I was recommended by a neighbor and I think I found a new family mechanic. Very friendly, upfront, hardworking mechanics that just happen to know a little bit about customer service. You just can t beat the prices, turnaround time workmanship at this local customer.Keep up the good work guys!

I received this shop as a referral. I was told the work they do is excellent but most important honest and knowledgeable. SPOT ON. There were a multitude of challenges with my niece's vehicle and they could've made a pretty penny. Instead, they diagnosed the challenges and looked to see if there were recalls! Some of the items diagnosed were recalls. They charged a nominal fee for their diagnosis but could've certainly charged more. We did have the vehicle fixed at the dealership for free but we will return back for other repairs, oil change, etc...anything to show our appreciation for the honesty they extended. Reggie and John are gentlemen.

I took my friend to this location to pay for her vehicle repair. She was estatic because her vehicle was going to be finished earlier than anticipated. The repairs cost less than she anticipated. My mother had received the same service when her vehicle was serviced here. Excellent customer service at this location for over 20 years.

I almost never review places, but I found this place on via google when I moved to the neighborhood, and figured pay it forward with the reviews. Place is really great, got my car in fast and had all the work done by the following day. Had the parts to show me what all was wrong, and how the noise I was hearing happened, and he did so without making me feel like an idiot, which I appreciated. The price was very fair, and he updated me anytime anything changed. I will definitely be going back anytime my car makes a noise I can t ignore with very loud music, or even if I need basic preventative maintenance in the futureAll in all, check this place out.

Reggie's Auto Repair provides fast, friendly and accommodating service at fair and reasonable prices. I had occasion to contact Reggie's after receiving an astronomically high quote from a notable repair shop. Many thanks to Reggie and his staff for getting me up and running without putting me into the poor house!

Great place! I received an excellent quote on repairs of my vehicle as well as advice for some other things I may want done. I was not pressured to do anything.. No "if you don't fix today you'll kill your engine/ damage your car further" type of conversation. I was just told what was wrong, cost of repair and time it takes to fix. #ShortSweetStr8ToThePoint... Love It

These guys are outstanding. Reggie ,John and the other guys took my truck in fixed me up in a very timely manner. Didn't rake me over the coals. Very reasonable prices. Thanks guys. Got me a real mechanic. Highly recommend REGGIES

When our family van broke down, every other shop within a mile radius wouldn't find the time to squeeze me in to see what's wrong! I towed my van over to Reggie's and my fuel pump was replaced that same morning. And it didn't cost me a whole months rent!

It's so hard to find a good mechanic... One you can trust... So when you do you have to brag about them!!! Reggie has worked on my families vehicles since we moved here four years ago... Best WORK best SERVICE and Best PRICES!! You can't find better here in JAX!!
