This is Gabby, owner/operator of Fireside RV Rentals in Covington, GA. We had a renter take one of our units to the Georgia vs. Florida game and was in need of a new chassie battery. They had no way to get to the part store. Justice went above and beyond by not only delivering the battery to my renter but also replacing it for them when no one else would! This is great customer service and why I have my commercial account with Orileys and Noone else!

The customer service is outstanding here. Robert did a wonderful job replacing my battery. Dave found the color paint I needed. And the store is clean.

The assistant manager David is amazing! He is so sweet, kind and helpful! He was knowledgeable and funny! Made my Sunday morning errands a bit brighter with his smile! That man deserves a raise!

I called the store and i talked to mister Mark about a condenser..they had one left and i told him that i am 10 minutes away and i will buy it as soon as i get to the store...I get there and the assistant manager doesn't let me wait for Mark,who was helping another customer, and starts looking for the condenser, which Mark brought at the front register to help me faster when i get there..When Mark gets free and tells the assistant manager that he has my part,the old guy(assistant manager),got a very nasty attitude towards Mark,embarrassing him in the front of the customers,and it made me feel very uncomfortable since i asked Mark to help me! The assistant manager kept shouting at him not to hold anymore parts for the customers up front! I don't know their policy about this type of stuff,but i was very pleased with Mark and his attitude towards helping the customers, my poor rating is for the attitude the assistant manager had in the front of everyone! HORRIBLE PERSON!

The lady at the Emerson Store, near Spring Park Road is the only person I will ask for parts, ever, if I cannot find it or make it. She will ALWAYS find it.

One stars for rude abnoxious stuff Matthew !We went to shop to buy rotors and pads yesterday, we bought pads but rotors were not available so awesome Mr David offered to help to do refinishing rotors. So i left one side and to drop another one in next morning. The next morning, the problem started. When I arrived and tried to get another one done as the store promised, Mathrew was rude, mean towards me. He simply did not want to do even both managers asked him to. So i chose a peace over this animal behavior, told him pls refund me what I have paid yesterday, then he refused to refund money as well. Just wanna make us miserable, huh...he wants us to stuck with one refinished rotor and useless other one with half of money. I feel like we are being discriminated since we are minority. In the end, Mr David came in to store, then Matthew finally did his job ( ofcourse unwillingly ) refinishing my rotor. Pls avoid Matthew if u go to the store, his behavior is unacceptable.Nightshift manager Mr David is super helpful, knowledgeable and awesome customers service ( six stars ).

I had ordered a brand new water pump when I got to the store waited in line they were trying to sell me a part of a refurbished water pump which is not what I ordered cuz I ordered a brand new one then while I was in line he was trying to wait on the people behind me instead of waiting on me and he was on the phone the entire time he was trying to wait on me and still trying to tell me to wait till he can wait on the other people that were behind me when I refuse then he got a little agitated I placed the item on the counter and left the store I'm never coming back

Absolutely fabulous. The parts guy, Huntley was super. I pulled in with my battery smoking and smelling like Sulphur. I assumed I needed a battery; he knew by the symptoms that it wasn't the battery but he tested both the battery and alternator. Then he came back out to look at the alternator to make sure that he sold me the correct one. I am so impressed by his customer service and his knowledge. He didn't talk down to me and he explained to me how to avoid draining my battery until I can get the alternator put on. He made a stressful situation tolerable. I'm so grateful.

Always has and will be my number one parts and tools, go to store. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. The parts are always made from extraordinarily,exceptional quality materials and components. Go check them out and tell them "Twan" sent you. Nice place. Went in for an air filter. One of the young lady assisted me. After purchasing the filter she asked did I have some one to put the filter in my car. I told her yes. She offered to place the filter into the car for me. I told her that I was on my lunch break and was already late going back. She said if I came back later that day she would replace the filter for me. I thought that was nice of her.

Went inside with a lightbulb I needed a replacent for. It was a small bulb that resembled a fuse. I explained to the gentleman what I needed and he proceeded to tell me I was holding a fuse. I showed him it closely telling him it was a lightbulb. He went and grabbed me a replacement. I stupidly put it in my car without looking at the package and it proceeded to smoke and get very hot. I took the fuse out and ordered the correct parts on my car manufacturers website. Now my light is broken!!

Went in looking for an air filter for my motorcycle and the man working helped me clean the one I had in the store and he was very understanding and listened to my concerns. He was very helpful.
