I did not have a good experience here. Im not one to to argue or threaten, but I did ask them for help in correcting an issue on my installation. Charged me $325 to install speakers and a subs (no seperate amp, nothing complex) I knew it was too much but wanted it done for the sake of time, should have been my first sign. They just did a messy install, cords disorganized, panels not put on the right way, spakers not positoned correctly, sub remote control under the back seat.... They grossly overcharged for what they did and declined to fix it without a cost. Wanted to charge me another $100 to remove it.Ended up taking it to another shop who laughed at their work and me for paying for it. So disgusted that they can keep install cost, Id just rather never go back. And I hope others see this and take heed.

We had a cheap car radio that we wanted installed in my husbands 2008 honda civic SI on 7/19/2023. A month later the car would need jump started EVERY MORNING. We took it back to rolling sound and they said it was the battery. So we exchanged the battery at Napa. The next day the same issue happens. After 6 months of exchaning out batteries (three total), we finally took it to Duval Honda on Cassat. (They are amazing) They have now spent 3 weeks taking a part the dash to find out that the "mechanic" at Rolling Sound HOT WIRED THE AMP to the factory harness to constanly pull power. THEY BRIDGED IT when it was NOT supposed to be bridged. The master mechainc at Honda with 30 plus year of experience said the fuse box was melted AND he said he was suprised the car had'nt caught on fire.The radio we bought was cheap, but instead of Rolling Sound calling us and telling us they cannot install it they decided to bypass that and put our lives in danger. We are out $2,300 fixing Rolling Sounds screw up.Never again will we recommed or use Rolling Sound.Helpful tip to Rolling Sound: HIRE ACTUAL MECHANICS

Terrible service. Got there at 9a.m. with an appointment that I booked 5 days prior. By 3p.m. they hadn't even open3d my car door. I was quoted 4 hrs and they had my car for 6 hrs and hadn't even opened the car door. Never going back, wouldn't recommend, not even a call letting me know that they haven't gotten to mine yet, if I didn't call them after 6 hours I wouldn't have known!!

Man they did the remote start on my Mercedes. The company sent me a faulty unit and they didnt charge me until the work was done. It took 3 hours but since it was faulty they only charged me for the hour it took once the new module came in. Definitely will be using them from now on! Thanks Issac!

Purchased a Pioneer head unit and a backup camera at Rollin Sound and had them install it. They handled everything, from my questions to the purchase to the installation, professionally and with ease. The unit looks beautiful in my dash, and it works great. The backup camera looks good, too! I would use them again.

Took my truck to get window tint and my door panel was left covered with water stains and my truck smelled like a marijuana factory. Have used this location for years but I will not continue to anymore.

Went in for tint about two weeks ago. Had to return twice for tint correction. Now, I have to pay someone else to correct both back windows. Tinting is not taken to the end of the windows, and clear signs of cutting with streaks after three trips (initial installation, back for correction, and then back again) still very visible streaks, and cutting too far away from windows edge. Totally disappointed. I would not recommend this location. Cassatt Ave

If I could give this place ZERO STARS!! I would I want there yesterday June 13th 2023 I went inside and ask the guy at the front desk if he could come out and see what was wrong with my speakers and wiring because it wasn t working. He came out and said the system needed to be completely rewired and then said my speakers were bad and I needed new one. My speakers are brand new and they re DS18. When we went back inside he started showing me new speakers and quoted me 140 per hour saying it be 280. 305 dollars after tax. When the technician came out the front desk guy told him that it needed new speakers and to be completely rewired. He asked me what speakers I had and I said DS18 and he said those are great speakers and then told me it just need to be rewired. When I got back to the car I tried to fix it and turns out it was just my Bluetooth that needed to be on and the system works fine. I thought as a women I can trust this place but I feel completely taken advantage. I would never go here again nor recommend anyone to go here.

I got my system did with them years ago and I had a minor problem with the fuse box. Called and Issac fixed the problem immediately. He was very nice and very helpful. A+ service. Definitely a customer for life. I would more than recommend.

Left a bad sound in my ear.(bad taste in the mouth) spent my hard earned money to leave there with an unbalanced system took my truck to them based on reviews and a person's recommendation. (which after i spent my money confessed to me he was not totally satisfied with his system). Their tech Jeremy set and wired the radio to his liking cant use radio in acc. position, second they broke lower dash panel then blames it on the fact that it was dried out when plainly you can see it was pulled on before removing the screws that hold it to the bottom (top clip i accept it broke, having experience in this it can happen very easily to anyone) but bottom unacceptable...to spend this type of money and not have a tuned system very unacceptable... after the installed and not tuned, they came back with we can "even out the sound by installing tweeters for only 80 dollars" thought that should of been part of the install at that point I was willing to pay to get satisfaction but was told not enough time today... this is a professional installation facility and they did not know about conversion wires that can connect XM Sirius unit to factory installed XM antenna, also wires hanging from headliner to sub-woofer wire connected and left to be seen not even a small attempt to conceal...Have other issues not mentioned but at this point I was quite aware no resolve was going to come of it because when i asked about these issues no attempt to resolve only justification on why it was so, so as a consumer (spending my money) i interpret this as we got your money, Next in line....Please. With that being said Mr. Rollin Sound this was phase one of my work and with three other phases of components I want to get installed I assure you it wont be Rollin Sounds performing this work. those looking for car audio installation etc. keep looking for someone that takes pride and can deliver what they say they can...

I see from brief history the previous staff was doing shoddy work and damaged the reputationthat was builtup over time. But as of January 2023 the current staff has turn it around.The shop is clean, staff friendly and has excellent choices in products. The pricing is fair.Brought 2 separate vehicles for after market radios, one had a internal failure of the unit and it was replaced with a smile.This type of service creates repeat and loyal customers.

I went there for them to take a look at my head unit to see if power was getting to it, should ve taken 30-45 minutes at the very most and they kept me waiting for over an 1 1/2 hour before I just decided to leave. Horrible experience.Another thing they tried on me was charging me $80 extra as a look at fee is what he called it. I m sure this is just because I am a young teenager who they thought they could rip off.Whoever goes here seriously be careful.

Have been using these guys for years to do all my automobile window tinting. They are top-notch and do quality work that we have never had an issue on the four vehicles we have sent to them. They just finished the fifth vehicle so looking forward to enjoying the benefit of the tinted windows for years to come. Highly recommended!

This has to be the worst car audio sales experience I ve ever encountered the technician who did my door speakers had to mess up some wiring because they gave me brand new speakers and in less than 2 months I was experiencing outage issues sound glitches in and out static etc . I went in to see if we could work something out with my problem they said I would have to buy another pair for atleast $200 plus because the ones they gave me may have been display speakers I spunt $800 dollars with these guys and haven t had any type of satisfaction this is the worst car audio place to shop at take it from me they liars and coke addicts

I haven t even done business with this place but after receiving such a horrible experience from sensational sounds audio, it was so pleasant to speak with someone who was willing to help me on the phone. I am happy to give them my business and send other people to them! Thank you so much. Customer service was amazing

Absolutely outstanding service I had tint done on my brand new Jeep Gladiator. Looks amazing I would recommend them to everyone. Their stereo side is incredible all about making the customer happy and satisfied.

I called and got a quote of $250 to tint my wife's car but yet when she called it was $200. There is a serious issue in their pricing.

Have a 2005 sequoia with jbl system. Front speakers were shot.They knew exactly what to do for my vehicle. I chose to replace all speakers. Wasn't tried to be talked into it, was my personal choice. Excellent price, car was ready ahead of schedule. Better sound than I originally had. Totally pleased !!!

Walked in new what speakers I wanted and the guy told me no and tried to get me to buy these entryGrade speakers, told me there pioneer has good sound, asvised my door speaker had an amp on them and didn't want the cheaper one due to sound quality at high volume I've had pioneer before and yes they do make good speakers and then entry grade 4 Factory. ended up ordering type r alpines online and installed them myself

A couple of weeks ago I took my 2004 Mercedes, Ginger, to Rolling Sound to install an aftermarket radio. It's not an easy job due to the proprietary wiring of Mercedes-Benz. I was actually told by an installer a few blocks away that I could only get another Mercedes unit to replace the OEM unit I had. But after a lot of research, searching and comparisons, I finally found a compatible unit I liked. I bought it and all of the necessary parts. There was a little confusion due to the manufacturers website but they eventually verified the steering wheel controller I bought would work.Bottom line, Rolling Sound installed the unit, they installed the microphone and the steering wheel controller, everything works, it looks nice, they put my car back together, they charged me exactly what was quoted and I am very happy with their work. You don't always get what you expect or pay for, so I felt this review was the least I could do to show my appreciation.I highly recommend them.

Well the man sold me a radio based off the phone that I had he said that radio that he had it's the only one that would work with my cell phone so after they spent all day installing the radio $1,200 later would have been $1800 if I would use my debit card. I had to go back in because my phone will not link up to my radio and they did not hook up my microphone so I could be able to talk on the phone if someone were to call and also after two days the camera they had installed quit working. they told me that I have a cheap phone that I have to get another phone I just so happen to have the one phone that won't connect to my radio when in fact the man had my cell phone in his hand so he knew exactly what he was selling me and I still can't use my radio unless I go buy me a new phone.
