We made a stupid mistake with fuel for our car. Brought it into these wonderful guys. All are so great. Truly helped us out. Thank you Very honest, knew there was nothing wrong and didn't charge us a penny.

Took my truck in to get brake service because it was due for new pads/rotors because I was experiencing a braking issue which I was quoted $1300 for standard pads and rotors for a Dodge Ram 1500. Picked the vehicle up once "repaired" and the same issue I was having with the brakes persisted. Out of frustration there's more but I'll stop here ...I just found out today that my LF wheel speed sensor (they blew the brake hose on this side) has no signal available and of course my ABS light is on. Ironically after dropping my vehicle off here I was told by another veteran that I made a huge mistake. Never again.

The representative, Chris, is very helpful. I had a problem with my engine light, and they were able to fix it within a day. The service was expensive, but the job was completed.

I have been going to RPM for a number of years and have found their work to be competent and their prices to be moderate when compared to others but most importantly I have never left feeling I was deceived or ripped off. This trip was for a routine oil change and while more expensive than the 5 minute changes you see advertised I think the peace of mind is worth a few extra dollars. But I will say I am concerned now seeing they have been acquired by Pep Boys who have not earned a favorable rating from me due to past experience. I hope I can continue to put my faith in RPM.

I walked in, someone from a distance yelled welcome then no one at the front. Then all of a sudden there's 3 people going back and forth on who is going to help me. I needed assistance bc I have a check engine light on. The guy who "helped" said take a picture of the code and Google it. Figured maybe they could help me see if it's a fixable problem vice going to a shop but they were apparently not about helping today.

Took my 2011 Nissan Rogue in there, due to my check engine light being on and my vehicle not wanting to go when I accelerate. I was told it was my air mass sensor, which I had already replaced with a new one , but I was told that the one they had was much better quality, so ok I m just wanting my vehicle fixed so I trust what I m told. Well two days later my check engine light is back on and my vehicle is not accelerating. I call and let them know about it, and I m told bring it back and if it s something we did we will fix it, um yes it s something y all did, y all ripped me off for almost 800$. I decided not to go back because I can t afford for them to find another problem to cover up them not correctly fixing my vehicle in the first place. Do not go to this place, which by the way is owned by Pep Boys. The manager there , can t remember his name is rude, however the heavy set guy was pretty nice, but at least he was pleasant while screwing customers over!!!!

I do not recommend going to this place! We brought in my truck in and they diagnosed saying we d need an entire new engine. We decided to go to a Chevy dealership where they diagnosed us for just a small fuse issue. On top of the misdiagnosis and extremely high price for a new engine that we DONT NEED the man at the front desk with the broken arm is very rude and not welcoming. I strongly suggest taking your business and money somewhere else that s honest and professional!!!!

They charged me 3x as much as they should have bc I was from out of town and they knew I had no choice but to pay. They added bogus charges and took advantage of me bc I m female. Asked a mechanic friend about it and he said it was ridiculous and that I was taken advantage of. Such a slimy place with poor morals. This place is the reason people are worried they will be up charged for car services.Service: Air conditioning

Brought my car in twice. First time i said i have shaking in the front and rear. So they changed out all 4 tires and my drive belt as well as mentioned my rear brake pads are starting to go. When i received my car i noticed a clicking sound in the passenger side and my car still shaking, just a little better this time. Since i travel, i could only bring my car in about a month or so later.Over the weekend i was told my CV axle was loose (they tried to blame it on the last people who did work on my car, which was them), my rear pads were metal to metal and needed pads and rotors (which wasnt the case because i wouldve been able to hear and/or feel that. As well as i was told a month prior they werent too bad) and that my bushings/links were going which i knew and said they were. They also mentioned my filter being bad but that was only about 6 months old. So they said they fixed all of these issues except the filter as it was pretty new to begin with. After receiving my car yesterday, i still have the clicking and I still have the shaking. Be aware of their company policies of having to change rotors with pads. Also, they cant use customer supplied parts. They only used the oil and filter i supplied.Cars should be tested to make sure work is done correctly and problems are solved before handing the car off. I have done all work on my car, myself. To pass blame onto others when it is clearly stated in their records i was there a month prior is pretty poor ownership of their own work.Its a good shop if they double checked their work and caught all the problems. From other reviews it seems they lean more towards making a dollar by you continuing to come back rather than really fixing the issues.

Exspensive, charged me almost three times the amount for parts , charged me for "fixing" my brake lights that they couldn't figure out, then I drive it and my transmission isn't shifting correctly. All and all it was a bad experience. When you take it to a mechanic shop you expect them to have solutions for problems but I'm left with yeah we tried but no results. Waisted money and time here.

I went in for my engine overheating and was told I needed a new radiator which ended up being 2400. The next day I was still having issues and took it back and was told another code was popping up. I took my car to another shop and the mechanic found my head gasket was blown. I don t recommend them as they completely missed/ overlooked such a big problem.

I just had a repair done today at RPM for my AC Compressor and the service was great! Nick was the service advisor and he was very supportive and handled matters regarding my extended warranty very well, which was not easy. Nick was really nice and such a blessing to me, I had a very disappointing experience with the Chrysler Dealership but going to RPM was the best decision I made. GOD is Good and things happen for a reason. Again thank you Nick for making my customer experience at RPM a great one! I will recommend this store to anyone I know that needs service!

It is very unfortunate this location has gotten so awful with its level of service. I used to trust them to the fullest extent. My poor experience started with a simple oil change. They changed my oil and when I picked up my car they told me I had a small oil leak. Why they wouldn t call me before filling my car with new oil is beyond me. Then I decided because they used to be so reliable I would give them another shot. So I took my car back to get the oil leak fixed with my oil change. This time they said their mechanic was on vacation until the following week and they could not address the oil leak, only the oil change. So essentially this trusted repair shop is now a 10 minute oil change quick lube shop until I guess their 1 and only mechanic comes back. I would recommend everyone save themselves the frustration and disappointment and head up or down a few exits and not stop at this RPM.Service: Oil change

I have taken my vehicles there and also to several other RPM locations. They are constantly very knowledgeable, clear and concise as to what the problem is, and how to take care of the issues. They are not the least expensive in town but are certainly the best value. The old adage you get what you pay for applies with RPM. I have recommended RPM to many of my friends without hesitation. Service with integrity is their slogan and is constantly true.

This place is a ripoff. Was charged over $500 for some simple routine maintenance. Oil change, transmission fluid change, and new spark plugs. Also I was told they'd call with a price before they did any work. No call was made and 2 days later was told to come pick up my truck and that I owed $500.I would recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere or DIY.

Received an oil and filter change today. They were fast and the price was fair. I appreciate their integrity. I had went to another place prior to RPM and the other place was dishonest and tried to take advantage of me being a woman. Thanks RPM for your good customer service.

I regularly take my car here for service. The staff here is always professional and I ve never had an encounter where they tried to stick it to me on a price. When I say I get everything done for my car here, I mean everything and I refuse to go anywhere else. I dare say my experience here was pleasant and I can definitely say the mechanic was quick and very prompt at getting me information. I know the service was a little on the expensive side but generally speaking that's what I expect when it was a 24hr turn around. I didn't ask for it to be done so quick but I won't complain my suburban is running well.

I have an 06 Nissan Frontier LE, on a drive up to West Virginia I started getting misfires and my dashboard would make a laser show jealous. I had changed the oil the previous day and knew I had some oil in the antifreeze. That s all I told them. Steve and I agreed to do a coolant flush and replace my coil pack. I got in at 8:30, they had diagnosed the car by 9 and I was driving out of town by 12. He also pointed out some other problems I was aware of and gave me 0 BS. I definitely recommend this shop as they are professional, clean, and honest.

I've been happy with every visit I had with them. I appreciate an honest answer even if it's bad news and awesome news when you find out the issue is not as bad as you thought. They offer alternative solutions to solve your car problems.

By far the best garage I've been to. Helpful, they do their best to make sure that they save you money. They call and let you know what is going on. They actually trouble shoot they don't throw parts at the problem, they find out what's wrong and fix the problem not just the symptoms. Great guys all around. Just watched them give a guy an oil change for free because of a mix up.

This place stays busy. An oil change can take a long time. I have always had good service. A bit expensive but the job for me has always been good with no problems. I do wish they had a scheduling method for special projects. First come first serve only.

CAUTION! I had my Xterra overheat last month. Dropped it off after hours. I received a call mid morning the next day. The diagnosis was it failed a pressure test and had a blown head gasket. Quote was $7k+ to have a 100k mile junk yard engine put in it? (I called around and could get a 70k Engine in it for $5.5k but that's besides the point.) That evening I paid their diagnostic fee (wasted) and took it to another mechanic.The new place agreed with a pressure test fail but found it was a small hole in the radiator and had simply ran low on coolant. They replaced the radiator, refilled coolant, purged air, and I have been driving it flawlessly for a month. I needed $400 to save my car, they charged me $90 to tell me it needed a $7k junk yard engine? BUYER BEWARE, this should have been an easy one for them!

THANK YOU!!!We were in Jacksonville while traveling on a RV trip with our 2006 Jeep Wrangler which is our tow vehicle. Had some serious rattling going on and took it to RPM to get checked out. Nick got us in on the same day and helped us get a rental car (when there were NONE to be found in the area during spring break)... Super happy with the help... ended up being something we need to get fixed later, but they were very reasonable to get diagnosed... I so appreciate the help!!!!

I have brought two cars here exclusively for several years. Steve has always facilitated service. I feel comfortable and confident working with him. Don't mistake his confidence for being an untrustworthy or pushy salesman. He has many years in the automotive industry, is personable & professional and best of all, upfront and honest about the repairs you need without trying to upsell you. It is refreshing to walk in to RPM knowing I'll be taken care of without second guessing quality or charges.

Great customer service. I called and spoke with Justin, very nice guy, took notes of what was going with my vehicle and when I went in they took care of me right away. All the guys there are very professional and I would recommend this place, they treat you like family and take care of you, not just another customer.
