Highly recommend! Back door window got busted out during an attempted theft of my car, and they came straight to my house and repaired my window the same day we contacted them.Very nice and professional, and done in less than 1 hour with amazing results!Truly thankful for your blessing and appreciate the quick response, definitely put my mind at ease having it repaired that fast considering the situation.Thank you again!Before and after pictures attached!

A few weeks back, while driving on the highway, I ended up with a two-foot crack in my windshield. After contacting my insurance company, they arranged for P&Y Auto Glass to handle the repair. The experience was outstanding; while I was occupied at work, their team came out, efficiently replaced the windshield, and even took care to reapply my SunPass sticker perfectly. The technician was exceptionally courteous and delivered service with a genuine smile. I highly recommend P&Y Auto Glass for their excellent service and professionalism.

They had installed my driver door window. About a week ago. I haven t put a review cause I wanted to see how it was for a few days. What I will say, it was good. I have no problem with it and it s as is nothing happened to my car (2023 Mazda3 Sedan). Since my car had broken glass cause it was broken into. The two workers also did a courtesy to vacuum the shattered glass. For that, I will call them again and again for any of my glass problems and I will recommend anyone this place cause they came to me. No hassle, no problem. Thank you guys again

Needed my rear passenger side window of my car replaced. Loved their reviews & decided to give them a call. Customer service representative was very friendly and kind! The price was reasonable & affordable! The company did an AMAZING, QUICK, EFFICIENT job! They were very kind & VERY professional. They alert you when they are on their way so that you are prepared to greet them & have your vehicle serviced. Thank you P & Y! I am very thankful!

Awesome guys very professional they replaced the windshield on my semi truck the same day! I have to say: They're the best!" cuz I called them close to Lunchtime!My only request was "Original Parts". They said sure, never even asked the reason why? They ran crosstown to the dealership and had it replaced before the day was overThey even handled all the paperwork involved. I just filed the claim.Seeing their professionalism I pointed out the chip on my Mercedes Windshield. Before I knew it it they're on the phone with the office inquiring of that job and giving me a quote right on the spot. Looking forward to have that job done here soon!

Broken windshield from a stone on highway on a thor axis class A RV while travelling thru Florida. We are from canada and were not sure where to go. Shopped around many auto glass dealerships who told us to get the windshield then they could install!! We came across Pastor from P&Y auto glass on power street in Jacksonville! This guy not only found the windshield but drove 3 hrs to get it and told us to come in the next day for installation at his shop. It was a half hour from us. When we got there we were treated very well from the receptionist. The installation only took a couple of hours. During that time Pastor told us we could use his personal vehicle so we went out for lunch while we waited! Who does this in todays world?? So kind.I would definitely recommend to anyone. Install was very quick to schedule and technicians were very pleasant. However, when driving home after the install I noticed my leather steering wheel had been scratched up during install. I reached out via email to request assistance in repairing the damage caused by the technicians, however, they were unwilling to take responsibility for the damage. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability after service.

Pastor and his team are fantastic! He sourced a windshield 2 other big companies could not and installed it with next day service for a great price. Two guys come out and put a new windshield in my car , there was a problem at first I had a dent on the roof of my car so it was going to be difficult because the seal was dent but they did there thing and put the glass in anyways and did a vary good job i highly recommend!! This was my very first time that I had to have a window auto glass replaced. I was very nervous. The technician was very efficient and professional. He did a superior job. Makes my car look great. Honestly I was thinking about buying a new car but I am so pleased with the way the new window makes my car so pleasing to me I think I will keep it. They did such a great job. Thanks so much a #5 rating is not enough, it is really a prefect 10+.

P&Y was wonderful to work with. I had gotten several estimates for windshield replacement that cost more and required me to bring my car in to the shop, but P&Y was much more reasonably priced PLUS they came to me. The other shops also couldn't get the windshield in for two weeks, but P&Y had my model in stock and was able to send a repairman out the very next day. Very courteous, prompt, and great quality work. Highly recommend.Service: Auto windshield replacement
