I made the mistake of paying this guy in advance. When we got there, I could have easily mistaken his storage yard for a muddy salvage yard. Adding to his warning to make sure everything is secure because nothing is safe here , we decided to store elsewhere. His response was I don t blame you and I ll return your money . After three phone calls, I have not received my money back. Taking someone s money without providing a product or service has a name. You ve been warned.

BEWARE - DISHONEST! During our initial interactions with Richard and Ann they seemed sincerely helpful. We stored our camper for a few days while our truck was repaired and paid for 1/2 a month at a prorated fee for storage. All good, right? Until we got charged an additional $90 for the next month!!! We did not need or use their services and were clear we were leaving and not coming back. I called and spoke to Richard assuming it was an administrative error. He said his daughter was learning and it would be fixed. A couple of weeks went by and I didn't receive my credit. I called again and spoke to Ann. She said it would be done within a couple of days. It wasn't done again so I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges. Apparently, they never intended to refund or correct the charge (lying to me twice on the phone) because they reported my claim as false! SKETCHY AND DISHONEST to say the least! We were desperate and needed immediate storage - they didn't have the correct towing equipment even though they offered to tow our camper (we got our own tow truck) and the lot we were in was an overflow lot with mostly rusted out vehicles. Do not recommend!

They robbed me destroyed all my stuff in my RV didn't fix nothing it's going to cost me $ 4 to $5,000 to fix the damage they've done to my RV they threatens me to get the $1,300 that I owed them and then kick me off the property

I wish i could give more than five stars. This guy are amazing! To say that he treats you like family is an understatement. He dropped me off at the airport and then picked me back up again, let me stay on the property in my rig the night before I left and the night after I got back, even drove me to the supermarket. Not just a good business, but really good people. I a, grateful I found it!

We broke our pop up camper setting up at our campsite on our first camping trip. Mr. Quintana got us in first thing the next morning, and we picked it up the day after that. He, and the man who works for him are honest and patient. They answered all of our questions and charged a fair price. We will definitely be returning and telling all of our friends!

One star is wayyy too much! Stay as far away from this place as possible ! I m suing them for major issue with a camper renovation.. He gets homeless people to work for free for him and they have no clue what they are doing ! Nothing against helping the homeless , however he s shifty with that as well. He took over $4k of my money and didn t deliver a thing close to our contract and I had to basically confiscatey camper and start over! Again. WARNING!

excellent people, they treat you like family and whatever they possibly can to help.I was stranded on I-95 with an 5-th wheel that was messed up. they fixed the suspension on the side of the interstate and got us back to there shop where they let me plug in and stay in camper while they replaced the rest of the worn out suspension.saved my bacon, thanks guys!

Do not use this guy to repair your camper , he lied to my mother and father in law telling us it was something wrong that wasn't and didn't check it to prove it works and fixed the problem he got the money and stopped responding to their phone calls and wont return any calls. He will scam you out of your money and wont fix any problem !! Do not use !!

Super easy to deal with. Just call em up. Card declined rent and they held my trailer safely for over a month without rent until they got ahold of me and I switched the card. Rock on
