I really appreciate the fact that this company was honest about but being able to repair my AC, due to the age. They also waived the diagnostic fee. I feel that was great business service that they provided.This is a place although they didn't do any repair I would consider taking another vehicle to then if I was to have any issues.Also the environment is clean and comfortable.

5 Star service was provided. They damn near diagnosed my issue without even looking under the hood. Anticipated it being multiple days but they were able to resolve my issue same day. They over communicated ensuring I had no questions for next steps. I ll continue to come back until I have a reason not to.

Great work on my car. Mavis did a poor installation and sent me to Toyota who found 10 other things to fix but here they brought me out to my car and showed me what exactly was wrong and what was misdiagnosed and why. Really appreciate that involvement. Good prices and I was out way quicker than expected. Found my new mechanics

Took my 2011 lexus ct200h in for them to replace the clock spring. The horn had been intermittently working for the last 6 months. Being bogged down with other projects and having been to Petra for oil service in the past I figured I would pay for a mark up on the part and their labor to have it done sooner than it would take me. I told them I had tested the horn, the fuse, and the relay and advised I would like the clockspring replaced. They told me it would be a 139 diagnostic fee. They called me the next day, saying the clock spring was good but the air bag terminal pins were corroded. They said they would need to replace the air bag for $1500 just for the part. I knew they were lyin, knowing the horn and airbag circuit are separate and came and begrudgingly paid the diagnostic fee. After a part number search I found a compatible after-market part for $40 and with the help of online forums and YouTube videos was able to replace the part myself. Guess what? Horn works. Do you see any corrosion on the airbag terminal pins? Still waiting for the manager to call me and refund my money. I will never recommend or use their service in the future. I'm sticking with my honest mechanic in Orange Park.

Friendly, affordable, and fast turn around. One of the few open on Saturdays, they were a life saver. This will be the place to go for those with a Monday-Friday work week. Thanks for the cold air fix!!!

Very helpful with all car necessities. They have good patiences when describing over the phone about the car troubles that occur. What i appreciate most is the deal that they offer for college students. They have been a helping hand with car troubles, especially the ones that have happened to me over the course of the last year.

Friendly, affordable and professional service. Staff is very knowledgeable and makes sure that you re given all records of services. I have never had an issue here after service. It is true, they get the job done right the first time.

Fast and easy at a reasonable price is what I look for in a company Petra auto made it happen at 1 in the afternoon on a Saturday bearings and new tires in 2hrs I am a happy man thanks for making it happen great staff

I had an issue with my Toyota Scion XB and didn t now what it was at first. I took it to several different places and was told that they couldn t get my parts in to replace my alternator and water pump for several days. I heard about Petra Automotive from a friend and decided to take my car there. Bea, at the front counter, was extremely nice, respectful and knowledgeable about her job. She explained everything to me and that AJ and the other mechanics would have to look at my car. After the diagnosis of what was needed, Bea and AJ moved Heaven and earth to get the parts needed to replace my alternator and water pump. I was told that it may take several hours and that I may need to leave my car. After explaining that I needed my car right away and was scheduled to leave town for a business trip, David and AJ got to work on my car right away and had me in and out the same day. The price was very reasonable and the mechanics were EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I would recommend Petra to anyone!

They were very patient and professional with me as I have absolutely no idea how cars work. They fixed my car in a timely fashion. I will be coming back in the future for either routine maintenance, or if I have a slightly more serious issue.

I had my vehicle in last week for AC repairs. The total was way more than I hoped for expected. B was amazing not only did she find multiple outlets for payments for repairs, she had beyond amazing customer service with any and everyone that came in or called! I sat for an hour waiting for diagnostics and listened to her work, she gave amazing customer service and had so much knowledge. I have been a director of customer relations for a company for years and I was blown away by how much she cared, and her willingness to find a solution to get repairs done. They also got the job done hours before expected. I definitely recommend this place and will for sure be back!

I had the worst luck with Arlington Toyota while on my travels down south. Luckily I found Petra Automotive! Replaced my water pump and installed an upgraded trans cooler that I requested. Good work. Super great prices, treat you like you should be treated. Highly recommend them if you re in need of some service. Thanks AJ and David are great

STAY AWAY from this shop! I was charged $88 from them to check my car and they told me I had an engine problem which I knew about already but my car were throwing other codes that were not checked. They lied and said they checked the codes. If that were true they would have discoverd my spark plugs were bad and needed replacing along with fuel injectors and a knock sensor. These issues were never mentioned and they didn't offer to fix them because these issues were never checked in the first place. They lied and tried to claim that its all on camera but they didnt show the footage to me which makes it more suspicious. I immediately took my car to another mechanic that did check for these issues and they fixed my car. Petro Auto will try to comment on this matter but they are lying. I've been ripped off for $88 by these jerks. They are not honest and can't be trusted. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Took the car for a parasitic drain issue. Was told it would take several hours. Had to drain the memory first. Ubered home.5 minutes later get a call saying my battery cables were a little loose. No tests no nothing. Didn't charge anything. Problem not solved. Will take it to a professional

This was my first experience with Petra Automotive, it was very positive. They were helpful and very knowledgeable. I went there for a tune-up. The mechanic let me know about the corroded battery and asked if I wanted to replace it. I told them that it was still under warranty so I declined it. Also when they were putting air in my tires they let me know I needed new pads and rotors. Also asked if I wanted to do that. They said i had 10% left on them. I declined today but set up another appointment with them in two weeks to take care of it. The lady in the front was courteous as well. She made me feel very welcomed there.Service: Auto engine tuning
