My first time at Roy's, and I must say I was very pleased. They got me in and out very quickly. The employees were all very nice and helpful. If and when I need diesel work again, I know where I'm going!

These guys are the best in town, for all your fuel related issues. From trucks , semi's, even took our Kubota skid steer to them. Roy and his team can fix it.

I got 3 estimates before having my injectors replaced. Two were at home in Minnesota. Roy was by far the least expensive. He was able to get my truck in and work done on time, on budget. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend his shop and services.

Definitely he will be my mechanic now and forwards, I went to his office bc my truck doesn't start, explained what happen to my truck and he just share his experience and told me what I need to do to make run and he told me if don't start so just bring you truck to my shop, I did exactly what he told me and my truck is now back on the road, I'm real happy thank you Roy.I recommend to everyone who has diesel engines he has a lot knowledge and he is a great person.

Have known Roy for 30+ years. Most honest and hard working man in the industry. Very honest prices. Will always do the best work and stands behind his work 110%.

Excellent, shop with top notch service, I drop off international truck with turbo problems, on Tuesday and Thursday same week the truck was back on the road, I recommend, anytime

Was quoted $650 plus $200 for labor for r&r of injector pump final charge was almost $1200. Not very happy. Told Roy (the owner who does business with my employer regularly) what I needed and he still charged me a diagnostic fee, and when it wasn't right he asked me what I wanted him to do about it. I Never asked for a free-be because I understand he has a business to run and has to make some money to keep the doors open, but to gouge a loyal customers employee is uncalled for. Never go back there again. Wish Taylor diesel was still around.

When you spend 7k on a job, you expect to have minimal to no issues after the job. Brand new oil cooler installed that's clogged a week after the job, egr hose is now leaking from where they Jerry rigged it instead of REPLACING THE FIRST TIME. And on top of all that when they call to tell you the trucks ready the owner isn't even there... sorry service for me and now I'm stuck fixing what should have already been fixed.

LEFT OFF PARTS. Routed my injector harness under the filter housing and then tried to tell me that they had done 100 of them and that's the way they do it.I talked to experts that say other wise. Over all if ya get the right mechanic on your job all good. This one cost me 3 hours of my time to fix. Wonder if i can charge them 100$ an hour for that..Edit. Truck didn't make 500 miles and IPR screen clogged with engine gunk from valley. I keep my oil changed every 3000 miles (sometimes less)and it is still clean ,but has gunk particles in it from repair. And yes I changed it and filter.

Very heplful and knowledgeable when i ordered my parts. I was previously sold an incomplete kit from another dealer and these guys lead me in the right direction very professionally and got me what i needed the next day which mind you was less than 24 hours from the time i ordered it

Very happy with the 3306 cat injection pump rebuild. my driver of my dump truck said this truck hasn't run this good in 2 years highly recommend this business.

My experience at Roy's diesel was beyond my expectations. I took my turbo there for rebuilt which was my high pressure turbo when they checked it out.they called me and told me they're not going to do anything on the turbo until I check the other turbo when I went to check the other turbo .they were correct about the other turbo was my problem.they didn't had the kit to rebuilt it but at least they were honest and truthful with me. Not something you can find around easy now days. Thank you Mr, Roy.
