ordered some tires and was given a set price.. when they did it they said that was not what they said. plus was told i would get a 100$ rebate, but when i called back to get the info, they couldn t find it. have asked to talk to district manager,, but he has yet to return calls. i did receive a free oil change (which i will not use), but that didn t come close to the money i have lost. they blatantly lied to me and have a very bad attitude. would not recommend any one to them. i have given them a few days to get back with me to resolve this issue before i gave this review, but i haven t heard back.

Came here to get some work done on my Jeep, I genuinely don't really have any complaints about the work that was done. My only issue is the price, I went and had a look over at another mechanic after I already going ahead and paying almost 1K to get some work done. And they quoted me a lot less for what I had paid RPM for. I still ended up paying a lot less in general since God blessed me with the thought to double check with another respective Automotive Shop (Shout-out Auto Medics!) but here is okay if you like overpaying.

TRUST! It's so hard to find honest, hardworking folks these days that offer you that bang for your buck that we all are looking for. The people here know their business and don't farm their work out. It's a one stop shop. MILITARY DISCOUNTS! My truck and my husband's truck run like brand new and it was affordable!

I like to give as much detail as I can so future or current patrons can make the best decision for their needs. I made an appointment the day before I went in for a full synthetic oil change. Last time I went in April 2022 (checked my CC Transaction history) I paid just shy of $72. After over an hours wait, I paid just shy of $112 for the same service 1.5 years later. I was a bit surprised but will admit that I never asked what the price would be before hand because I didn't expect 55 percent price increase. Fortunately for me, I am still able to pay all my bills regardless so I am not one to demand a lower price or make a big deal. I was told when the "report" came in that they recommend that I Flush my brake fluid, get an alignment, I had an oil leak and they wanted to put some dye in to find the leak and my rear shocks needed replacement and my front 2 tires needed replaced and then asked if I wanted a quote. I let them know I wouldn't be doing anything today and they let me know that I can call back if I wanted the quote.I keep up on my car maintenance and thought it was odd that they said I had an oil leak. I never have a drop of oil under my car, my oil levels are always within spec (I do check) and there is no panel under my car that would hide an oil leak. I asked where the leak was they said near my transmission... I took a look and don't see any seepage or leak and if they took a photo I would believe them. The next day (Today) I went to Discount Tire because that is where I got my tires from and I am 45k into an 80k tire.... they told me that my tires were fine, they were worn evenly (no alignment needed) and I am skeptical that they actually rotated my tires because I am pretty religious to rotations and my back tires (less wear, I have a FWD vehicle) have a tad more tread than the front tires... When I went to get my car, the parking spot I left it backed into was still available but they decided to park it the literal farthest away from the shop they did not tell me where it was - after a brief look I went back inside to ask where my car was and they told me to ask the technician who was walking towards her lunch... Why wasn't it right out front where I can take it away? So I get in my car and it was left in gear (I drive a 5 spd and never leave it in gear - that is what the parking brake is for) and my drivers seat was mashed forward where it was difficult for me to get in the car.I checked under my hood when I was back home and noticed my coolant reservoir wasn't topped off nor my windshield washer fluid and for $112 that seems ridiculous. I can go to Take 5 up the street and they will top off my fluids and don't charge me near what RPM did...My feeling is that this place took me for a ride and I don't want them to take anyone else for a ride. If you go here, check other places before you commit and if you want an oil change I cannot recommend based off my last experience. (First experience was great but that technician doesn't work there anymore and it was 55 percent less money)Service: Oil change

Once the original owners sold RPM to PepBoys, the quality and customer service they used to be known for has been eliminated. The quality has been deteriorating our last two visits and I was hesitant to return but pushed on because of our history with the company. We ve been loyal customers for 20+ years and will never return after today s experience. We dropped my car off Wednesday evening so they could look at a misbehaving starter. I was told that it was first come, first serve, which is fine. They didn t even look at the car the entire day on Thursday. By 3:30 on Friday they still hadn t touched it and I was told we might get to it today and when I asked if they d be open Saturday the reply was yes, but we don t have any technicians working on Saturday. No communication, no apology, nothing. We picked up the car and watched 8 employees (including mechanics) standing around, talking and looking at their phones.

They are under new management and I had a horrible experience after years of good, quick service. I had been coming here for 6 years.1. They told me after they scheduled me an appointment that they are first come, first serve.2. Because of first come, first serve they kept my car for 3 days and rushed through the diagnostic, I need to go somewhere else now because it isn't fixed.3. They forgot my first responder discount and said because they already processed they payment, we are out of luck. On the phone he said, they'd offer a discount on a future service but wouldn't really make this situation right. It didn't seem like they were willing to try to do anything to help the customer.Avoid. If your time is important, if you need your vehicle assessed and repaired in a timely manner, if you used to come here and had great customer service and quality repairs, just save your frustration and disappointment and find somewhere else. I'm so bummed.

Terrible since Pep Boys bought them. Had 1 bad experience already and should have never went back. We did Last week we had a check engine light on. Spent over 2k in repairs. Left and light came back on. Brought it back the next day and they kept it 2 days with no communication. In the end they said they replaced a part but sales guy didn t know which one, though no charge. Day later, light back on. Never going back. Used RPM for years with previous owner. Always excellent service. Now, horrible. Disappointing for The dealer alternative .

I've had my Mom's vehicle serviced here several times and they always do great work. Service was outstanding, timely and quotes came in lower than the dealerships. Today we had the tires rotated. When my Mom got back in her vehicle, she saw a message on the dash stating "battery in key low". She went back in and Tommy and his team replaced the battery for her on the spot, no charge. Thank you for the continued great service Tommy!

I have taken my past vehicle here for service and was satisfied enough to return for brake service on my newer vehicle. This time I was beyond satisfied with my services. A huge thank you to Travis and Orlando for assisting in the whole process from start to finish. I will of course be returning in the future and always recommending this shop to anyone else in need!Service: Brakes

I was traveling and RPM was recommended by in Auto Parts Store. Bought my headlight from Auto Parts Store and asked RPM to install it. Justin helped within minutes of arrival, installed it and did not charge me. They were extremely busy and I was out of there on 5 minutes. Silviu Tisea and I would like to give another outstanding review to Justin and the RPM staff! Our 1st experience was 5 months ago with them putting tire sensors on our boat trailer. Excellent 1st experience. Came back few months later to take them off as we were selling our boat. They got us in quickly and again an awesome experience. Just this week we came back again for them to put the tire sensors on our new boat trailer. Got it done in less than an hour These guys are very knowledgeable & use care when handling your vehicle/trailer/etc! Highly recommended

I have been doing business with Justin for more than 15 years!!! Let that sink in on the trust meter!!Let s be honest, most people think car repair shops are like veterinarians....they want you to pay for a diagnosis, rack up repairs and expeensives and have you come back for more.... NOT under Justin s leadership and mechanical expertise....He is honest about what is necessary to be done to keep you safe and your car in great condition....he will make recommendations about concerns that if left too long could be a more expensive fix down the road, he will shop around for the best prices, he will go out of his way to provide the quickest service or will tell you to come in on a different day to get you in and out....Who is he thinking of....? The customer!!!RPM is the way to go providing you quality work, outstanding customer service that will beat any other and a clean, friendly atmosphere!!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I have been coming here for years. The reason is simple. These guys are helpful, honest, and treat me with respect and as a valued customer. Recently they replaced a battery under warranty. I had issues afterward with my key fobs. The guys were happy to have me come back and to work to remedy the situation at no charge. It's a reason I will keep coming back, and recommend them to anyone who asks. They are just awesome!

I brought in my 02 Buick Lesabre more affectionately known as "the car that drives its self" because of some idle issues. The staff was great. The mechanic was great. They even had to have one of their traveling specialist come in and take a look at it but, after time and through checking they determined the issue and fixed it. We have had the car back for a couple days now with no issues since. I would like to thank the guys at RPM for taking their time and not giving up like other mechanics I've used in the past have done to me. Because of this RPM has earn my future business.

RPM just gained a customer for life. I definitely recommend this shop. When I had a crank no start issues on my van they were able to find the issue and get me back on the road quickly. Before I brought my vehicle in I previously had it at the Jacksonville Chrysler Dealership the week before for the same issue. They wanted to replace my brand new spark plugs, because they could not start it and said that it needed to be done to continue with any disgnostics. I did not agree to that because we had them recently replaced so I brought my van to the guys at RPM. and they did their job above and beyond what the dealership was willing. Turned out to be a wire harness connector that was loose.... Thanks RPM. also Tommy was very tentative to fully listening to my issues and provided awesome customer service.

Just one of MANY issues from multiple locations...RPM is a joke and literally putting people's lives in danger from their incompetent mechanics.DO NOT TAKE your vehicles to any of their locations.
