I went there looking to purchase the sake people were not that helpful they didn't move from the price the way the othere dealerships would. Steve would not return calls but I found a vehicle elsewhere. Looking to purchase another vehicle in February but wont attempt to go there

What started out today at 10AM this morning as a great experience turned into a very upsetting and unprofessional service. We bought our Cadillac here in 2015 and take it in for a yearly maintenance always great service and quality work. Today I got scammed. by a very dishonest service provider. I was told I need tires and a battery so I said OK. Almost 4 hours later finally got my vehicle paid the bill of over $1200.00. I asked the cashier if everything was correct on the bill and she said yes and if I wanted specifics to ask Paul, so I did. Paul looks at the bill I already paid in full and said I owe another $89.00 for the tire alignment but he had told me when I decided to buy the tires from them the alignment was free as I mentioned to him I usually buy tires from Discount Tire and it includes a free alignment. He continued to argue with me I guess because I was a woman he thought he could get away with it and maybe he lied . I asked for the Service Manager but I was told he was too busy to talk with me. I asked for the General Manager but he was also too busy to talk with me, again I guess because I was a woman they think they can disrespect you. I waited for almost 30 minutes and finally a rude man who could care less came out and said we always charge for wheel alignment on new tires, then he threatened me and told me to go as I guess he did not want other customers to hear what they did to me. Warning do not buy tires from this Cadillac Dealer as they are no longer the honest and professional family business they used to be and now I wish we never bought our new car from them. They do not value their loyal long time customers and they are very disrespectful to women. Corky used to be a service provider there and he was great always very professional and courteous. Now not only did they try to scam me and disrespect me as a woman they are disrespectful to senior citizens as I am almost 80 years old. The service representative, John Barrett, was/is professional and knowledgeable.The service provided was excellent as well. I have no problem with the Claude Nolan dealership.

Steve Smith and Renee were an excellent combo sales team. Found us just the right vehicle (XT6) and the perfect color. I would highly recommend them both.

So far so good. Corky is a good service writter. Everything he has told me as it pertains to my Cadillac has been on point. I'm a motorcycle mechanic, so I do my own research as far a problems with my vehicles go.I, like so many have experienced poor service. Well not here!! I would recommend Claude Nolan Cadillac service department to any who ask.

Absolutely amazing experience with Steve! From the moment i emailed him about the car, he was already contacting me, answering all my questions, & getting my information in order to get started on getting me a new car. I was about 2 hours from the dealer & thought doing everything over the phone would be a hassle, but Steve made the experience smooth and easy! He was always available by phone/email/text to answer even the smallest questions. 10/10 would by from Steve again.

Long overdue! I decided to take my car to Claude Nolan Cadillac several months ago, after being in a car accident! I received excellent service from each person that assisted me. After seeing my car after the repairs I was (All Smiles) with the high quality service I received! I would surely recommend you take your car here for the best services! I scheduled an oil change/tire rotation with someone that represents the dealer on the phone Wed Nov 10th. This was my first oil changed and was told the oil change/rotation was free. My Cadillac did not even have 6k miles and the oil indicator told me it was time to do the change. My purchase anniversary was Nov 1th. I was told that the first oil change went away if not used by the first year with Cadillac and was quoted about $120 for the change after my car has already been taken back to be serviced. When setting the appointment I was told I needed to be there by 2:30 and my car sat there for almost 30 min before it was taken back. I drove away at about 4:15pm. The service advisor I was assigned was not ever there. Not professional.I was told that a good will of $100 would be applied to my bill after I questioned the oil changed not being covered being only 2 days past my anniversary. I was told if I had purchased the car there it would have been covered. I gave Claude Nolan a chance and the the person I dealt with treated me very poorly so I purchased the car from Fields.The waiting room is like a dungeon and the only other option was to sit on hard composite benches in the service drop off area. This is not up to par with what you expect from a Cadillac dealer.Cadillac continues to underwhelm me with their customer service. I see now that I made a good decision not buying a car from this dealer. I would tell anyone to use Fields, it is worth the drive.Cadillac and Claud Nolan need to understand this would have never happened at a Lexus, BMW, or Audi dealership. My second car is a Mazda and Tom Bush would never treat a customer like this.Service: Oil change

Took our 2011 SRX in for what we thought would be a reasonable service (Freon). Was contacted by tech stating what needed to be done was a $500 job. Approved the job and requested the replaced part be retuned to us and they did. My husband picked the car up some 2 hours after repair was complete and when I got in it the next day I noticed the service department did not provide what should be a complimentary service. Tell me where is your customer service in excellence and satisfaction. Someone from their service team called 4 days post service for a followup and when asked why did they not wash or vacuum they replied did you ask to have it done?......really! When I take my Lexus in for even recall services they never fail to detail my car BEFORE returning it back to me. Claude Nolan maybe you should try adopting that model or is it only select customers you offer expected services for?Thank you,Disappointed Customer

I have had service on my many Cadillac's at this dealership for over 25 years. I regretfully say it has went down hill for the last year or two. The new service people in the booths seam to be unhappy were they work. This reflects upon me when I go in for service. I am looking to just be treated decent and appreciated, my pointing it out has been futile with dead stares or bad attitude. I hope the upper management can spend time and help to create happy employees which will restore happy clients. I will not be servicing my vehicles here much longer if this does not happen real soon.

I would like to take this opportunity thank the Service Department of Claude Nolan Cadillac in Jacksonville Florida for a very pleasurable experience. This is absolutely a very class act dealership. Special kudos to our service writer Michelle Ewest. She stayed on top of our service procedure and kept us informed about the progress. The service department also discovered what could have developed into a major safety issue. I have no problem driving 120 miles for service of this caliber. I've had my ATS in the Service Department a few times and each time the experience has been nothing but exceptional. If you are looking for a great place to take your car for service, I highly recommend Claude Nolan Cadillac!
