James and the crew at Prostar are car repair wizards! I dropped off my car after it sustained considerable damage from an accident and they had everything repaired beautifully in 10 days. James was very helpful and thoroughly explained everything before and after drop-off with clear concise communication the whole way through. I will recommend this place to everybody moving forward. I ve worked with Prostar with my professional work vehicles, & they have always done a great job. So I went back to them for my personal car. Between emails & calls, the updates are great and the office staff is friendly and personable. They do great work.

Received my car back today and I couldn t be more happy! My car looks good as new, and I am extremely happy and thankful for the service that was provided. Great experience for a not so great reason. Hating my car was damaged in an accident, but Prostar made the repair a painless process. Fantastic customer service and consistent updates on progress of the repair. James provided excellent customer care and my vehicle repair was finished before the estimated completion date. Prostar has my highest recommendation!

James was absolutely great. He was very professional and answered all my concerns. He clearly explained everything that will be repaired or replaced on my SUV (from what he can tell during the initial inspection) and made me aware that additional repairs/replacements may have to be done once all the external parts were removed and the interior areas were exposed. He also showed me a detailed list of things that will be repaired or replaced, the cost of each item, and which ones were OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and which ones were After Market parts. In other words, there were no surprises when the work was done and the workmanship was superb. Furhermore, as a complimentary service, he even took care of returning my rental car.My experience with Prostar Collision Center was one of the best. I am a very picky person with very high standards and Prostar met all my expectations.I have USAA as my auto insurance and Prostar is a USAA authorized repair facility.My SUV looks new again. We had a fantastic experience of working with Neal from Prostar collision. He made the process of getting our car fixed in a timely and expedient manner a breeze, through regular communication not just with us but with all the trades involved.One of our favorite things of working with them was the fact that they set reasonable expectations and delivered on them - a quality that s hard to find these days. The service was great! I received proper communication from James at all times. He was always available to answer any questions, and he worked around my work schedule. They worked directly with my insurance company and obtained an estimate updated nearly double what was originally offered. While stopped in commuter traffic, we were hit from behind and pushed into the car in front of us. Prostar did a great body-work job on our car, which now looks like new. I took my car to Prostar for rear bumper replacement and trunk door dislocation. Neal was a nice guy when I dropped it off he called my rental and took care of me like no body before. when they called me to pick up the car they took my settlement check first and they showed me the car my car had one big scratch on the side and two small paint chips on other side . car was hit by another vehicle beige color paint was still on my car. I was very upset when I saw it and I told the lady what happen to my car why is damaged. she stated let me check in the system if we needed to do paint work. I said no paint work was necessary only the bumper replace and she confirmed it that I was right. manager came with an alcohol paper and cleaned the scratched quick telling me is fine and good to go. I said no way scratches need to be painted that is your responsibility. he stated I am not responsible for your car. I said whataaaaa my car is in your shop and you are responsible for it till i pick it up. manager a redneck with a cap on top of the head told me take the car and leave am not responsible for your car anymore. he was aggressive and rude to personal property that I am working everyday to support my family. he walked away leaving me outside refusing to fix my car. do not go there is wrong choice better in random shops then here to Prostar .Service: Body & Trim

I got rear-ended by some shmuck for the first time in my life so I was really unenthusiastic about the entire process of dealing with my insurance, finding a collision center, getting a rental, and ultimately getting my car fixed but I'm eternally grateful I went to Prostar.James was my contact throughout this process and was exceptionally helpful. He was able to accommodate any scheduling limitations I had due to work, was extremely thorough, attentive, and an all-around kind individual. He was transparent about the parts used for my repair and also handled his role of communication with Enterprise for my car rental wonderfully. Also shout out to the repair team for patching up my 2010 Honda Civic! They did great.Prostar definitely has your best interests in mind and will take a load off your shoulders during what could be a really rough time. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

James at Prostar got my business for a State Farm claim over two other body shops I checked with. He was thorough in his estimate and in the work done. He worked FOR ME to make sure the insurance company would cover ALL the damage and not shortchange me. He found an effective way to fix a slightly-twisted bumper, too, without having to replace it, keeping the cost of the claim down in the process.
