Saturday evening 20 minutes from closing I pulled in to the One Stop Tire shop because I hit some road debris and blew a tire. They were full but happy to help me, and got me into a bay right away. 5 minutes later, they had the tire off and showed me the gigantic hole...WAY too much for a plug. They told me a patch might not work either but they made the attempt. So it's closing time and it can easily be seen that the patch isn't going to hold, so they dug around in the back for a replacement tire, and got me back on the road.These guys deliver on amazing service! They really seem to care, and they don't overcharge. They do great work and are really fast! I can't recommend them enough...if I have tire work to be done, I know where I'll be going every time. 5 stars!!!

Listen if you re looking for GREAT customer service come here . If you don t want to be hassled , here is where you need to be.As a woman it s hard to find great service where you aren t taken advantage of.And Sam most definitely reassured me of his quality product and services . I will be back.

I popped my tire literally right in front of their shop on account of somebody else they helped me right away and squared me away for the best price I ever received I ll definitely return when needed

The owner made sure I got some good tires without trying to rip me off. Prices are great and the tires are practically brand new!! They especially take care of the women on Wednesdays. I definitely will be coming back because I know the services are great and they get you out of there in no time.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND One Stop Tire Shop! Hands down the best place for all of your vehicle needs. After reading the reviews online, I found it to be the best place to go. I came came in today, 01/12/23 due to my having a blowout yesterday and my spare tire in shreds ... w/ limited funds they were more than happy to assist me in my time of need. They took my rim off the bad tire, put it on the new, mounted and balanced it, and put it on my SUV ... so FAST. I was very impressed. I want to give a big shout out to the two gentlemen that helped me out today. Ray, you are very efficient in your work, and I appreciate the work you did and how fast you were is impressive, you really know your stuff. Sam is the man you need to speak to for your vehicle needs. He is the owner. He was very attentive to my needs and was willing to work with me to get me back on the road. I will definitely be back.***WEDNESDAYS IS LADIES DAY***Ladies come in and buy 2 tires and get 1 free. Also on Wednesday is free to get your tire plugged (Ladies Only).If there happens to be anything that your needing done, do not hesitate to go by and speak with Sam, I guarantee he won't let you down. You can tell him that Michelle recommend you.

As a business owner of 2 businesses my time is very limited. These guys definitely respect a person's time. When I arrived there was one car ahead of me, they finished and had me in the bay within 5 minutes and 20 minutes later I was leaving with 2 new tires. Unlike most shops where there is garbage everywhere, air lines running across the ground and tires laying everywhere. These guys have their shop very organized and clean. And in the process of getting my tires this gentleman walking by pushing a tire I asked, "who's the owner." He replied, "I am" I said, "very impressive very impressive to see the owner getting his hands dirty." At a younger age I changed tires at a full service gas station so I know proper steps and these guys did so. They paid attention to the task at hand. You guys definitely earned my time to write this review. Thanks again.

Couldn't ask for better service, they take care of their customers, they treat you like a friend And they don't forget a face or a vehicle, I told them I'll never go anywhere else and i meant it, and they never let me down...Couldn't be more satisfied....

Have been here a few times and always had a great experience. Got a tire about a month ago. After a little over a week, tire went flat. Brought it back and they said they couldn t find anything wrong with it (no leaks, etc.) A few weeks later tire started to go flat everyday. Would have to keep putting air in it. Brought it back and they exchanged the tire for another one no charge. Same and his guys do a great job. Great customer service.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves it. I've been here a few times and never been disappointed. Last time I needed a tire and had no choice but to go somewhere else, I got messed up in multiple of ways. I'm so glad I took the drive all the way from Fernandina just to get a new tire. Great prices and service. Come check them out, you won't ever go anywhere else. Thank you

Came in for 1 tire, left with 4 the deal was so great. One tire had a slight leak a few weeks later whether it was me or came that way is unclear but I drove in unannounced and they immediately threw me on the lift and squared me away with no hesitation. These guys are great and do quick work!

If I could put no stars I would. I put one because my services were free they do have some free services for women on Wednesday so yes go ahead and take advantage of that ladies. But watch out don't let them take advantage of you. When I pulled up that man told me $40 for to rotate my tires. Who in their right mind going to pay you $40 for a tire rotation. And I had been there the day before and the guy had told me to come to come back tomorrow because I can get it free which is today Wednesday.

ATTENTION If you need tires for your vehicle, new or used, please go check out the guys at One Stop Tire Shop , on Lem Turner Road. I went there with the intentions to buy two used tires. Instead, I left with 4 like new quality tires for a very reasonable price. The customer service was excellent, the environment was nice, (non- intimidating, no pressure) and the manager, Sam, was extremely knowledgeable of different tire brands and performance expectations. My trip to the pan handle and back to Jacksonville going 80mph . Oops I meant 70 mph went smoothly, just as I was guaranteed!

make sure you watch them closely they are prone to stealing out of your car. I had a new jack in my trunk..the same guy who helped me, took the handle screw out of it. But I noticed after I returned home. Guess he felt he needed more. Never leave them alone around your vehicle. Petty things like that. Is what makes me avoid them. Crazy thing is live around the corner. Put the tire on right tho

So many plus sides to this location. Only tire place open in Jacksonville on a Sunday. This place is quick and efficient. Very good prices, great service, friendly atmosphere. Tony was amazing. Thanks so much Tony!!!

Nothing beats this tire shop! Sam and his Mechanics are the best in town! Got a new pair of tires cheaper then any other shop in the area, with good quality. Thank you Sam!
