Great place. Knowledgeable team. I wanted tires a little bigger than stock, but without going to a lift or other mods. They knew exactly what would fit and what wouldn't and what was going to work best for my driving needs. Even better, they had a set of new takeoffs from a custom build they were doing that were perfect and the price was great. Awesome customer service to boot. Definitely a go to if you are looking to modify your new Jeep or restore your old one. Couldn't be happier.

They provided an outstanding lift kit and new tires for my Jeep Wrangler 75th Anniversary Edition. All work was done very thoroughly and with attention to detail. The ride is smooth and leveled. The owner took the time to go over several different kinds of lifts that suite my need. I told him that I always park my jeep in my garage and I didn't want it too high that it wouldn't go in. We settled on a 2 1/2 inch lift with 33" Tires fitted for my stock wheels. The combination works well. On a standard house garage, I still have about 2 inch clearance when driving in the garage. They also provided a wheel balance and speedometer adjustments. I dropped it off on a Wednesday morning and pick it up the next day at lunch time. Highly recommend this facility to for all of your Jeep Lift Needs!!!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

Brad is the best. He is so down to Earth honest and a great mechanic. Thank you over built customs for taking care of the Lightnin Bug, and then we sent our friend there to get his Jeep lifted, tires and gears.

Been coming to Brad and his team at Overbuilt Customs for over 10 years, and honestly, wouldn t trust me Jeep with anyone else. Everyone is super friendly and the quality of work is top notch. He fit me in on short notice and got everything done I needed and took the time to sit down when I asked for recommendations for future projects. Will definitely be back for years to come!

My wife and I are new "Jeep people." We bought a used Jeep not long ago, but weren't crazy about the wheels/tires/suspension kit that the previous owner put on. Stopped in to Overbuilt Customs on a whim and spoke with Brad. He is as honest and real as any mechanic/shop owner should be. He told me, straight up, what we needed and even suggested ways to SAVE money.He also made some adjustments that weren't part of the original estimate for a small cost. So thrilled to find someone willing to share his knowledge and talents with new Jeep owners! Never felt "out of the loop" when talking to him.I will be taking the Jeep to Brad for all of our needs moving forward and would suggest, if you've got a Jeep, that you do too.

Stopped by to see the shop and left with a lot of good advice on what to look for and what to avoid when looking for a Wrangler for my wife.Very friendly and helpful people and I know where to go when I need some Jeep specific advice or work done.

I first contacted Overbuilt customs about purchasing some new tires and Brad (the owner) said he knew of some used tires that were the size I was looking for and quoted me $1200 installed and said he would go pick them up the following day (Wednesday) and would send me pics of said tires. I never received any pics so I called back on Thursday asking for the pics, he stated he hadn't been able to pick them up yet and he had planned to get them the following day (Friday). I called back on Friday, still no tires and I needed to get tires as mine were completely bald so I went ahead and trusted what he said about the tires and set up an appointment for the following Monday. I dropped the Jeep on that Monday and still he had not picked up the tires. They said to text their store number to get updates however after sending multiple text with no response I called to get an update and he said it would be done Friday which I agreed would be just fine. Friday came around and picked up the jeep with the new tires and upon paying the bill he said the price was now $300 more than his quoted price of $1200. He explained they had alot of issues getting the tires on and I reluctantly paid the increased price (what choice did I have) I then went out to look at the tires and noticed there was what I thought was mounting lub all over the wheels from the mounting process which is typical, I used to install tires so this did not alarm me. The tires were acceptable however I don't believe they only had 2500 miles on them like he had originally claimed. That's another story. The following day I went to clean up the Jeep and took a much closer look at the wheels when I realized what I thought was mounting lube was actually scratches in the paint on the wheels. I had 5 wheels, including the spare mounted and each wheel was severally scratched. Not just surface scratches but deep into the paint scratches you can feel with your nail. I then proceeded to buff all 5 wheels to reduce the amount of scratches which took up my entire weekend, not at all what I had planned to do that weekend. I figured I would call Brad on Monday and he would make things right by at least reducing the price to the originally quoted price of $1200. He at first was apologetic about the scratches and even offered $100 refund however when I stated that was unacceptable he then started to claim I was lying and proceeded to hang up on me. I'm not one to typically write up a negative review on a small business however they way they run this place is just terrible. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all cost if you're installed large tires as they clearly do not know what they are doing. I can't speak for their other services, to be honest he looked like he provided a great service and seemed pretty knowledgeable but after my experience with dealing with this place I'd proceed with caution for any of their services.* Quoted $1200 then upon pick up jacked up the price $300 Overcharged 25%* Failed to send pics after stating you would multiple times* Tires appear to have more miles than originally stated* Failed to keep me updated, unresponsive when texting* Spent entire day Saturday buffing wheels to remove scratches and when I contacted them I was ultimately hung up on.* When I called to discuss how to resolve this issue he offered $100 refund and after I said that was unacceptable due to the damage done to the wheels he proceeded to hang up on me.Service: Tires

Overbuilt Customs installed an ARB Base roof rack and Smittybilt hinge steps on my Jeep. I ordered the merch with a down payment and once it arrived made an appointment to have it installed. I dropped off my Jeep in the morning and picked it up a few hours later. The install looks great and the price they charged for the install was more than reasonable ($120 per hour I believe). They specialize in Jeeps but work on trucks as well. I would highly recommend them to all of my Jeep friends looking to add on some aftermarket accessories.

I had my jeep rebuilt top to bottom and found a lot wrong and have been fixing these things over the years, Overbuilt was recommended at this time for my "Transfer case " not only did they fix it they found out it was missing parts, works great for the first time . I will definitely be getting other things done there.

Good people. Fixed the AC on my 1984 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60. Lots of cool projects going on there featuring mostly custom jeeps and some other land cruisers.

I have been taking my Jeep to Brad for the past 4 years for various repairs and upgrades. He is very knowledgeable and provides all the information you need to make a decision on how to proceed. He deals in the best equipment and stands behind his work. He and his team are some of the best in town. You cant go wrong with Overbuilt.

Amazing! I always bring my Jeep here for fixing or adding mods. I've worked closely with Brad and Tristan. Both are so willing to explain, show and advise recommendations. Brad shared lots of knowledge on what, why and how. Really great place! PS Ann is wonderful too!

After being involved in an accident in my Jeep, they came highly recommended. The work was spot on and I was updated the entire time of the repair. Brad and Overbuilt customs are without a doubt the best Jeep guys in NE FL. We've had numerous visits for upgrades - wheels, tires, lift, bumpers, winch, hard top... repairs (more than I care to associate with a Jeep) Brad, Tristan and Anne were extremely helpful to my son when he got stranded over Christmas break and needed his Jeep back in time to bring back to college. They provided prompt attention when necessary to get him back on the road. I refer everyone I talk to with a Jeep to them! Quality, trustworthy and friendly work.

I recently had my 2016 JKU lifted here. Brad is a pleasure to do business with! He is very friendly, helpful, and made sure that I was getting everything I wanted on my rig. The Overbuilt crew did an oustanding job and I will definitely be bringing my jeep here from now on for more upgrades. This was the best shop I've ever gone to!

I took my 79 CJ5 for a transmission swap. They fabricated the crossmember and modified the floor of the Jeep. Brad and his team did an amazingm job. Transmission shifts smoothly. I couldn t be happier. Highly recommend for custom jobs or your jeep needs.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission
