I've been a patronized this establishment sine I moved to the area in 1999. Work performed is always reasonably priced, work is always completed timely, and the guys are friendly. I've never had an issue with any work completed here. I highly recommend Rainbow Muffler on Cassat Ave.

Tried to get some work done, but the lack of experience that I found in 2 employees, made me change my mind. Not to mention how they like to argue with you about something they are 100% wrong about. They use to be a great place but not anymore. Think twice about using this location !!

Great customer service. Brought my wife s 2021 outlander in for exhaust leak / o2 sensor. They did great job . Thanks guys

Got me in quick when everyone else was closed. Decent work. Part of exhaust was welded to where its permanent fixed unless i cut it and have re welded but exhaust is in place and holding. Glad i could get it done. Will return here for exhaust work when need be.

Went there just to check why my car was rattling which sounded like it came from the exhaust. They got o right on it and put it on the rack and it was a simple fix. Showed me the issue and Just cut it off because it wasn t needed and did it for free!Friendly and great customer service! I will be returning for another service needed.Service: Exhaust

Kia of Orange Park wanted $4k... FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS to replace my catalytic converter on a 2015 Kia Soul. Rainbow did it for CONSIDERABLY LESS. And quickly. I will return for anything else that inevitably goes wrong with this car. Also, DON'T BUY A KIA.

Excellent customer service. Scott and everyone there were wonderful. Great prices, stoked with results on fixing my exhaust system that came apart. Even helped with another issue. Greeted me promptly and respectfully, as well as everyone else that came in while I was waiting.

They did a very nice job on the exaust work on my 98 ss camaro scott and his crew really know their stuff they are very professional and careful with your ride i would highly recomend them to anyone and as for myself i will be back soon with my other cars

I had a hanging piece of plastic undercarriage that I needed to have removed or put back in place.On a Saturday morning, Mark and Kenny got me in and out in 15 min. Kenny put my vehicle on a lift, found the issue, showed me the part, snapped it into place and then off I went.NICEST men to take a walk in on a Saturday at 8:30 am. I asked them what other services they provided and now I have a neighborhood business that I feel confident in.Service: Body & Trim

Had work done on my vehicle, had an issue and returned the vehicle to be looked at. I dealt with the manager and was in communication with him. Called the next day and got no response. I went to the location to see what was going on and was greeted by the most rude and disrespectful person I think I have ever encountered in my life. It was the owner of the business - never gave his name. I asked if I could get an update on my vehicle as I did not get a phone message from anyone. The owner told me not to come in there with an attitude (I didn't have one, I just wanted the status on my car). I tried to explain that I was dealing with the manager and was waiting for a call and just needed to know what was going on.....the manager said some bolts were loose and he was not going to charge me even though I did not have a receipt. I was able to see when I was charged in December and asked if they could look up the transaction and they said they were unable to? What company does not keep receipts?? I was trying to explain my communication with the manager and as soon as I took out my phone to show him - The manager said he was going to charge me $179 due to my attitude and because I did not have my receipt. I had to apologize to the jerk for nothing and took my keys and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on the owner and his attitude. No one deserves his condescending attitude and rudeness. Seemed upset to have to be there working while his manager was out. I have no problem with the manager - just wish he would have been forthcoming about not being in the office while I was trying to communicate and get a response on what was happening with my vehicle.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Although it was a bit more expensive than the rainbow muffler I remember of years past, they did quality work. My car has been missing some of the exhaust since I bought it and they filled in the blanks for me and dang not only does it sound amazing now but it looks great too. My gt sounds like a beast now, thanks rainbow!

I had a VBand clamp replaced to fix an exhaust leak on the hotside of my turbo that another shop would not take responsibility for. Honest, down to earth mechanics & I really appreciate their service. I was in & out within a hour.

After replacing the worn out Catalytics on my wife's SUV. We decided to go further and upgrade the exhaust. They helped us choose the best package for the job that provided the perfect sound. Turned out better than we could ever imagine. Mine is going up there next. Will recommend to anyone from here on out. Got a muffler job done on my sons truck for his Birthday, my son was able to tell them exactly what sound he was looking for in his exhaust system and they immediately knew exactly what he wanted.Quality, Professional Service!As a woman it is hard to find trustworthy places to get repairs or work done to your vehicles. They were very straight forward & informative. I will return again and advise other women to go and experience the same treatment I did!Thank you for doing such a great job for us! Kudos!

They were able to work there Magic and cut out my Lug Nut stuck in my Rotor. Took about 30 minutes and I was out the Door. They even stayed a little late to make sure things were correct and my Rim took minimum to No Damage from the Torch Heat. Workmanship Recommend for anyones next Weld and Automotive Repairs. Cheers

I had come in the day before I was supposed to go to a new duty station and needed them to replace my catatlytic converters so I could make the trip safely. They stayed past closing and were very affordable considering what was required, whenever I m back in town I ll definitely go to them for any problems first.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

They are a very nice family business. I called early in the morning and they got my vehicle in and fixed it the same day. It only took about an hour. Great people, service and price.

Had the catalytic converter stolen off my Toyota Prius. These guys took care of getting it fixed right away. I thought the price was a bit much for the fix but they did do it quickly, so... Three stars.

This place is not good. Lots of people working and he made me wait 3 hours to put a base on it to pull a trailer. It is somewhat easy to install. And I went there because they had welded metal to the chassis a month ago to support the exhaust, and I went because they had to cut that metal to place the base curt. After 3 hours of waiting they said no. that place is NOT GOOD

Absolutely incredible service. Called the shop and was able to get an idea of the cost for new exhaust in a matter of minutes. Scott was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and gave great customer service over the phone. I showed up roughly 20 minutes after the phone call and was able to have new exhaust installed in roughly an hour for a very good price. I Highly recommend this place. Also went back the next morning and had more work done to up the volume output and it was done in a very professional timely manner. I will not go anywhere else for any exhaust needs.

Scotts son "manager" is very rude and unprofessional!! I had been going to this shop for several years now and never experienced this type of service. After his rude and unethical behaviors I asked him to contact Scott which he refused to do, in addition to refusing to provide me with his name. As much as I loved this shop and as many people as I have referred here I WILL NEVER RETURN. Scott son does not run his business in the same manner and professionalism as him. I hope he's able to find a better mechanic to represent his establishment ASAP!!Service: Brakes
