Good deal... great service... put it like this... the wife said we coming back for the durango.... 2 days later and im changing from 5 to 3 stars... so I got on the road and tire sensors are bugging out... called and was told to give it 30-50 miles... will update later if there is a change

First time visiting here today! I definitely needed a new set of wheels for my ride. Addison took great care of me. He schooled me on sizing, offsets and I got a good deal on what I needed for my budget. I will return & I highly recommend!

***RIMTYME DESTROYED MY CAR***On Monday April 23rd 2018 I visited RimTyme Jacksonville, FL.After selecting a pair of brand new set of tires and rims for my 2013 Mercedes CLS550 I was charged $1926.00 for the rims, tires and full install. The install took about an hour, and after they finished they brought the car around the front of the store to show me the finished job. Everything looks good.I reverse out of their parking lot, and the front driver s side tire immediately starts rubbing on the wheel well. I thought it was just a fluke, so figured I d drive around the block and see if the tire rubbed anymore and they rubbed like CRAZY! So I returned to RimTyme, pointed out the problem and they sent the car back to the garage.30 mins later, the car comes back. Everything appears fine, so I pull out of the parking lot again and start driving home (roughly a 5 mile drive). I noticed on the drive that the front tires were making a lot of noise, so after I get home I immediately call a local tire shop to get a full alignment scheduled for the next morning (thinking that the wheels just needed aligning).The only other drive I made that day was another 5 miles to pick-up my 6 month old daughter from daycare but I noticed the front wheels were making a progressively louder knocking sound, getting louder with each mile.The next day, I leave my house for my 9am alignment appointment at a garage right across the street from RimTyme. After about a mile, I noticed the knocking has now turned into a banging. As I go another mile, the banging has gotten so loud that I pull the car over and check the front wheels to make sure all the nuts are tight. Everything looks fine and I figured I only had about another 2 miles to go before I was at the garage. I continued on St. Johns Bluff Rd for another 30 feet at around 25mph, and there s a huge bang (basically a small explosion) from the front driver s side wheel as it completely sheers off the car, hitting the wheel arch completely bending the metal back on itself and the car skids to a halt, narrowly avoiding oncoming traffic.Luckily no-one was injured and I was driving slowly. Less than 24 hours prior I had my 6 month old daughter in the car, if I had been driving much faster I m 100% sure the accident would have resulted in serious injury or worse.After the car was towed to the nearest Collision Center, it was assessed that the damage caused by RimTyme was so major that the vehicle had to be totaled for scrap, leaving me without a car.To this day, RimTyme have still failed to fully compensate me for the damages to my car.For anyone reading this, think VERY CAREFULLY about the rim/tire company you choose, and avoid RimTyme at all costs! They re an unethical company with obviously poorly trained personnel. From my experience in dealing with them, their focus seems to be getting the deal done as quickly and as cheaply as possible with no regard for the safety of their customers.

Went in and got new rims and tires installed same day. Worked with me on the down and took care of me to the best fi their ability even though I came to the end of the day. I should have came here first for new tires and next time I need anything I will

Hey check out these guys bought 22 rims 6 months ago came back for balance rotation they took care of me got me in and out and still took care of me after finding nails in my tires plug me right up. Go check them out good customer service and quick service.

Stopped by on a road trip because I got a tire pressure warning. Originally stopped by the dealership down the street and they gave me a 4 hour wait time. So glad I stopped by here because I was in and out within 20 minutes. Not sure if it was the owner, but he and everyone was friendly and helped me get back on the road very quickly! Super recommend!

Logan and his team were great. They got me in and out, application and install completed in under two hours. Loving how my ride looks with the new rims...amazing!Updated 3/4/19: I am changing my rating. These ratings may be misleading due to the fact that when you first sign up, they ask for you to go online and give them a five star rating before you drive off the lot. I will not ever be coerced like that again before I have a chance to really get a feel for the customer service. I must say my experience here changed drastically in a very short amount of time. Logan, who I originally met and began my services through no longer works for them. So, I see that there may be a high turnover issue with the staff, and I can see why. Without writing a book for the story that played out not too long after, I had to come back and update this review. This is just my personal experience. I work as a Registered Nurse, and customer care and service is what I do for a living. I understand that everyone is not able to be satisfied, but when you have a customer that has had an unforeseeable impacting situation, in my case an accident. You don't handle their needs as if they are not of a concern and then not prepare them appropriately for safety on the road. I am going to take my business elsewhere and hopefully somewhere where the staff are better trained in customer service and retention. I will not be recommending this particular location, I cannot speak on the over all franchise of this company as that would be a very unfair and biased review.

They are not just about rims. Had a wonderful experience today purchasing tires. I've never had all levels of service at a company be so consistent and professional. I went because of Cornelius, he was great over the phone. Once I arrived, he, Logan and Alex made sure I had the best tires for my truck. From associate to store manager to district manager it was the best choice over all others in the area. Oh, and the price was right! Thanks guys!!! Dee

I visited this location on Thursday 11/30/17 and Friday 12/1/17. On Thursday the Manager, Logan, showed me a nice wheel and tire set that I really liked and told me that it would fit my vehicle. On Friday I returned to purchase the set and on the way to the register Logan realized that they would not fit my vehicle. He then tried to sell me wheels and tires that I did not like. The staff is untrained. Logan is very nice and personable but his product knowledge leaves a lot to be desired. During our interaction we were interrupted several times by the staff to ask questions and by other customers. Logan simply does not have the time to assist one customer at a time. The also sale used and damaged tires and wheels at the new retail price. Buyer Beware.

The staff, knowledge and overall quaility of the products was great. My salesman helped me pick out the perfect set of rims and tires for my car. The process was really easy and they even stayed after closing to ensure my my installation was perfect. All around a great experience.

These guys are great. Super friendly and accommodating. While other tire shops treated me like a number, these guys stepped up and did a fantastic job. I showed up with loose wheels and had the tires flipped on them within an hour. I'll be back for sure, with friends.

Logan and Carl were very professional and easy to deal with. The process was super easy. I got a great deal and my truck looks better than i imagined.. The guys in the garage were very careful installing the new wheels and tires and were equally careful handling the exterior of my truck. And last but not least, they are pro Auburn Tigers! WAR EAGLE!

I ll never go to another rim store now that I ve been to RimTyme on Atlantic! Logan and Carl both helped us out today by helping us figure out what to get and answering any questions that we had. Really nice guys and they know their rims and tires! The process was fast and easy and with that and the excellent customer service taken into consideration, we will definitely be back! Thanks guys!!

Great experience! I was really happy with the way I was treated at RimTyme. The staff helped me find new tires and alloy wheels for my ZR2 Blazer. I had spent 3 weeks on the internet with very little success at finding a wheel/tire combination that I was sure would be compatible with my ZR2. Logan, the store manager, took me under his wing and he spent a lot of time researching suppliers and found what I needed. I highly recommend to let them give you the outstanding service I received.
