Came here looking for car window sunshades after going to Advance Auto which didn t have any. Was glad to find a decent variety. Autumn attended to me and I was incredibly impressed by her service. She was friendly, patient and pure awesome. My first purchase was a mistake as the sunshade turned out too small, but she made exchanging it for another product a complete breeze. If you shop here, look for her if you want great service.

The guy behind the counter was so helpful. He looked up multiple things to help us find the right part and my husband was able to replace it and get my son and his friends home that night! They were stranded over an hour away from home, so it really meant a lot to have the right part to get them home safely!

B2B!! So it s Sunday and the other guys don t have drivers or any way , creative or not, to get parts to our Riverside store at Tire Kingdom Park St. . Called Oh Oh Oreillys and they put the hammer down! I received an accurate order, delivered to my shop in less than 20mins. Skeeter, please commend this fast, knowledgeable, and friendly team on a job well done. You guys are my new weekend part pros!

Called to confirm that they had a part that I needed immediately. I asked that they pull the part because I would arrive 5 minutes before closing. I arrived when I said I would at 7:55pm. The door was locked and employee looked at door and took off to the back. Sad to see that employees are not interested in ensuring the customers needs or even being thoughtful enough to tell me that they will be closing early. I will take my business elsewhere moving forward.

Not all O' Reilly stores are the same, this store is set apart. Call this store even if other O'Reilly stores have said different. Charlie is the man here and his whole crew is awesome, they actually listen and know things that other people and stores do not. They have been clutch at least twice in the last 6 months having parts that other stores do not. Most recently they carried a heater hose quick connect connector that the dealer couldn't get in town for two days and other stores just did not carry. Their IN STOCK universal part saved the day, again! Call these people now!

They could not have been nicer. I needed a new battery. One of the guys there changed my battery and was so pleasant. Would not hesitate to come back here for car parts etc.

I m a traveling nurse, as I was in between patients, my SUV alarmed and had major issues. I pulled into O Reilly and the staff were beyond wonderful. They diagnosed and took the time to fix my issue and get me back on the road quickly. Thank you so much Eric, Wilson, Cheyenne, and Steve. I owe you and have no words to express how grateful I am!!!!!

Autumn, made my experience at O Reilly s excellent. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I would definitely go back to the store because of Autumn. She provided excellent customer service. Be sure and ask for her when you go in to the O Reillys on Normandy Boulevard.

I just want to say I went up there this evening and the manager I think and the young lady behind the counter. We're super helpful and kind to me and my daughter.I will always keep that in mind when I need some Auto parts 100% satisfied customer.

I called O Reillys and Normani and the lady was really rude. She didn t know her work she hung up on me that is really bad business. I will be telling all my mechanic shops about this shop not right get better workers that know about radiators and anything else really rouge not professional at all.

Jolan was absolutely phenomenal she helped me get exactly what I needed for my car to get fixed and running smoothly. She made sure I was covered for the complete job and was very professional and friendly. Now my car drives like new! Thanks jolan, I'll definitely be come back to see you.

Orielly's on Normandy is great, they always have what I need. In particular, Jolan is the best every time I go in there since she is in great spirits and willing to help me and my son get everything I need. She's my favorite and has amazing customer service. However, I have to say everyone is always so kind and professional. Best parts store in town for sure."

I'm writing this review because I am beyond impressed by the level of service provided to me at the Normandy hub store in Jacksonville. I was in town visiting family and my car overheated with two under two in the car. I was extremely scared and super anxious with car troubles and 2 kids. Well the assistant manager Jolan was super understanding and exceeded my expectations of my experience. She went above and beyond t9 make sure I calmed down and that me and the kids were taken care of before she tended to my car. I was not expecting a manager to actually put the antifreeze in the car for me while I gained my composure. It's people like this that give you hope in society in these trying times. She has no idea how helpful she was to me and how grateful I am!

The guy working Saturday morning spent way more time than he should of looking for the last trailer wiring harness in stock for my car. Could of easily told me it was an error but he kept digging around in the back till he found it hiding in a generic brown box. Literally the only one I could find in stock anywhere between here and Atlanta. I ve spent my entire live going to Advance but the customer service at this location has made it my new go-to.

I came in with a worn out belt to match up and he asked when I bought it. I gave him my number and it was still under warranty... I walked out with a belt and didn't even know there is a warranty

Good morning, my name is Mr. Vargas. I am writing this email with a smile and humble heart. Ms. Jolan, the assistant manager at the Normandy hub store in Jacksonville went above and beyond for me literally the entire weekend to fulfill my needs. I was having an extremely difficult time with my car; it was one problem after the next. Not only did Ms. Jolan remain extremely patient with me but she was beyond kind, knowledgeable and reassuring. I would appreciate if she was acknowledged for her hard work, determination and dedication. O'Reilly could use more employees like her. I was there so much in two days that I even noticed her management skills with her fellow co workers at the counter which was calm, collective and professional. I just had to take the time to write this email because her service spoke volumes to me. I will never go to another store for my parts. This is where I get all my parts 90% of the time the guys that work there that I know is very helpful and if they can't help you they'll try to call somewhere around to see who can no matter how many O'Reilly stores it called

I've never been to O'Reilly's, but being that I pass by here daily on my way to work, it stays pretty busy. A steady flow of customers and it's been around for a many of years. So pretty sure it's a hot spot to get ur automotive needs from.

Phone service very un professional.... totally sucks...Stayed on hold for 40 minutes .Was able to drive to store location stand in line for another 15 minutes while still on hold.. showed counter personnel I'm still on hold was told that they had 2 employees show up for work, sorry for delay....Only positive outcome was they had what I needed and my purchase was discounted.

Found everything I needed to install a auxiliary 12v socket inside my van. The factory installed socket doesn't work when the ignition switch is off. Now I have one that stays on too.

I called before I went to see if they would help me with installing a headlight because my boyfriend is in the hospital and Luis was not only polite and said yes but when I got there, the other employee said they aren't supposed to because there were only 2 employees in the store but he said he already told me he would help me and stood by his word. He was very helpful and I will continue to go there.
