As a longtime customer, I have found Pulido s to always provide outstanding service. They are honest, fair and truly know what they are doing. I won t trust my car to anyone else.

Alternator and Battery: I gave a generous 3 stars because some one gave me a bottle of water while I came in. But the guy who helped me was quite rude to me and misleading. His quote was over priced. I arrived at 8:00am. When he quoted me he said the parts would arrive and service would be completed within 1 hour. I was there until 11:00am waiting. That s 3 hours. I waited patiently after the second hour passed and then went up to him and asked kindly for an estimate on how much longer since he told me an hour. He literally told me these words think before you start asking me questions. I hope to God they did a good job. I will not be going back there though and that they re customer service doesn t reflect in the work they perform. It was quite over priced for an replacement for $650. I was in a bit of a hurry and paid in full but next time I ll be shopping around for quotes and looking at the reviews. Oh and by the way he automatically quoted me for a 3.5 year battery and expressed that they don t install 1 or 2 year batteries usually. Then after I paid, I asked again and he said that yes they do install 1 or 2 year batteries. It was skeevy, misleading, and unpleasant. I was kind, cordial and kept to myself while I was there. And I just don t feel good about my experience, which is important to me as a customer. I simply feel regretful for doing business here. Dear Pulidos please just do better. I hope others aren't having unpleasant business with you as well.Service: Auto battery maintenance

My car engine broke down as it rolled off of the 95 exit right there Literally coasted off the highway, down the off ramp right into this parking lot. I was explained to the man inside what happened, he came out and took a look and listen at it, then with brevity explained my engine was toast. They let me leave it there free of charge until I could arrange a tow, which was awesome because I had to get to work for the day! Wound up having it towed to another paid mechanic and got the, same diagnosis: is toast!

Been taking our vehicles here for years. Most recently had work done on my VW and can honestly say this car has never driven better. They have Fair prices, honest and accurate with diagnosis of vehicle problems. Along with great customer service!! I recommend Pulido auto repair for anyone looking for a great mechanic.

Very good place to take your car for repairs. The owner Rob is great. Very professional. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what's going on with your vehicle. I have dealt with him for 14 years now and still keep coming back. His employees are very friendly and work hard for him. This shop is straight forward and up front with you. They don't try to jerk you around or do shotty work. Definitely go check these guys out!!!I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to get work done on your car. They don't bullsh*t you. They don't overcharge you. They're honest with you.

Very helpful and polite. They have gone out of their way to help me with my BMW and have always kept it clean. Some car places I've been to don't clean up after themselves, but I've never had a problem with that here. Fair prices and have always done a great job. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I took my car here for the first time after several coworkers used this shop and I put say, they did a good job and was willing to make sure my car was running properly when I got it back. They are a little pricey but I feel they are in line with most other shops. If you are looking for a decent shop, give them a try.

Can t thank Pulido s enough, I took my car to two different automotive shops and they all told me they couldn t fix my ABS and traction control light on a Jeep. After spending several hundreds of dollars at the other shops to fix whatever they though and basically taking advantage of me, I found Pulido s. Pulido s staff were honest and told me I didn t need to spend all that money and my sensor wasn t plugged in correctly. They were so fast and told me exactly what was wrong within 30 minutes!!! I will always go here for my car repairs from now on. I have finally found a auto repair place I can trust and rely on!!

Fast, honest and fair. I've been using this place since I moved to Jax in 2007. Rob is incredible and has had the same reliable, friendly staff for years. Quick service with a smile and an easy to understand itemized bill! Rob will always tell you what actually needs to be done, what can wait and what's just plain cosmetic. My daughter recently purchased her first car from him, knowing that if he fixed it up it was good as new. Can't recommend this place enough!

I ve been using Pulido s for 10 years now. They give great advice and are always totally transparent with their costs. For any non-routine service they call me with an estimate once they have investigated the situation. One of the best family owned companies I ve ever come across.They service my car and my wife s car.

Was going good until Rick said I couldn't bring my own part in when I can get the best part for cheaper using my own discount said no we use our own so we can mark them up an make money otherwise cant keep our lights on. Asked Rick again why I cant use my own part it comes with a warranty an I don't want any cheap parts put on the car I'm willing to provide my own he just got mad an apparently takes offence very easy when you don't want their parts. Don't think I recommend. An maybe if your parts came with warranty it be nicer. I like to buy my parts at a store first using the discounts they give an the parts come with warranty so if it goes out you get it swapped out for free most times as long as I have a warranty on it. Good day.

I ve been taking my 1998 Toyota 4Runner to Pulido s for about four years. My last visit for a completebrake job. I had new rotors, brake pad and wheel cylinders installed. All of this work was completed in one day and the work was exceptional. The car has never driven this well in years. I need additional work and will not hesitate taking my Toyota to Pulido s in the near future. I consider them my mechanic because they are helpful, efficient and have kept my old car on the road

Great place to get your car serviced. Very honest and do really great work. They put in a engine for me in my 94 accord. After I got it back, had a couple of problems and they took it back and took care of it no problem and quick. Now running like a champ. So happy I took my car here. So a definite place if you looking to get some work done. Thanks for everything Rob, Rick, and everyone else who works there.

My husband and I have been taking our car to Pulidos to get serviced for over a decade now. They have always done an excellent job. Everyone there is professional and courteous. I recommend them to everyone!

Everyone here is professional, courteous, kind, and honest. The best mechanic shop in Jacksonville, hands down. The guys are trustworthy and do a great job. If you're looking for a mechanic, Pulido's is where you need to go!!!!!!

I called the shop early in the week made an appointment for Friday morning I get there and he says he don t have a mechanic that can work on my car I took a day off work to take it over there at least he could ve done is call me and says his mechanic will not be available and I could ve just went straight to work instead of taking a day off thinking that my car is going to be looked at and repaired though it s not like I did leave a phone number for him to call me back that s been very inconsiderate of your customers

I received the most hurtful experience from here. I took my car in for a tune up. 564.00 layee the next day my car started riding rough and over heating and they are closed until Monday. I trusted these guys. I will be back on Monday to do another review after having it towed there.

I first met Pulidos when they installed a water pump and radiator. They did an excellent job so I went back and had them help me with my a.c. compressor. They do an all out great job. I'm always skeptical when going to mechanics that I dont personally know I'm new to the Jacksonville area and I'm glad I picked the right mechanic to do the job.I own a 1994 F150 4.9 6L. They work on foreign vehicles all of the time so they made it clear to me that they are able to work on any vehicle. Thanks to Pulidos and Robert!

Told friend that she had 4 broken belts and a broken motor mount. Camery only has 1 serpentine belt. Motor mount was not broken. They lied. Quote for this was over $700. I would never take my car to them
