GREAT GREAT PLACE to go purchase a bike! Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable! Even before I hit the door, KG was helping me get everything in place for me. Salesman Ricky in conjunction with KG were the absolute best there! They constantly kept in contact with me reassuring me that they were taking care of me. I appreciate all they did and help reassure me that I was at the right place for my first bike purchase! Thank you fellas and thank you RideNow!

What a wonderful experience with the professional and friendly staff at this particular location. I brought my bike in to have the rear tire replaced and they took care of me right away with a fair price and friendly service. I was also treated to a freestyle show from their first annual FMX.

I wanted a anniversary edition ZX-14. They had only one and did everything they could to get it to the dealer and set up for me to take home. Overall the experience was perfect! The knowledge and understanding of ever employee I interacted with was respectful and helpful!

Purchased my Kawi here, very easy experience but what really made me want to leave this review is my kids dirtbike tire. We had taken to cycle gear (beach blvd) and had nothing but issues the past 3 times we have tried to use them for tire install on his track bike. one tire popped as soon as we got it home and this last time, they couldn t bead the tire. They had it for over a week. Ride Now Blanding fixed it same day, with a perfect tire, beaded and sat perfect on rim! Thanks Ride Now Blanding for being Awesome and knowing your stuff! We will be back!!!

Personal were warm and welcoming at all interactions and sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend stopping buy and checking out their inventory if you are looking for any power sport needs.

I m terrible with names so I m not going to pretend to remember but the manager and salesman I worked with on my purchase were great. I ve spent entire days in dealerships trying to buy a bike but this time I was out in maybe an hour and a half. They worked with my requests for pricing and had everything done so quick I couldn t believe it.

If your in the market for a new or use bike I would definitely check these guys out. They have a huge selection to choose from and the pricing makes it so you have equity in your ride when you pull out the driveway. I have never had any dealership of any kind make it as easy as it was to get a ride.They worked with me on the down payment to get it where I needed it and they payments didn't go up because of it.The staff there was super nice.They didn't try and sell me something I didn't want just to put more in there pocket. In fact Dino went out his way to make sure I got the ride I wanted. It was a fun experience that was in and out. I will definitely be sending anyone that wants a bike to these guys right here. I will be buy more my self. Hands down the best place to buy your bike from.

Phenomenal experience every time I walk into the store. Andrew and Aiden both were incredible today for the entire family. We ve bought several motorcycles from here and today we bought 4 helmets. Highly recommend and will continue to drive an hour just for experience alone.

Great selection. Was looking for a specific Honda sxs. They had one and it was everything we wanted in one for a fair price. Sales team was great and listened to us. Would recommend if you were in the market for a Utv, atv or any recreational vehicle. Guys are top notch!

I have had the privilege of working with Simon, Brynson, and Randall. They worked hard to get the pricing where we needed it to be to close the deal. They listened to our request and were able to effectively execute them. I have also brought my children in several times, and each time, they have been polite and a great host to them. They provided excellent service both on the sales side and the service side. I would recommend Ridenow of Jacksonville 10 out of 10.

Went to RideNow to purchase parts for my son's Twin Yamaha boat motors and had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew Doppel. Keep in mind I know absolutely nothing about buying parts for boat motors. I gave this young man my son's shopping list (was my son's birthday present, so now you understand how important this is to a mother), make, model and year along with VIN numbers of the motors. He assured me with the information provided I was in good hands. Well young man you knocked it out of the park... home run. Awesome job All parts ordered and were picked up and it was just as I was told. Nocomplaints here will definitely return to purchase all parts needed from Andrew along with any accessories. Oh yes, the best part is he made my son extremely happy.

Great place to get your first bike. When i was walking around just looking i had multiple employees ask if i needed help or hd any questions. When i decided to get a bike david was great he ordered the bike i wanted for me explained the process and even helped with sizing a helmet for me. Great place highly recommend

I wanna throw out a huge thank you to Aiden in the parts department. A younger guy that knows his stuff and was super helpful! I needed sport bike tires, after a conversation on what and how I ride, we came up with a great set. It was nice to talk to someone selling the products that UNDERSTANDS what he's selling! Super easy to get along with. I've been to this shop many times, great prices on bikes and accessories! The Z900RS on the showroom floor is calling my name !!! Great place, shop here with confidence!

Sean and Si really took care of me. Guy a great price otd on a brand new 2023 Kawi 450. Sean also helped me secure a really goos intrest rate better than I had all on his own. Many dont do this and this shows that they were looking out for me instead of taking advantage. These guys really want you to walk out wirh your dream bike atv sxs jetskii whatever it is. After moto xing all day I want to say I am very happy with my purchase and will come back for more. Thank you!

We live in Georgia.I researched most all the dealers in Georgia to find the best deal and exactly what I wanted.( a KLR 650 Adventure)Most were either sold out or would not come to terms on a purchase price.My wife and I Drove from Georgia to Ridenow Jacksonville to get the best deal around.Everyone including Randy ( this guy knows his stuff !) were very easy to deal with and very helpful.If you are looking to get the best deal around and knowledgeable salespeople this is the place to go !

Editing my previous review of RideNow Jax. The general manager reached out and all of my concerns were addressed. My salesman here was great and the GM actually cares and takes the time to correct any issues you might have. Can t really ask for more from a business. That s pretty top notch in my opinion.

We were a little late and arrived with only 30 mins to closing.Tyler was more than willing to help us find my wife some riding gear and was able to get a great deal.Was great to work with and didn't try to force sell us more than we needed.Would highly recommend seeing Tyler for any power sport needs!

Absolutely. Horrible.You are greeted warmly, but that's where it stops.We explained we wanted and had our eyes on two used 4 wheelers for our family. My wife mentioned that our 12 year old was bigger and what size should we get for him to ride, when he is older so we don't have to purchase another one down the road.All they heard was 12 years old, and refused to sale or do business with us. At first stating Florida law, then when pointed out that it is, in fact, not Florida law, changed their response to it was corporate policy.The salesman agreed to talk to his boss again and call us back. 2+ hours later, we still had not received a call back. My wife called and was directed to another salesman (George), who stated he could only sell us one 4 wheeler, as they interpreted the 2nd four wheeler would be for our 12 year old. We again explained they were to be family 4 wheelers and that our 12 year old would not be operating one.After all this, we still tried to work out a deal on one four wheeler,only for George to never call us back.The prices seen are not the the final prices, and they try to upsell everything.Stay far away.

This place is overpriced and charges $3600 in fees on top of the cost of the bike. The finance guy was extremely rude and passive aggressive and talked down to me and tried to insult me when I asked him to match the price was quoted over the phone. I almost walked out but my salesman went and got the finance manager to make the deal go through for the price I was quoted on the phone. All that and I paid in cash so there was no need to try to hustle me. This was the worst buying experience I have ever had and I will never go back to this dealership again and I recommend that you go to the ride now on Beach blvd where they are nice and civil.

I highly recommend RideNow! We bought our boat from them back in 2019 and have had it serviced with them ever since. Amazing customer service, great communication, and very helpful.We had been waiting on a replacement part that had been on backorder for months, our service writer Josh kept us updated on the status every couple weeks. Once the part came in he scheduled our appointment & had their dealership come pick up the boat from our home and they dropped it back off after the service. The driver Rus was absolutely amazing, he kept us updated throughout the drop off and pick up and took great care of our boat!It's always a pleasure dealing with RideNow.

After 2 trips to Jacksonville location, I was greeted by salesman David Stevens and manager Bruce who worked with me to find a deal that worked for my budget.I really enjoyed my experience with this wonderful group of people.I would definitely recommend others to visit the Jacksonville store and can't thank them enough for making my pre retirement gift a dream come true.

Purchased the boat the first week of May and the boat mats were lost by mistake. Bob and Robby took personal ownership of the error and even though it took some time, I m happy to report the new mats were installed today. Thanks guys!

Chris, Robby and Zack helped out a lot in my first powersport purchase. Ride now staff was very attentive to my needs and wants. My sales person Jelly never once tired to up sale me from what I wanted even though it wasn't the biggest faster ride in the building. He actually noticed the bike I went in for wasn't a good fit and mentioned other options for me to try out. Jelly showed me the Honda ADV160 never thought I would buy a scooter but that thing is badass. I went in with a very small budget that I could work with and after a little bit of time and a phone call the next day the team got me to where I could get the scooter. The three guys all waited past close down for me to get there 1/15/23 since I was running late at my job. I will always buy from Ride now JAX.

Staff was friendly and professional but there were a couple negatives. The prices on their bikes aren't accurate considering all the fees. I understand that taxes and title fees are unavoidable and that there's always add-ons you can get but things like the assembly and freight should be added in the sticker price. My $1600 motorcycle ended up costing $3000 after everything
