting it done at the shop, I lost 1800 miles because someone didn't verify their work.Cowan #2311

I came here for a windshield replacement. My service advisors were Amanda and Evan(?) (I can't really remember the other person's name), and they were extremely friendly! Everyone was so nice and so willing to help me out. And they have free coffee and water, as well as a nice drivers lounge. My only complaint is whoever their third party windshield vendor is, which technically isn't this company. So consider this next part a warning for drivers needing a windshield replacement.Whoever the windshield company is left debris all over my dash and seat, and couldn't set up a specific time to be there, so I had to wait all day. This isn't about Rush, but more about whoever that vendor is. If I knew the vendor, I'd definitely would probably give them 2/5 stars. So if you come for a windshield, expect whoever the third party is to leave debris everywhere in your truckOther than that window vendor, the staff and setup at Rush is great! Yeah, you have to wait a while, but that's what trucking is about-dealing with crazy schedules.

I bay battery in last month go today to change the battery the person no change the supposedly need for tomorrow to check the battery the service is very bad I bay the battery in another I have time to wait for next day for warranty to battery I preferred bay in another place my next parts

They say one thing and do another. They are so slow, it s ridiculous! Had my truck in the shop for more than 7 business days for a simple clutch adjustment and it s still sitting there! Every time I call to check the status, it changes. Get serviced if you want, but don t be in a hurry and expect crazy delays.

Totally disorganized. I called because my truck needed a def change. They said that they can fix it and dispatch will call me back with details. When I asked for a eta of the mobile mechanic I was told that dispatch will give me all needed information. I waited on the road for almost two hours before and then decided to call back .Again the same scenario they took my name and cell and said dispatch will call back. After another hour I called again and gai am they tried to take my name and cell and I told them that this is the third time they are doing this and I m waiting on the side of the road without any updates on their mobile mechanic . After 30 minutes from my last call I finally received a call from the so called dispatch saying that he can not send anyone to Tallahassee. Tallahassee ? On all my three phone calls I gave them the same address- 15 miles away from their shop in Jacksonville. Total miscommunication. When I told the dispatch that I m actually in Jacksonville , not Tallahassee and I shouldn t be waiting for them to 3.5 hrs to send someone 15 miles away from their shop he said that all of his drivers are in Orlando and they will not be able to send anyone . Really ? It took them 3.5 hrs to update me that they won t be able to send anyone . Why they didn t informed me that on my first call ? Instead they said that they will help and I just have to wait for the dispatch to call me with details. Definitely not recommend it!!

Worst place to work with. I bought a power steering pump cost me 500$, the pump was no good I came back 13 days later to return it . David Richards from parts told me that I can buy another one but they cant refund me my money until they send the pump I bought out for inspection to see if it really was bad.. I don't have another 500$ to spend on pump that's ridiculous. I told them to send the one I previously bought for inspection so I can get my money back, 1 month goes by and no one has called me yet. I called them to see what was going on with the pump and my refund , I was told they never sent my pump out for inspection never did the paper work . after 1 month they finally did the paper work and sent it out. I called the following month (2nd month) they said that its takes more time, I said fine. 3 months goes by and I still don't have a response. I live 1 hour from the store so I sent my brother there because I would call and never get anyone to answer specially David would never return my calls. They told my brother that they cant refund me my money because the power steering pump had something wrong with it from us trying to install it are you kidding me.I bought this item 5/18/2016 I returned it on 5/31/2016 and today is 9/12/2016 that's almost 4 months . This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company its sad because I used to buy so many parts from them. The worst part about all this is that on 8/10/2016 I manage to talk to David and he told me that I would get my refund in 7 to 10 business days. Why say that I'm getting a refund and now say I'm not.

Bought a truck from here less than 12 weeks ago and it has spent 5 weeks of that in their shop. Dropped almost $8k on repairs for it in just the last 2 weeks that it's been there and when I went to pick it up the other day I noticed it had been hit. Not only did they deny it and claim it was pre-existing damage (on a truck I JUST bought from them that has spent half the time I've owned it in their shop) but when I confronted them about it they called the police on me. We do a walk around on every one of our trucks every single time before we move it anywhere, I didn't see that truck for 2 weeks while it was in their shop. After the ridiculous amount of money I have spent at this place in the last 3 months it's pretty pathetic that they are willing to lose business over not taking responsibility for some minor front end damage. There's black paint on my truck from the black truck that was parked next to it by one of their mechanics and they still had the nerve to tell me that I brought it in like that. I contacted corporate as well and just like the GM at this location, they could care less. I have no reason to spend another dollar here or recommend this place to anyone. And to think I was considering leasing a couple new trucks through them! I'm glad I found out how they do business before it was too late. I'm just hoping the last repairs they did hold up so I don't ever have to step foot in this place again.

I called on the 23rd of May to schedule an oil leak repair that they had previously estimated. I was told to bring in the truck on the 15th of June and as of today the 13th of July, it still hasn't been touched. This is no way to run a business!

Man these people are great, Rex and Eric in the shop, Justin and Debbie inside the service and parts department... These guys worked on my truck, they all stayed after hours and was courteous the whole time. They got me back on the rode and went the extra mile to do so! They could have easily went home but they seem to be willing to stay all night to get it done even though it didn't require that!

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I took my truck in on a Tuesday and was told that the hino tech would diagnose the problem and they would call me back the next day or so. After a week and a half later the tech still haven t even checked on the truck. They didn t even move the truck at all. This is how I make my living. For them to take a week to just look at a truck is unacceptable and plus they are rude. They will sit there and ignore you when you first walk in the door. I ve contacted Hino the company about how bad they treat their customers. For them to be the only Hino certified dealer they are doing a very bad job at it.

Went shopping for a good used truck, stopped by Rush in Jacksonville and was helped by Matt. I had just started my search, and Matt was more than helpful on the product knowledge, and inventory. He also asked me important questions that helped narrow down my search. While they didn't have the truck in their Jacksonville inventory Matt went to work, and within hours had located me several trucks that met my criteria. Matt and Melissa then worked on financial side of things to get the numbers squared away. I have to say that, while I was not prepared enough on my end to make the deal happen, Matt went out of his way, above and beyond, to help me and get me prepared for when I come back to do business with them in the future. Out of all the dealerships I went to in that area Matt and Rush Truck Center were the best, they really set the bar high in my opinion. Disclaimer: I am by no means paid by or work for Rush. I am just man giving my honest opinion and experience. I hope this helps future truckers. Just remember to ask for Matt!

I bought a truck from Ron and i have never worked with such an honest and dedicated salesman.He is a man of his words.The truck was located in San Antonio and i live in Dallas.Rush paid for delivery.The truck had issues unknown to Ron.He made me take it to the closest Rush Service center near me and paid the full repair bill.Two weeks later i ran into a minor electric problem and reached out to him.They took care of the repairs with no complaints since it s with 30 days.He kept his promise to the very end.I will recommend Ron to anyone trying to buy a truck.

I needed my motorhome serviced in Jacksonville.The service team scheduled me right in and completed the coach and generator iservice in a timley fashion and fair price. Will look forward to comming back. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

This is the 4th day currently waiting. 1st day was Monday I arrived around 10am truck never looked at, Tuesday truck checked over in the morning but then pulled out was told that the parts I needed would be in sometime Wednesday. No parts and not told about it till 4pm. Now its Thursday waiting for them to open. The driver lounge has 4 chairs that are broken down and uncomfortable. The staff are nice but there is an extreme lack of communications to the drivers.

Stopped in to look at a few trucks, Rob (Robert Robinson) sat at his desk and didn't even get out of his seat to say hello, he yelled across the lobby at me. When I yelled back he didn't appreciate it much either. When someone enters your establishment you should have the common decency to stand up and GREET them. Buyer beware that when you ask for the best price all you get is attitude. I don't know who the owner is but this guy is unacceptable at customer relations. Give respect you get respect. Big Boy Trucks and not Big Boy Customer service.
