Regrettably paid $450 to have a 2017 Kia Soul detailed inside & out (carpets & seats shampooed as well). Requested seats to be removed to shampoo carpets underneath. Doesn t appear to have happened. Unfortunately, I didn t get anything in writing for scope of work. Took him for his word being prior military like myself. Windshield nor rear view mirror was cleaned. All door jams were filthy. I ll admit, the car was filthy with pet hair & dead roaches. Car was basically abandoned by a family member. That s precisely why I was willing to pay $450 to have it detailed & made decent again. The photos attached is the space between the center console & front seat and of the glove compartment. I read all the fantastic reviews. Not sure what happened today? Unfortunately, my wife and I didn t get that 5 star experience we thought we paid for.

Desmond did an awesome job ceramic coating my new Ram 1500. I opted for the upgraded Kenzo graphene coating. That stuff is next-level! I'll definitely be sending more business to Desmond. Great first time experience here! I was able to book an in-person (instead of mobile) appointment online. I booked it on a Friday for that Sunday. Dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up later that day. I got an interior/exterior package. My car looks amazing, specifically my carpets. Stains that had been there for years were gone. I had brought my car there due to a smell in the trunk that i couldn t place. Not only is the smell gone (and not just covered with deodorizer), but the car looks amazing. Far exceeded my expectations!

I have had these guys come wash and detail both of my vehicles for over a year now and they do consistent high quality work! I highly recommend them to anyone! In fact they also work on my neighbors cars because of the honest high quality work they provide at a great price. I'll start with the fact that they were on-time; this is a personal pet peeve of mine and it goes a long way that they showed up at the scheduled time.As for the service, all I can say is awesome job. My truck looks amazing, both inside and out. And thanks for the tips/tricks when I asked questions for parts that were outside of the scope of the service requested.

Easy to book, easy to pay, and did an excellent job. My SUV which was trashed by my kids and now looks brand new. I'm very happy.I also missed a call when they arrived because I was dealing with my baby and they came all the way back when I realized I missed the call 10 min later. Thank you!

We were scheduled for a detail at 2:30, we were never contacted about them running behind, we had to reach out to find out the delay. The excuse was another detail took longer than expected . At 4PM we were told someone would be on their way in one hour. No thanks, needless to say we cancelled and will NOT reschedule. So unprofessional and inconsiderate of other peoples time.

Was worried I would have to wet sand my paint to get debris offGentlemen came by and used a clay bar on entire truck and was able to get everything up and went ahead and washed it for me at a very reasonable priceSuper happy with work and would highly recommend if you are looking for somebody to do the work

I purchased a complete detail with pet hair removal and I'm thrilled with the results. I had chocolate melted into my car upholstery in 2 places and other stains and everything is now spotless

The rooftop on my Convertible Camaro is tan, it had gotten black streaks all over it. These guys detailed my car inside & out. Now my baby looks brand new again !!! Will definitely return.

So happy to have found this place, Veteran & owner Desmund & the young gentleman who did my car were just great! I've honestly never got my car detailed before because it stayed relatively clean & felt I did it fine myself but boy was I wrong! They made it look nearly new inside & for the best price I could find & add to that they were able to get me in 30 mins after calling them! Happy I found this place, just wish I had found them sooner.

Desmond and his crew were wonderful! They squeezed me and my neighbor in with short notice, did a bang up job really quickly. I have a convertible that spends most of the time outside and they made my rag-top look amazing! They were losing light by the end, so came back the next day just to make sure everything looked good in better light. My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Can t find a bad word to say. Showed up on time and my car has 90,000 miles but looks like it s on the showroom floor which says a lot because I go off road and often transport my 3 Rottweilers. Worst business transaction I ve ever had, dropped my truck Saturday morning paid him in full with confidence the job would get doneFull exterior wash, and paint correction and polish then ceramic coat and my wheels polished, got my truck back Sunday after it was polished ceramic still not done. The entire truck is scratched tailgate to front bumper I don t know how it could even possibly be this bad it literally looks like they washed it with sandpaper.Services: Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Auto detailing, Paint repair

There isn't enough stars to rate Red Top Detailing, Mr. Desmond was very Professional and on time!!His workmanship was TOP OF THE LINE!!!He very well exceeded my expectations. My vehicle needed a deep cleaning and shampoo, like some others that ONLY masked the stinch of 4 years and pet odor he completely removed it with special Ozone treatment as well as cleaning interior as if a car dealership was selling it.
