Just received our golf cart from ponte vedra golf carts. They have beyond incredible service. Geralyn at the beach blvd location was absolutely the best. Answered all my questions, made many phone calls to get some answered. All to help my wife and I make the best decision for our family.

My wife & I purchased our beach golf cart from Ponte Vedra Golf Carts. The funny thing is we still have not scheduled the delivery due to delays on our new home build. So we have been working with Heather on the schedule delays. Once again, we had to delay the schedule, so I emailed her at 10p. Friday night and who would have ever guessed but she responded immediately to my request. Talk about the "Wow Factor". Thank you Heather.

Awesome service! We bought our golf cart here a few years ago. We continue to get it serviced here and recently upgraded tires and added a lift kit. They had the service done in 1 day! Erika is fantastic to deal with - very responsive and goes above and beyond expectations. We will continue to do business with PV golf carts - don't go anywhere else!

excellent SERVICE experience.They picked up on time delivered on time and every question I asked was answered satisfactorily. I cannot ask for more. Outstanding recommendation. I spoke to to 2 or 3 girls and all of them were very helpful, professional and efficientAshley the manager was extremely helpful in keeping me informed and I ended up with new batteries and two new tires . I am extremely happy.then one of the batteries had a white deposit and Cameron got my cart picked up the next day at no charge

Had a warranty issue with my 2017 Club Car. Erika took care of it in one day, meaning they picked up our cart in St. Johns County, repaired the issue, and delivered it back to us the same day. Can you get better service than that?? Thanks!!

The batteries of my year old golf cart began heating up during charging to the point where the seat was quite hot. I called service and spoke with Ashley, the service manager. She arranged to have the cart picked up asap, and Tramble, the driver, got it even sooner than expected. After diagnosing the problem, service promptly installed new batteries at no cost. Ashley was instrumental in keeping me informed and streamlining the service. Great service makes a great company, and PV Golf Carts is exactly that.

Absolutely the best golf cart place in town. We have never owned a golf cart before and the kids have been begging us to buy one. We went into just shop and wound up buying right there on the spot. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention we got a custom golf cart for a really great price! Definitely recommend you go here!

We took our golf cart to north florida custom carts.They had it over 2 months & could not diagnose what was wrong. Your company had it less than 24 hours: diagnosed it, repaired it & returned to our family same day.Ponte Vedra Golf Carts, A+ Quality Team! Thank You!

Prices were extremely high. Found similar carts at much cheaper prices at another cart store in Lake City. The drive to Lake City was worth it and we got more add-ons and still came out way cheaper.

Just picked up my golf cart from Ponte Vedra golf carts extremely happy with the service and knowledge of the staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy or have there cart repaired.
