This shop is AMAZING & literally QUICK!!! Very professional & takes good care of the vehicles & care about the people. You don t have to worry about them trying to get over on you! If you need it repaired. They CAN fix it!

Wish I could give them 20 stars! I scratched up a RENTAL CAR really bad in the rear, and the front, look at the picture I posted. I didn t want to tell the insurance company so I called Franko, and In less than 48 hours it looks better than when the rental car gave it to me. After dealing with the dealership I left totally disgusted with their attitude, pricing and customer service. I was referred to Quick fix collision, they gave me a same day appointment and fixed my car while I waited. The receptionist Ms Ellen was extremely friendly and polite. I ve had a lot of bad experiences with mechanics in the past. I find them to be sketchy but I didn t get that feeling from Frank. All in all I give them a 10/10 and will definitely be dealing with them for any and all of my future car needs..

Highly recommend Frank, he helped me so well with my car and gave me a good price also have very good customer service in the office. It was clean and they offered me coffee and something to eat also. They told me it may be a while because of parts yet they had my car done less than a week.

Upon being referred to me I took my 2021 to be repaired Frank had my estimate in his hand. I had internal and external damage assured me he can handle the job within 2 weeks. All parts ready available no delays not even weather. 7 weeks later lie after lie tried give a no where close paint match paint job horrible nothing internal repairs never scanned car awful job. All these months later battling get my car properly repaired he got paid $6096 did not repair my car at all paint job awful please he lies about everything please do not use him I am out of money over bad work he lie I have video of lies. Just not a good place take your car family members even been through the ringer with this guy. Horrible cocky and not very good with fixing issues all about the . Went in with tailgate damage and was told to drop vehicle off by 930am and I would have it back by 6pm and that's exactly what happened. The price was definitely reasonable and the quality of work speaks for itself. Earned my future business!

Quick Fix collision has helped me out tremendously with fixing my car and getting it back on the road and driving again. They were very respectful when dealing with me and did their best to find an affordable solution for the body work as well as under the hood work that needed to be done. They are LYING ABOUT US ATTEMPTING TO STEAL VEHICLE! We called the police because we initially went to the officer 2 days prior and was advised we could have them come up there to get the car and we didn t have to pay the balance since the car was not up to part and we could take them to court for civil case. However a different officer came on the scene save said we had to pay them. This man is a liar and a thief! How can we steal our car when you had the keys and the car didn t even drive because you stole half the parts. Even after we paid this man he still says we owe a balance. Do not trust these people and we have spoken to other people who have confirmed this man lies steals and does horrible collision work. BEWARE! Also he banned us for calling the police because we were pissed with the outcome of the vehicle. This man is a joke! But you all are warned!!Absolutely TERRIBLE!! Kept the car 4 months did not finish the job continues to change the balance owed during pickup and after payment. We have paid this man 2500, 60 and 1490 because he claims this is the balance and after payment changes the balance. A crook! As a blank person it saddens me to be scammed by a black man. Then had the audacity to say he don t have to finish the job just take the car and we owe him $780 after paying $4050 not to mention we paid $2500 up front but he want to get paid! But how can you expect to get paid for a job you did not complete. You kick us off your property but want us to get our car and pay for services not completed and you stole parts from our vehicle and refuse to show us the cameras. You re a clown! Just Terrible I m not even sure how he got good reviews with the amount of scamming he is doing! Refuses to give the car until we pay but he did not complete the job and refuses to. Claims we tried to steal our car because we called the police on him for scamming us. He charged us $4000.00 then wanted us to sign paper to release the keys saying we owe another $780 but he didn t even do the job he was initially paid to do and kicked us off his premises and stated he was going to file for our titles. He is NASTY! Charged another $60 on the spot for work that was half done and he didn t even write a receipt for it. This man is a joke!! Frank is a professional Scam artist and you would be a fool to trust this man with your car! Take a very close look at the bad reviews!Service: Body & Trim

These guys are great! Not only did they do a great job on the body repair, but they took my car down to have the front windshield replaced, brought it back, and even changed my tire that had gone flat.Above and beyond! Thanks guys!

I m a returning customer that is satisfied yet again with services from Quick Fix Collision. The customer service was appreciated as I was provided with clear communication on the status of my vehicle and the quick turnaround. Other collision centers could not even intake my vehicle until 2 months after my accident. I will continue to trust quick fix with any body work needed for my cars.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just WOW!!! I have passed this place a million times, almost wrecking looking at that gorgeous truck and Chevelle SS that sit outside until one day someone finally hit me. I spoke to Michelle who is very professional and courteous. She got me set up and I dropped my car off while a young man was still working and pulled my car into the gate for me. I don't know why he was there that late but I was ecstatic. Very friendly. I got hit in the bumper while parked. One of them funky bumpers on my VW and when I tell you I couldn't see where it was previously that's no cap. And I have an eye for detail. I can't wait to take it back to have them repaint her. It will be a well deserved spa day for my car. I talked to the gentleman before I left and it was Victor that fixed my car. Thank you Victor. Thank you to all in this shop for helping me to realize good people still exist in this mess of a "pandemic". I couldn't be more thrilled.

Quick fix was able to replace my 3rd brake light that was causing a water fall inside my car! Im very pleased with results. They also replaced my front bumper and repainted it which came out great after 3 attempts trying to get the closet match . I am very happy with the end results! Had a no fault collision on our 2019 Rav 4 using Geico and already knew Quick Fix was the place to go to.They did an amazing job. Our car looks phenomenal and I can't imagine going anywhere else for body work. Quick, priced great, transparent and kept us updated.More than a neighborhood shop but family owned and operated. Definitely recommend.
